Best place in the world for bargains! This particular store gets really busy with our winter visitors in the fall & winter but they always seem to keep the lines moving. Great customer service. Just wish they didnt run out of paper towels so fast, lol.

Costco is my go to for shopping in bulk. They have so many amazing products and services. I Love their top quality fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. They have such friendly staff and if ever needed, a great return policy.It is hard to find anything bad about Costco. It is just a top quality place🏆

Nothing special about this store. Not many selections for salad or ice cream. Looking for product for a business. Sams definitely has more options.

Decent prices with large quantities. The wait is a little long and theres always a ton of customers with no regard for whether they hit you with a cart but thats not the fault of the store. The cafe food prices are awesome though. They have great optical care as well. All in all a good experience.

Got my TV and controllers for my PC here, great place to have a membership to for things you need in bulk,(soap, paper towels and bathroom tissue, toothpaste deodorant, for me, cheese and tortillas and brownies, they have the BEST brownie bites! 😁👍) or even expensive items like a couch or tv. They also sell clothing and grilling equipment

Nice location and clean store. Gas prices are pretty much the lowest in this side of the valley. Well stocked and lots of checkers available.

Visited the eye care center. I have a lot of PTSD surrounding lights shining in my eyes. The staff were very patient and accommodating both in the clinic and at the optical center.

A-typical costco, its run very well. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Very hard to beat the general savings. (Cost to Quantity)

First arrived I could only locate one motorized scooter for my elder father. Once inside the atmosphere was not a friendly one to include the food court. The people who offer trial foods and a cart boy were the only friendly people I ran across.

This is the nicest Costco I have been to. It is busy, but show me a Costco that is not. Better than any Sams Club I’ve been to. If you are not a member, just join already. You will not regret it.

The employees are pleasant and professional. Enjoy the samples being offered again.UPDATE: 8/20/21: I asked an employee where I could find coconut water, and the employee, Deep, showed me where to find it and when I turned around to get my cart, he had grabbed a box and was bringing it to me. Typical Costco, with typical Costco crowd. Parking lot was jammed as usual and usual lines at check out.Store is well stocked and clean. Employees are working hard and doing their part. They need more employees.Downside is they need more checkers to keep the lines down. The parking lot has to many shopping carts and they are blocking traffic. They need more employees.

We have 3 Costco stores in the east part of the valley. They are nicely kept, lots of parking and good variety of products (like all Costco stores). Our favorite location is Arizona Avenue.

Love Costco too damn busy but best place ever

I love Costco!!! This location in particular is always super busy but they still staff adequately so you’re not waiting an hour in line. They added self check out which is a tough task if you’re like me and always load up a cart but it def helps if you’re only grabbing a few items.

What can I say about Costco that you dont already know? The place is huge and has great prices!Their employees are nice and very helpful. You can buy large quantities of things at great prices and they stand behind what they sell.They have a bakery on site, a gas station that sells gas usually about 10 cents less per a gallon.They have a department that prints photos, an optical department and hearing department.They are famous for selling whole roasted chickens at 4.99 thats a bargain when you want to eat well and dont feel like cooking.They have a pizza kitchen that sells by the slice or a whole pizza.Check out the photos and go see them. Let me know what you think.Be careful most people get excited about the great deals and end up with an average spend of about 300.00 their first visit. Lol maybe thats just me.

Costco staff.... Always top notch!But this COSTCO IS BUSY crowded! All the TIME!!!! We need TWO more Costcos in the East Valley (Mesa)🥺!!!!!! ITS so crowded we hate going! Parking lot nightmares. Cant get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Constant crowded isles. Flow is horrible 😫 Every checkout line is backed up!!!! If it werent for an efficient checkout team....we would be there all day.🙄Please build another one🙏

Best thing was nice lady helped me get case of water. Store packed, people parking carts in middle of aisles, parking lot a madhouse. Not really worth the aggravation.

The thing that bothers me the most about Costco is that no matter when I go there the places is a zoo. It is overwhelmingly busy. So there is no such thing as stopping to get a few things, it is always an extreme trip because you cannot got in and out quickly. And although you buy in bulk I dont think the place saves you as much money as they would like you think they do.I do have to admit, however, that the meat and produce they have is extremely good!

We shop there all of the time. They have a good selection of items, good sale prices and many things that we use on a regular basis. People are always friendly and helpful.

