They are all so amazing! They make each customer feel important. They remember your name and they are always smiling when someone walks through the doors! Good way to end the work day; seeing smiling faces!!! Thank you for making one of my many stops home enjoyable, even if it’s just for a minute.

My husband told me about Shipping by E. L. I. He couldnt stop saying enough good about them. So, I needed to get some framed pictures to my daughter for her birthday. I brought my own box (it was too big). That was no problem. They worked on the box until it did fit and packed my pictures well and they showed up at my daughters house in pristine condition. No wonder my husband talked about them with such awe. There has to be a reason that they have 4.9 rating.

Samaritan Aviation and I personally have shifted our shipping needs to this business. The staff are efficient, friendly and enjoy what they do. They have helped us with international shipping of important documents as well as equipment and we can trust them to get the job done. I visit this place at least once a week. Its wonderful except when there is a Karen customer with a mask on that dilutes the serene environment within the store by demanding customers wear a mask and harassing them.

Everyone at Eli are wonderful and great customer service. They are so friendly and go the extra mile to help you out. I ship stuff out to my son who is in the military. The reviews do not lie!I was nearby on other business and needed to ship a book to a friend. With a toddler in tow, I wanted to avoid the hassle of a large post office. The wait was so short, my toddler didnt have time to complain or get into mischief--now thats fast!I walked in, handed the clerk my book and a manila envelope, and he had it packaged, taped, addressed, and ready to ship in less than two minutes. USPS wanted $90 to ship a 15lb box. ELI got quotes for the retail USPS Fedex and UPS as well which were all ridiculous $70-100. They got the price down to $30, and Johnny did it with a smile.
