This company is absolutely terrible to work with. We came in and found a slab there that we liked and Clint gave us his business card to touch base for him to come out and measure our kitchen. It took us texting him 4 days in a row for him to finally come measure a week later (after he said initially he could come out the next day) we have since called the office who said he was very busy and would get back to us ASAP and texted him many times with a response every so often that he will get back to us that day and never does. Overall terrible with communication and doesn’t seem to care for business. Total waste of over 2 weeks as we really wanted to get our kitchen done and will never attempt to work with them again.

I called them to follow-up my granite countertops delivery the customer service is very polite and friendly. She absolutely help me calm ang give me an assurance about the delivery process. Dozens of phone calls and emails went unanswered. Customers can take most things but being ignored is not one of them. Clint is nothing like his brother Ray (Ray brothers Granite)

The salesman scheduled our work and the team showed up and did everything on time. These guys did all the work installing granite throughout the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and topped a hall cabinet, all in the same day. Then, they quickly followed up with some minor touch-ups within a few days. Their work is spot on perfect! Good prices too. I recommend you call Dave at Premium Granite for our countertops.

Visit store, get a “business card” for Dave, leave 3 text messages over different days and had an initial quick synch call on reqt for > 55 sq ft dimensions. No response. Mooooving on. I tried they didn’t.

Worst customer service in the granite business

Our whole experience with Premium Granite from start to finish was outstanding. Dave made us feel that our counter-tops was as important to him as it was to us. The work and install was as scheduled and the installers did an awesome job. I would recommend Premium Granite without any reservation or hesitation.

These guys do amazing work, they show up when they say they are going to show up (kinda unique for some construction guys) Fairly priced, and looks fantastic! without hesitation I would recommend them to friends and family.

A person named David was sent to my home to do an estimate for cultured marble. He informed me that he does cultured marble on the side and that his granite company doesnt do it. The granite company is licensed....the marble company not licensed. Yea mee thinks not. Goodbye and I hope the ROC reads these.

In June, my daughter hired Premier Granite LLC (ROC #300911) to do her kitchen, master bath and guest bath granite counters. The job wasnt completed on time, due to her slabs breaking during a storm and a few postponements, but the granite installation was extremely nice. She was very pleased with the work and employees at Premier Granite. Premiers subcontractor, Ray Brothers Construction (ROC #281811) did all the non-slab work. These two companies are owned by father and son. This is where things went south. The construction crew accidentally broke her 9 foot mirror in her master bathroom, but she was immediately told to go out and purchase two smaller ones, and she would be reimbursed.My daughter asked if they could also remove her guest bathroom mirror and prep the wall so the two bathrooms would look the same. She was told yes, but she would use up her $250 mirror credit. She opted out of that and hired a handyman for $30 to do the job! She has now been told she has no credit! Ray Brothers sent two invoices to my daughters real estate agent to back up their claim. It was the real estate agent that referred her to Premier Granite when she bought the house. Ray Brothers provided no quotes, nothing in writing, everything was verbal, and just asked for full payment when they were done! If things dont go their way, an invoice magically appears with inflated prices to substantiate their claims after they have been paid in full! My goodness! What crazy business practices they have!This is a lesson learned for a young woman buying a home and dealing with contractors. Get everything in writing so you are not taken advantage of with a he said, she said situation. My daughter had paid everything in full and Ray Brothers reneged on their promise to reimburse her for breaking her mirror. Dont let this happen to you.
