Tried to ship a rifle barrel. I was told no because the owner of the franchise doesnt allow it. I was not shipping a firearm so there is no issue. UPS is plastered all over the store. If they will not allow shipments of things allowed by UPS they should change thier name.
Tricia and Becca did an outstanding job dealing with a very angry and difficult customer on July 19 between 4-5pm. Shout out to the team for excellent customer service under pressure. They are very kind, considerate, and eager to help solve problems.This is the best UPS store I have ever visited.
Ive been dropping here almost daily for the last 9 years. Great place. However today I had a short wait in line and I noticed that the music wasnt on. With Christmas coming I know the lines will grow. I hope they bring back the music to help with the long waits....plz
Nothing but liars and deceivers. Dont go here!I paid over $100 for a guaranteed delivery. When it didnt arrive, they refused to refund my money because they said nothing is guaranteed, even though there was valid evidence of the guarantee. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE!

Kris (Chris?) is the best. I called with a unique and dire request after the truck had already left with the package I had dropped off a couple hours earlier. I thought that ship had sailed and the situation looked bleak, but somehow she was able to turn the truck around and take care of it. Ill never forget the hoops she jumped through to pull it off. That is absolutely the definition of going above and beyond. Thank you!
This place is the worst always a line out the door and the franchise owner makes their own rules different from the rest of the ups stores. The lady with grey hair was very rude. You can’t tell she hates her job. I will drive another half mile to avoid this store.
Normally UPS stores have a bad reputation but this one had great service, at least when I went. Sure, there was a bit of a line but the line was moving along pretty efficiently. They had 2 cashiers working that night which was great. Speaking of night, I love how this UPS store is open later into the evening.Getting my order shipped was quick and easy and everything arrived without issues. :)

This store is understaffed and very slow. They are losing money taking care of customers need like copying and other self services. If you are in a hurry do not use this store. The staff are very courteous and need more help. They arent very prompt here because of lack of staff.

Trying to send Christmas packages off to the east coast. Spent $250 in their store and they sent the package back to me because a year old UPS tag got left on the box. They would not do anything. The box will now be late, I wasted my time and money coming back in to bring the box back so they could ship it and then the manager had THE NERVE to tell me it was MY FAULT FOR LEAVING A YEAR OLD TAG ON THE BOX. I said I wasted my gas and time coming back in here and she looked at the tag and said WELL IT WASNT THAT FAR. YOU LIVE 10 MINUTES AWAY. Terrible. Terrible. Go find a different store to ship from. Dont waste your time and money here.
I’m so disappointed with ups after they loose a box with school supplies that we’re donating over two hundred dollars plus the $90 dollars shipping and my wife’s half a day buying the stuff, we dropped the box the guy ask what it was and we told him that it was school supplies but I never receive a notification of my package being shipped so i call them and they didn’t know where it was so they open an investigation and they couldn’t find it so I provided a receipt with all the stuff that it was in it but Of course since I only pay for a hundred dollars worth the stuff that’s what they gave us back so we loose over a hundred dollars worth the stuff and all the hassle so I would really recommend to insured whatever your sending because you can’t really trust them to do their job right which it was my mistake so I will have to start using a different company.
The staff was a BIG help even though they had a line out the door today. Barbie helped me prepare a care package for a friend to send UPS then she went the extra mile for me and printed labels out for my FedEx return packages before redirecting me to the proper shipping location for package pick up when she didn’t have to but she saved the day! Thank you so much for the amazing service every time I come to your location!!!
I recently moved here from out of state so naturally I find myself receiving and mailing off items frequently. Ive visited this store over 5 times and each time Ive walked away with zero complaints. The store is always clean. Employees are typically knowledgeable and eager to assist.Id like to shout out one employee in particular, Barbra. Shes always upbeat and in the best spirits. Even with the current chaos caused by this pandemic she took the time out to provide an excellent customer experience for me. Id say shes exactly the type of employee UPS would want representing their brand.
This location takes Covid Guidelines seriously. Only 6 customers in the store at any time. 6 feet apart, everyone must put a mask on before entering. And they enforce these rules!!!
Best UPS store ever. Had the best experience here today. Anthony went above and beyond to help me out. I was alone with two kids and a dog. I called afternparkingntoale sure I could bring the dog in and he CAME OUT TO HELP ME! offered to carry something and held the door for me and my crazies.y some ran around looking at and touching everything and Anthony was so patient and kind. He even let him help with what he was doing. He also attended to the three other people that came in and then Armando came up to finish helping. They were both so kind and patient and professional and helpful! They worked together as a team and really made a difference in my day. 10/10, will use again.
Do UPS Stores always a five minute stop for me. The staff there are knowledgeable very helpful. Its where I go to mail my packages and the cost is effective and inexpensive. They do have packing supplies shipping supplies Etc. I would highly recommend the UPS Store to others who need assistance in mailing their package out. They can box it wait packet and send it.
I am SOOOOO very happy to have this UPS store in my neighborhood!Ive used their notary services a number of times as my bank has lousy notary services available. I also return Amazon packages there. Their staff has always been nice and really helpful. They are a great service!
They have lots of elderly clients, but staff does not wear masks. No hand sanitizer. If youre high risk to die of covid, find a place that protects employees and customers.
I stopped in to copy 70+ documents and was happy with the price and how well the machine worked. The staff were friendly and it was easy enough to get what I needed done. I deducted a star though, as they had no way of counting copies and so I got to do that manually.
This store has been terrific for years! Always helpful and willing to pack my items. Great group of employees who have been together for quite a long time. Far better customer service because they invested in your needs

I cant thank David and his staff enough for the over top care they gave my package. While visiting my mom there I decided to ship home to myself some of my dads belongings. My box arrived today 1 day ahead of schedule. When I opened the box I was over whelmed with the personal care they gave dads things . As you see inside was my dads military uniform, as well other personal items. The staff wrapped everything in plastic and neatly arranged them all in such a way nothing was damaged or crushed. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Wishing you many years of blessed success!

