Quick fast paced store, they had a long line when I started my order and it was moving very nicely. Order was correct and very well made. Customer service was outstanding. She spoke clearly and with a smile. Enjoyed very much!

I loved my trip to Starbucks this morning! I ordered through the online app but I wasnt able to remove the splash of almond milk and replace it with coconut. When I went inside I told the barista my issue and she made sure I only got a splash of coconut I wanted. Everyone was super friendly and fast even though it was super busy. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed my favorite Starbucks, yet! They are always amazing here. Everyone is always super friendly and often remember me. Today in particular, Jaycee and Claire were handling an difficult busy time (with some difficult customers) with out missing a beat.

Great as always. Ordered Egg, Bacon and Gouda Cheese breakfast sandwiches along with a cold brew nitro coffee and an iced mocha. Quick drive through service too. Enjoy!

This place is always out of food and I’m not really happy about just ordering a seasonal drink that is empty.

Like all starbucks there is a line to get your food. I dont blame the store for this but the customer base. Starbucks is the standard for coffee, rarely going above and beyond but offering a decent product with decent service. The company in years past was cutting edge offering new and exciting food and drink options but has declined steadily over time.

Went there because son got a giftcard for Christmas. He insisted there was some sort of pink drink. I said no. He made me ask the lady at the drive thru. Turns out there are 2 pink colored drinks. The one he chose is actually named, wait for it, pink drink!

Bad customer service! The girl in the drive threw was very rude !!! In the manger doesn’t care that her employees are very rude ! They were laughing at me and my husband . I don’t recommend this place to no one . They will not take you seriously. Ruined my day . I’m sorry my husband has a speech problem and you couldn’t understand him . You girls made him feel like he’s not worth living or trying !!!

Long lines meh service and my drinks are off 4 out of 5 times. I am just going to switch locations the one in Safeway across the street gets it right. And for the amount of money the drink should be perfect.

Always friendly, & havent been disappointed. Love the fact that they can customize your drink pretty much anyway you want. Example?Matcha Green Tea, with chocolate chips, & 2 shots of Peppermint. 👍

I like this Starbucks location especially because my husband and I live so close but sometimes when I order my white mocha frappe it always somehow tastes either too sweet or too strong

This is first time Ive ever been to this Starbucks. I rated this Starbucks five stars because Oh my goodness the staff is extremely helpful. Most of the time Im going to the Starbucks closest to my house but, this time I went to this one and wow the staff is really courteous and very friendly and the place is clean and tidy. And your drinks get to you quickly. I think I will be going to this Starbucks more often. Thank you Starbucks for providing a pleasant experience.

Awesome service here! Adam & Molly wonderful employees! Adam was very patient and helpful with our large party (including kids). When order couldnt be fulfilled, Molly kindly apologized, offered an alternative, and waited patiently while looking over the menu again. I had two gift cards given to me, one gift card was fine and covered half my total but when i gave them my other gift card it apparently had no money on it. They ended up covering the rest of my total ! That was so nice of them !

Hypocrites. I bring my own reusable cup to AVOID using disposable items and these smarty pants prepare my coffee in a disposable cups and just pour it into my own one because the are too busy to wait for my cup and prepare it once they have it. NOTE: it was just a simple iced coffee. What’s the point Starbucks? Lying behind the scene, making me leave with my coffee in my own cup while you dispose many items just to not hurt your metrics???? Not only you WASTE pointless but you also try to fool me. First and last one.

I’m not a Starbucks regular but love their cold brew on days I need a lil extra energy or it’s too warm for hot coffee. Anyways this location always provides quick & friendly service, even when the lines get longer, & the employees are so sweet & always seem in a good mood.

I usually like this location because its not busy much and always super fast, but this time it was SO SLOW!! Also, i ordered at the drive thru.... With reassurance from the barista of my order. Question: dont they do this to make sure the drink is ready, or almost ready when you drive up to pay....? Right? So, I drive up and he asked me AGAIN what drink i ordered!! Very frustrating. Wont steer me away, but it seems that better training is definitely needed.

My frappe was delish! The service was beyond pleasant! No one bothered me... which was nice too! I enjoyed my time, doing things I really wasnt looking forward to doing! SO THANKFUL!! WILL BE BACK!!!

I love the Starbucks they always get my order correctly and they asked me what type of sugar I want to add in my drink instead of just predeterming it and adding it to my drink. Also overall they employees are always friendly and they have a good selection of food sadly I just wish they had a little toaster oven so they can warm up croissants and muffins. Like other Starbucks but oh well I would recommend this Starbucks to other people. Lastly lines are pretty low there, sometimes theres an even none.

This place is ALWAYS packed, but for good reason they are quick and sufficient I have never experienced a bad order or had to deal with waiting too long. Only thing is they do rush you when ordering by saying the total even If your not done but apologize and finish the order. So thann you(:

They kicked a teenager out for him falling asleep. They dont know that kids situation at home why he is so tired to fall asleep in broad daylight. By the looks of the kid he doesnt have it easy at home. He felt safe enough to sit in here to the point he dozed off. The male came over and was nice to the kid then the obese female comes over and tells the kid to leave because he cant sleep in here. He was not bothering or disturbing anyone. He was sitting in a corner alone not even snoring. I was sitting next to him. She threated to call 911 if he didnt wake up and leave. I am disgusted. This is right after Starbucks had an issue of kicking someone out and calling the police.

They do need a place for smokers becuase of the location once your off the property your in the way of traffic I watched 2 people trying to find a safe place to smoke almost get hit by a vehicle trying to cross the little road/ driving parking area thats the only downfall of it otherwise good place to come .

Awesome service and food. The drinks are amazing. And if you want something extra like whip or chocolate they will do it! Wish they would be open a little later but its great to come here. They a genuinely nice. Not because they have to be but because they want to be. The scones are great and the coffee is amazing! Would rather spend more $$ on their coffee than 99€ on gas station coffee. Yuck! Recommend this starbucks to everyone!

They always get it right some other Starbucks dont know decaf means a shot of decaf espresso I cant tell you how many times Ive ended up with a chocolate shake but not at this location💓

Very clean and comfortable feeling inside. They have a friendly staff but can take a while with orders. Their drive thru takes a long time and usually has a line through the parking lot. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend. If you can spare a few extra minutes, its a decent place.

Serving was to slow waited for 15 minutes just for one caffe latte ! Starbucks usually has excellent customer service in terms of when youre unsatisfied with an item. This Starbucks did not offer a refund or a different cookie after we purchased it and said we didnt like it. The cookie was returned before we even got our drinks. I was not very happy with this particular Starbucks.

I went to this location tonight at 8:30 they say they close at 9 there was about 7 other cars but they were closed they kept walking by us by the window when we were trying to ask what was going on and the had the doors locked and the two ladys on there just kept walking by.