Person asked if you can buy fleece jacket or pullovers...sometimes they have them...Costco has different specials every 3-4 weeks, you can usually find same food products, but the house wears and clothing changes frequently. But they tend to offer seasonally appropriate items or holiday, back to school, summer wear, etc.

Place was busy but we did wait too long to check out fantastic workers

My pizza was burned on the bottom. But, I ate it anyway.I always used to enjoy the pizza from there.

My only complaints are crowded aisles, parking difficulties and long waits in checkout lines due to excellent selection and great prices. You cannot beat rotisserie chickens in price, freshness, supple or taste. Their pizza is great value but currently limited to cheese or combo.

We go every other weekend or more often. Sometimes I feel like my house is a warehouse for Costco but the prices are a big savings!!(sometimes more than half the cost of anyplace else)

This location is so convenient, I get off work and right before I jump on the highway I grab my necessities.. its never overly crowded( at least not the times Ive gone) and everything you need is accessible.. Ive even had a gentleman (employee) find an item and bring it to me, I was limping something serious, but overall Costco has always been a favorite and I hope they stick around..

Great location! Everyone is always really friendly and helpful! Be warned though as it is always packed with people! If you want less crowds, I suggest going an hour before they close on a weeknight!

I have been a member of Costco for 15 years. I took my family here who live out of town. Worse experience at the register. The cashier was so rude and snappy with us that all 3 of our orders, we left at the register. I have never experienced an employee to be so disrespectful to a customer.

I always enjoy going to the Mesa and Tucson Costco, I live In the mountains so both are equal distance and equal quality with great staff members! Why 5 Stars...returns without question, quality items of clothes, food and merch at lowest prices anywhere!

We are absolute HUGE Costco fans and have been for over 2 decades. Always check Costco first is our motto.One disappointment is with their services, specifically Collins Comfort Masters in the water heater and A/C units products.We used Costco and Collins to replace our water heater and A/C units and are disappointed with the service. This was a significant investment, as one can imagine. The units are working okay, but we are displeased with the install and lack of follow up.As you can see in the pictures, the water heater, which is the same size as our old one, was installed at a slant and the old one was square to the ground. No idea what happened here, but it looks like an amateur job.Our A/C units were installed sideways and look terrible how they’re positioned. Our wood floor in the master was also scratched during the install. I’ve brought both of these issues to Collins’ attention and received no help. Silence.We bought a new Eco Water Softener and it works great and the install was flawless. Can’t speak for garage doors or other services, but if you’re in the market for a water heater or A/C units I’d recommend steering away from Costco’s services here in AZ and would definitely not use Collins for any of the work.

This costco is very busy, more than others Ive been to. The Parking lot is full off cars, it is very hard to find parking, so take what you can find. The gas lines are also very long, so be patient if you are going to get gas. The store is full stocked. Which is great and the service is good. They have lots of registers to check out but again, lines are long.

Great place for family and buying in bulk. Many specials through out month. Handicap parking available. Food court is awesome.Costco sold 135 million combos last year. The humble $1.50 hot dog is a secret weapon for the big-box warehouse club.If ever interested in Treager Grille. Tjis is best place for discounted price.

They always have what we need, and a lot of things we dont but sometimes buy anyway, lol. Gas prices are generally the lowest around. Today I was in and out quickly, no lines in store or at gas pumps, so, score!

I go here not because I have to, but because I enjoy this location easy in and out the door the self check out line is great no so much self checkout because the workers there are always willing to scan your items for you and when you do get to the register its as easy as using your debit card and getting your receipt... kudos to the management at this location 👏 🙌 👌

Costco is superior. First of all they have literally everything you will ever need. Sure this isnt the ideal place to get anything small but it is so convonenet for big gatherings. Also the bakery food is so good. The bread is freshly baked and usually warm everytime I get it. The treats do come in bulk but its great to have for a party or share with lots of friends. Costco has clothes, furniture,food, electronics, etc. Also the cafe food is bomb. The churros are so warm and delicious. the chicken bake is one of my favorites its a chicken, cheesy, bacony, doughy, delicious goodness. They have pizza, hot dogs and much more. They also have a very berry sundae which is great its frozen yogurt with warm strawberry puree. Overall Costco is superior and if there were a zombie apocalypse I would be running to Costco.

Specifically the food court was slow and disorganized today. Not sure what it is like normally as I usually dont order from the food court. This time I thought I would get a quick bite. I ordered from the kiosk and people standing in line who ordered after I placed my order received their items before I did and we ordered the same thing....