I do believe this was one of the greatest customer service experiences Ive had. I had assistance from a pleasant hard working gentlemen, I believe his name was Angel. This fellow treated me with the outmost respect from a young man his age. He assisted me with my problem, kept contact with me to assure my services went through and a pleasant conversation about my day, all in the spam of 5 -10 min service. Honestly its not everday you find such an establishment with fine young employers and treat you with the most respect. If you have a situation or just some fine service from a variety of mailing options. Look no futher! Because me and my wife know that we dont have too anymore. Second time I was in this store. Phone and in store employees were so friendly and helpful. Shipping DTV receiver and they explained everything to me.
Good location. Clean store. Horrible customer service. Was returning cell phone to the carrier, box was open. He put it on the scale and said good bye before taping shut. When he looked up, he said can I help you. Ya, Id like to see you tape it shut before I leave. He taped it up and said, THERE, with attitude & rolling his eyes. Bill that was RUDE.
Store hours posted say it opens at 8am. One employee finally arrives at 8:15. Does not acknowledge anyone of us standing out front waiting. He finally lets us in and again taking his sweet time he slowly begins to help the first customer. At this point he has still not acknowledged his tardiness or apologized to the 8 of us standing patiently. The second employee arrives around 8:30 and the line begins to move. I will not be using this location anymore.
I needed a $2 notary stamp. Thats all. I phoned the store and the first question answered told me I was taking a chance. Thats when I met Lindsey. Lindsey needs to learn from this. And the franchise owner would help her by releasing her. When I went to the store, Lindsey was rider than on the phone. She directed me to a desk and asked if I had signed anything. I told her I did but had another copy. I asked her if I could white the signature out and re-sign to make it easier. She said yes. With a mean attitude. I white it out and asked her to make a copy for me. She analyzed it and said the signature was still there. It wasnt. She may argue over that but heres the point. I run a 13.6 million dollar retail operation that prides itself on customer service. I dont have time to deal with Lindsey s . If she were just unintelligent that would be one thing. But she went out of her way to deny her store owner a sale. Live with that. I now have to find the franchisees name and the corporate contact for service to follow through on what I said. So if you have the time, stop in and see Lindsey. But if you arent in for the entertainment she gives avoid this store until they rid it of her and the other staff that thinks this is ok.

I remember when UPS Store was a full service location. They wont accept refused UPS packages. They wont accept pre-paid Fedex packages. Their hours are limited and the staff isnt particularly friendly.
I have ben treated very kindly up until recently and I wont give a bad review for an employee that has a bad attitude..not customer service friendly. Do not appreciate a shrug of the shoulders and a what ya gonna do attitude ...along with uttering those exact words to me.
Four employees working, one at the counter helping another customer and three in back chatting as I stood at the counter waiting for ANYONE to notice and acknowledge me. Even the girl helping someone at the counter commented, and I quote, are you all taking care of that one box?, as she noticed me waiting and not being helped. Eventually, a gentleman noticed me. I expressed my concern, to which he said...ok. I said that I had no problem expressing how I felt on any of the several surveys I have received from your establishment. Not an acknowledegment or even a veiled apology. I go here frequently and am disappointed that I was not treated in a more respectful, responsible or professionsional way. I guess I will go to an establishment with a more caring, professional atmosphere.😡

Took a small box to a UPS down the road and paid $4 for two day shipping. Wife took similarly sized box to this place and the cheapest shipping offered is Ground for $10. Interesting.
Worst customer service ever had and prepaid package and was mad because I didnt set it on the scale! Yelled at me on the way out the door that I needed to set it on the scale, it was already weighed with the label on it I had a child waiting in the car didnt have time for him to weigh, yet there was no need to weigh it! Also if it really needed to go on the scale pick it up and put it on the scale how hard would that be for him to do! My husband has done a lot of business with the since he owns his own business has stop since their customer service has gone downhill in the past six months!

Easily the worst personnel and sevice of any mail store Ive used. They remided me of a crankyankers show. A total joke. Dont waist your time! If there was a 0 star they would get that.
Employees were very rude. I just needed to drop off a package and asked if there was anything else they needed. By 2 employees I was told I needed to wait and then when they finally actually listened to my question they said I didnt need to do anything else.
Great service, I use them as my other office. They can handle so many details for me.

Poor customer service. Unhelpful and bad representation of the company. This franchise should look into moving on without a specific employee with whom I had a bad experience with. She didn’t have any customer service training at all.

The staff here is always courteous helpful and friendly when Ive needed to ship, fax, print or scan an item.
I drive bast the one on Power and Baseline to use this store. The owner is great the employees seem content, and they treat every job like it is the most important to them bet it I need one copy printed, or 1000 they have great customer service.
