I turned on my computer one day to find everything was gone. All my pictures, documents and settings. Even my desktop picture was gone. I took it in and the owner was so nice, he didnt promise me anything except that he would try. The next day I got a call that my computer was ready and they were able to get everything back! Juan did a great job with my computer. Not only that, but the customer service was also top notch. He answered all of my questions about diagnosis, how to prevent the problem from happening again, etc. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

The owner was not helpful nor nice when they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my computer that kept crashing. As some one else has already said, just plain rude.