It’s a nice facility and sometimes have products that the others don’t.

The BEST thing about this Costco hands down is Gustavo. He is always happy and upbeat and calls me by name. I truly hope he never quits.

I had an exclusive membership here for years spent a lot because I have five kids and adopted three more and the reason why I bought the membership is because I need to buy in bulk, but now they’re having limits on everything and if you can’t buy what you need then what’s the point in getting a membership here.. this is a warehouse to buy bulk.

Really disappointed with how customer service has changed at this Costco. I’ve been going here for years without issues until recently. For the most part, the only nice employees left are at the return counter and the receipt checkers at the exit. Cashiers are snide at every opportunity and of no help if you need a box and they are out at their particular station. Even the cart return employee was giving me a hard time because I was struggling to keep my cart locked in the return. Next time I should just leave my shopping cart as far as possible instead of trying to help them out. No point being a kind customer here. So disheartening to spend $200-$400 each visit only to leave feeling like a simpleton.

Many of Costcos employees are rude and nasty.I had a lady at the front check-in accost me over a mask. I asked why a mask is required when most states have repealed the mask mandate, includingAZ?She abruptly replied in a rude, negative tone...BECAUSE YOURE IN COSTCO!!.She should have read Costcos own current policy:Updated Face Mask PolicyU.S. locations with no state or local mask requirements - revised policyIn Costco locations where the state or local jurisdiction does not have a mask mandate, we will allow members and guests who are fully vaccinated to enter Costco without a face mask or face shield. We will not require proof of vaccination, except where required by law, but we ask for members’ responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy. Face coverings will still be required in some close contact situations in healthcare settings, including Pharmacy, Optical, Hearing Aid.I facetiously told her how kind and helpful she and her co-workers are.She then continued to tell me I started it (like a child) as I walked away.Wake up Costco. Youre not doing us (paying members) any FAVORS.There are other options...with or without membership dues.While I still have a Costco membership (for now), I honestly prefer Sams Club. They still convey a modicum of courtesy and customer service.

You know that moment when you walk in a franchise and you’re hoping everything will be setup the same... nope, you are not gonna find that experience with Costco so do yourself and favor and ask as your walking in for help if you’re in a hurry. The girl did ask if I found everything ok on my way out which was kind of funny to me.

Not the best Costco! They quit carrying a lot of Name Brands and replaced with the Kirkland brand. Which for a lot of them is inferior.

Was able to get what I needed without any hassle

Picked best time to go, Monday 1-1:30 .I choose to park on side for help loading, have to go there anyway, if you are healthy choose another area so people like me will have an easier time really helps. Found everything I needed plus although had to tag another customer again for help getting potassium for the water system, would help if there was a better way but if I wait until I get up front and ask will be there 20 additional minutes, so please if a lady asks you or your guy for help thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping and God bless you.

Excellent service. I ordered an item that was difficult to find, they found it and I picked it up a week later. Costco is a great store chain.

Have shopped here often and always a vast selection of products. Most products are good quality but on occasion the Prime steaks have been less than Prime so, have been disappointed twice. Would shop here again.

Costco is your warehouse, bulk buy giant. 40# of beans, 50#rice, 16 chili of chili, etc. They have stopped carrying some stuff I really like and buy a lot of. Hopefully after the world gets back to normal they will come back.

Great location, lots of parking! Big gas station/ and they always have the lowest pricing on gas. In the winter its best to shop at night, winter visitors like to loiter there for exercise and free samples. Then they rest at the cafe seating. 30-60 mins before closing is usually not too busy!

Time to loose the mask mandate thing folks. Covid vaccines are readily available right now for anyone in the Phoenix area who wants it. So there are really only two groups of people in this store. Those who are vaccinated, and those who have CHOSEN not to be. This BS about other shoppers being uncomfortable around unmasked people simply doesnt fly based upon that.Im out until they loose their self -imposed mandate.

Best Costco in the valley. I love that they have the self-service lanes and theyll come out to you and scan everything for you. Everyones very helpful I think every Costco is amazing but I really love this one in particular.It seems like they go out of their way to make you feel at home. went to the return line to return an air fryer and they took my return no questions asked no receipt. Customer service is A+

Prices are going up. Some items were more expensive than the competitors. Yet different brand names. COSTCO was out of TP, to be expected.
