These guys went above and beyond to help me with my issues! Really the best phone store Ive ever been to!! They werent worried about commissions or making the sale they were worried about customer satisfaction and overall happiness!! Plus they have amazing deals and when I came up a little short on cash they waved my activation fee just to help out! Anytime I have any questions concerns or need any info on anything electronic I either stop by or give them a call and they always remember new and my name plugs if they dont have the answer theyll go out of there easy to figure it out!! Horrible customer service, I was hoping to get a great deal from them since I herd many good things from my friends but turns out that the previous employees that used to work there, no longer work there. because I asked my friends who were the employees that helped them and described to me how they look and I asked if they work there and they said no. The short girl with long hair acted like she didnt care and didnt even try to help and stayed in the back desk. She could of at least came to the front of the counter to talk to me about the phones and plans they had but instead she stayed there playing on her phone. What kind of business is this, like really, not joking. Luckily the Metro store across street gave me a very good deal and I would recommend everyone to go there. I also did some research and found out that Wireless Toyz is a franchise and I herd many bad things about going to stores that are franchise so honestly its a waste of time going there. The store was a mess too. It looked like the employees were just chilling there stuffing there mouth with food. Do they not have a break room or at least they can try to stay clean. The area was kinda sloppy in general. The Metro store next door was clean and professional looking. I will never step foot into that store again.

I have had the best customer service Ive had in a long time. I would suggest if you need a phone come here they will definitely make you happy and get you what you want. Also they have a punch system that after you make a payment a certain amount of times you get a free accessory of your choice.

Amazing store, and great customer service. Cheap cases compared to the other stores and even cheaper phone. Armando, who set up my phones even helped me recover my old email and was very straightforward, didn’t feel like I was being cheated and I knew what I was paying for.

Can I just say amazing! Was having trouble with my insurance claim it got denied :( so I was going to be stuck with no phone Kendra than repaired it! Though it was very damaged and some small error occurred with the phone she still got it to work she gave me a free screen protector! I’m amazed with this team I’ve taken about 2 repairs here since and always a great job.

I have been using this particular wireless toys for my phone service for a while now. The other day I had a tragedy in the family as my phone went for a swim in the salt river and I was forced to replace my phone. Illyah was more than helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

Everytime I walk in this place to get my packages the clerks argue over whos going to serve me. I asked the guy about it, he says its just a thing him and his coworkers do. I dont like it, makes me feel uncomfortable and have changed this from my UPS access point because of it.

When i say bad service i mean it first of all they committed fraud on my account added things on there I did not ask for charged me at the end of my phone purchase and said it was “free” I purchased a case terrible quality But the price is what I got in return of quality wise. I asked the ladies to evaluate my receipt that showed a charge under “PR” for $45 i was told it was a service fee I’ve activated at metro before and was never charged that much in a service fee and when I asked for my money back the ladies working gave me a terrible attitude. This place has no concern for their customer they just want to make money I will be contacting corporate because my son activated at another metro store and only paid $53 for when I paid $108.

This place is full of it I activated a phone 2 months ago put me on a higher price plan than what I asked for when I tried to pay my bill they said it was “fraud” if I lowered down my plan! Boost mobile sucks! And the older gentleman working there had no freakin! Concern for my problem he kept feeding me bs! I didn’t sign up for it! I was charged activation twice!!! $35 ridiculous per line! Just a bunch of scammers. They are so nice to you to the point where you think your getting a good deal but really there signing you up for something that benefits them. The staff was clueless about handling the situation.

I was in two other stores just to buy sim card one store employees refused if I didnt pay for activation then I went to other store they sold me sim but refused to let me use phone knowing I just moved here this week didnt know anyone and theres no pay phones but then I found this store taking bus all over town hours later the owner not only activated my phone for free let me use phone and gave me coupon for next purchase then gave my a hole punch to win free stuff wen I pay bill WHAT! Yes I will never go to other store another guy just sat and listen to me cry and vent for 20 minutes WHAT! Horrible customer service!! I took my daughters IPhone 6 in for the lcd to be fixed. The guy told me it was completely dead and to take it home to charge. He said that if the screen didnt work to bring it back. I took it back a couple days later only to be told it was the battery. I paid them to put a new battery in. The phone was great, for a week. Then it would shut off, say there was no charge, even at 90%. We placed numerous calls to speak to the manager only to be told they would call us back. When I finnally reached a manager I was told he would research and call back. Several hours later, he called and left a voice-mail. I called back today and was rudely informed by Edelia (manager)that there was not much more they could do for me. When I asked what that meant she was very irritated that I even asked. She went on to say well, we can look at it. Im sorry you messed up my daughters phone and Im asking you to take ownership for your mistakes.
