For the longest time I’ve known that I HAD to take action to update everything about my computer. Without going into too much detail, Cody at the Wright PC at the NW corner of Baseline and Burk took the time to analyze and recommend a strategy for lifting my system out of the bog and ultimate demise with clarity and patience this AM. We both agree that not immediately but for long range, we’re in line for taking major steps to salvage my computer within an affordable budget and timeline. I came to The Wright PC with a problem. That problem was a lack of knowledge on parts and compatibility within my current system. Immediately they were able to see the few components in my hands and tell me they would not work. After politely informing me about the incompatibility on my parts they offered a solution with parts that WOULD WORK.I told them the profession I currently work in (Streaming/Gaming/Graphical Design) and were even able to meet my needs on a aesthetics level. My PC has never been this fast AND pretty to look at all at the same time!Overall I am EXTREMELY happy to have come to The Wright PC. They were able to use the parts I did come in with and kept me informed and educated me on why what parts work and why the others didnt. Went in looking for a cheap laptop. It was something they didnt have. They could have been polite but the older gentleman pretty much laughed me out of there. Would never go back. Just cause you dont have what I am looking for doesnt mean you have to be rude about it. Not how a small business survives.

They dont have a return policy for parts so better hope they work. The older man didnt even consider this and just said you need to know what youre doing. I do know what im doing, sir, thats why i came in and asked about parts. Parts can be faulty out of the box, though. Older mans solution was to pay for them to service my device should it not work, absolutely laughable. Anyway, no return policy, no sale. I feel bad for the younger guy, he seemed nice, but on-edge. As an experienced computer guy, I can safely say, this place is useless to me.

I checked this place out while searching with my roommate for places that could help us start with our first PCs. We didn’t know where or how to start. Let me just say, if you need any help with information related to PCs this place is more than worth your time. The service was incredible, the guys there are incredible at what they do and are real easy to talk to. Every single question I had was answered in a very nice way that was very easy for me to understand. Both me and my roommate have gotten our PCs from here and have no regrets. 10/10

Took a Dell laptop in that was extremely slow, for a little over $200 they could get rid of the old technology and replace with new. Picked it up, took it home and had someone elses information on it! Took it back they took that persons info off, just deleted it, which I could have done. They said they would put my info back on,well got it back,had some information back on it, not all, had information that was deleted over a year ago on desktop, and its still slow. Never go here!

Fast, great customer service and top quality pc parts and computers

At first visit, my experience was pleasant enough, though the PC components I ended up with are sub-par at best, and absolute trash at worst. The owner is pleasant to talk to, but his employee(s?) are brusque and assume that you know nothing about computers, and refuse to acknowledge otherwise. I will not be returning. Most notable is the no returns policy - take care when picking out any pieces you buy, as any and all sales are final!

When others are sold out, we have what you need, when you need it... because we charge you 3x MSRPYou could buy the GPUs from scalpers on Ebay for less than what theyre charging. Youre a retailer not a reseller. They even have the AUDACITY to say that a 3060 normally goes for $1,799.95 but theyll give you a discount down to $1,099.95. Its not even GPUs theyre over charging for. CPUs and Motherboards are all almost double the price of what even other small business have them for. Apple MacBook Retina is worth $550 not $999.99. The R7 3700x is worth $290 not $339.95. the R5 5600x is worth $299.99 not $439.95.Do yourself a favor, go to any other store if your looking for parts. Buy off a small business on Amazon or eBay if you want, youll still be saving at least 50%P.s. to TheRightPc, multiple of your products on your website have incorrect information and images...

I bought a tower plus a gpu and storage. When I got home the storage was acting funny and was crashing constantly. I took it back to them. I told them what was going on they said give us a couple of hours and we will figure this out. Exactly couple hours later we found indeed the drive storage was bad and replaced it quickly. They even listened to my minor things like cable management and did it. They went above and beyond to make sure I walked out happy. These guys even answered all of my questions and educated me along the way. My gaming is pristine and my gpu rendering for lights and baking in Unity are beautiful. Thank you Wright guys, the drive and price was worth it.I will be coming back when its time to upgrade!

Ive been searching for a 3080 for months with no luck. Stopped in just two days ago and I was able to pre-order one that I just picked up. Super fast turn around and super friendly service. I definitely recommend this place.

PC Part Shortage or not, trying to scalp graphics cards and other components is not something you want to see in an outlet for nearly 3x MSRP. 10/10 Wouldnt recommend based on morals alone.Prolly picked em up off ebay and flipping for even more markup.

