Ive worn this make up since I did a report on the business in Highscool.. circa 1987.While all my friends dealt with acne and stuff.. I had FLAWLESS Skin. Still do at 50 years old.. I HIGHLY recommend Merle Norman. The locations, Superstition Springs Mall and the one in Ahwatukee have the most wonderful owners, that have also been using Merle Norman products for longer than I have... like 20 + years longer.. And they both have the most amazingly wonderful skin!

First of all, their make up is amazing! I use total finish and love everything about it. If I could order straight to my home and have a subscription I would. But I do not appreciate the owner of the store who sells MAKE UP giving me any kind of MEDICAL advice. She needs to keep her lectures to herself. If she’s too afraid to be in public then she should rely on younger employees or get her vaccine. Be warned, she will still sell you your items but she wants to SCREAM unsolicited medical recommendations along with it.

I definitely recommend this Merle Norman. Great service,; listened, made suggestions, NO pressure. I will go back.

I went in to get my daughters ears pierced and the lady did the markings and I knew the right ear was too high so I asked her to do it below her marking. Probably my mistake, I shouldve had her redo the marking. But she was confident she could get it. They did it and my daughter only cried for 1 min and then was fine. Immediately after I saw the lady did it too high on her right ear. And she saw it too and said I dont know how that happened... And then asked to take it out and do it again.... Really!!!! My daughter freaked out. And so we left to get some ice cream and then came back to try again. The same lady took it out and was going to try again but my daughter absolutely refused. So we left with only one in. Later that night I took it out so they could close up together. Bad experience there. They did give us our money back which was very nice. But they did not do a good job. Very sad about my experience.