Their gpus are matching amazon scalpers price not not amazon official store or best buy or staple or adorama or microcenter or b&h, for example a 3080 for $2200, which is released $699. unless u match the amazon service -- 60 day free return, otherwise who give you confident to match amazon scalper price? I dont know if you get the cards from personal or factory. In my knowledge if you import from the factory and sale them as a scalper, they will ban you from the supply list.

Went into The Wright PC looking for some help as I am knew to the whole building a PC thing. When I walked in there was a young man at the counter that seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to help answer my questions. Not even a minute into the conversation an older gentleman, whom I perceived was the owner of the shop came and just butted into the conversation. Which I thought was quite rude given the young man was in the middle of a sentence. As I continued trying to gather the right information, The older gentleman began to try to convince me to buy on of his pre-built PCs. When I had asked for the specs of the Pre-built PCs he replied We do not do that here, thats something a major retailer would do. This most definitely did not sit right with me given he was trying to get me to buy a Pre-built but would not give the information on the actual components. I entertained the idea anyways but was in no position to make a $1000+ purchase. When I thanked the owner and said I would keep in touch, he had this annoyed look on his face and wouldnt even make eye contact with me. Only as I was walking out did he decide to say thanks for coming in, have a great day. I understand every business is hurting right now with the pandemic but that doesnt mean you can throw customer service out the window. If he had just let the younger gentleman answer my questions, i would not be writing this review as I rarely write these anyways. But when I feel like a mistreated potential customer, I take action to notify others of what to potentially expect if things do not go the way the owner wants them to go. I know for a fact I will not be returning TheWrightPc.com as I do not feel they deserve my business. I would much rather go to bestbuy and be able to buy a pre-built PC that I know has all the components I would like in a build, rather than buy one from this store and not be fully sure what components are within. I am rating this 2 stars instead of 1 because the younger gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I hope people find this review helpful as it is a personal opinion. I am sure not everyone has had a negative experience here, but from my experience, it was not great.

Asks scalper prices for 30 series gpus. 2x the msrp. $1700 for a $800 card. Im glad I knew my products, I would be cautious and wait if you are not. But they DO have them if you are that desperate. But just wait.

I came into the shop after having countless issues building my PC, I was at a dead end. Thats when my buddy told me we should head over to the wright PC and they came through and saved the day! I needed a newer laptop for basic work functions and I have not been disappointed with my decision to purchase my second work laptop from Wright PC. I got extremely lucky and was able to purchased a renewed 15.6 Dell Latitude E6540 with a few extra bells and whistles to make my workload easier. I was lucky to get a newer version of the first Dell I purchased here 3 years ago and the customer service was great! The guy who helped me on 5/8 knew his stuff for sure. I will be recommending this local business to all of my friends and business associates.

Answered all my questions. Gave great advice and help. Best Buy and Frys Electronics were no help. I was building a PC myself and hitting a wall, was given credit at the store for my PC in progress, and found one to fit our needs at a GREAT price!

This place is out of this world! Need two Ethernet cables ASAP and I got what I needed because they made a custom cables for me within 10 minutes. The owner and employees were super friendly and helpful. They place clean and everyone in there very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and definitely going back.

I emailed to check stock for a 27 or 32 monitor. The reply I received stated yes we have them and come in as they are moving fast. I asked for pricing and received an email telling me they had 17 and 19 monitors starting at $10.00. I asked again for pricing and Kirk sent an email saying they have a 32monitor for $149, didnt say what brand or any specifics. I asked about the 27 and never received a reply.I have all the emails so this really happened.Most people start their search online, I wanted to buy locally. I literally had to pry information from Kirk, who failed to give me any. The result, I will never consider this store and will never recommend this store to anyone. A total waste of my time.

Upgraded my very old desktop - new cpu, new motherboard, new case... all that... couldnt get it to work... called and explained what happened. Told me they could help and to bring it down. Very clean store, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Took it in... called me back in an hour or so and thoroughly explained what had happened. Agreed on a fix and got it back in a couple hours! Absolutely amazing! Best Buy quotes me $500-700 for a LCD monitor fix. These guys got it done for only 150 AND had it done the same day! Not to mention they found out I had corrupted systems, made contact with me as soon as they found out, gave me a solution for fixing it, and still got it done in the same day for less than a quarter of Best Buy’s quote. Amazing these are my computer guys from now on hands down.

Brought my laptop in for service. When I dropped it off I asked them to replace the screen back that was cracked at the hinge, replace the charging port, and clean up the programming since it was running slow and the gentleman agreed. Couple days later I got a call from a young man. He stated that the screen back didn’t need replaced and that the charging port was fine. I insisted that he change the charging port. He called me back quoted me $63.Picked it up today and paid a total of $163 and he said that the operating system didn’t need clean up, the screen hinge still operated and he changed the charging port. Got it home and the sound isn’t working. Opened up the laptop myself to take a look and the speakers weren’t even plugged into the motherboard.So I paid $163 for a $63 dollar repair. Never again. I’ll make the time to do it myself.

I love to support small, neighborhood business and this one does not disappoint. I dont know much about all the latest technology, so I took my phone to them to help me. And when I tell you they saved my life (figuratively speaking)..They did me a solid! I told them what I needed and they did exactly that and I got my phone back the same day! The young man, Greg, was polite and well spoken. And made me feel like my business mattered. Pricing was awesome and reasonable. Unlike Data Doctors who charge you &100. Just to look at. I recently bought a computer case from TheWrightPc. Not only was it much cheaper than the big box stores, but he understands what hes talking about, unlike the minimum wage geeks. I think youll find this is a better choice.

Sorry about the length of this review, but its really worth reading if you want anything having to do with a PC. I have been going to Wright PC for over a year now. I have bought a lot of PC parts, accessories, and even a refurbished laptop and new speaker system. All of which have had no issues, nor have I needed to return anything. The other day I was in the store just to ask some questions, which by the way I do often, and always get detailed answers that are easy to understand which is refreshing because I am not very computer literate. I was only intimidated once there asking what I thought was dumb question, and to my surprise, I didnt feel put down or stupid, I felt important and that my question was important too. I was and have been treated very genuine by all the Techs, Staff and even the Owner has continued to take all the time and means necessary to clearly explain the answers in my terms. As I was leaving I realized I have never rated or commented about my experience here. Well, I have read the feedback and Im not so sure how to interpret the negative comments left here. During all the visits I have had here, I have witnessed many many customers having transactions and some not so happy about something. But I have always experienced the Staff working out a positive solution to the issue, which makes me happy to see and more confidant that I have chosen the best place to do my business. So, I encourage you to feel secure and confidant as well to get whatever you need done here, and for those who have had a somewhat negative experience here, go back and approach the issue differently if still possible, or just give them another chance on something else. Sometimes there is a bad apple in the bunch, it happens everywhere, however I do know the owner will not hesitate to make the appropriate adjustment and solve a problem. These guys are truly genuine and straight forward. If you want GOOD, FAIR, and QUALITY, go open the front door and walk in.

Good PC store sells mainly new laptops and desktops some PC accessories, the big selling point is the $99 full desktop its an older system but will do most basic tasks.

Got some items thru auction a they were downgrading before he sold them for or example the computer I got thru the auction and him is supposed to be 4gb ram and 250gb hd stock it came with 2 GB ram and a 125gb hd

The Wright PC I have to say is the BEST place to purchase or repair your computer. Every other place that I have purchased my computer from has been a disaster.....they dont last more than a couple of years. I have purchased a used computer from the Wright PC more than 8 years ago and never a single problem. I am back to purchase another one for a family member because I absolutely love and trust this place. Great customer service, affordable and knowledgeable people. It was a little hard to find with Google Maps, but they were the only store in AZ I could find that carried a 2060 videocard off the shelf. Frys and other larger retailers were empty, bare shelves everywhere.

Wow! What a great place! My laptop crashed, I took it back to the place I bought it which is Walmart. Told me to call the 800 number after spending more than an hour on the phone I was very frustrated. I found this guy through Google, he knew what’s wrong with it almost right away and fixed it the same day. Highly recommended.

When I decided to build a gaming PC I went to these guys for help. They gave great advice on what parts I should have and they sold them to me for a great price. After I put it all together I gave them the PC to preform a process called flash. It took longer than expected but it came out great in the end and I can know play my fast-paced shooters.

Dont let the upbeat, Mr Nice Guy personality fool you. This guy is a thief. Brought my laptop in at the end of August for a quote to get the keyboard replaced. He had me hold on to my computer and took a $25 deposit while he located a keyboard online. Claimed hed get me the best price and call me in a week. Called mid Sept was asked to hold right away, no one came back to phone. Decided to call again today. Same guy that helped me in August answers the phone looks up my file and realizes that nothings ever been done. Claims they were really busy at the time I originally came in and never got started, asks me to call back Monday. I requested a refund, as it appears this operation terribly managed. He states that since they are so small they dont issue refunds...
