Pharmacy manager has not a clue about what customer service is. Refuses Good R/X savings so I had to call Good R/X and they set him straight. Had to go back and get a refund. Manager refused to call me back after 2 requests. No wonder the staff is so rude there.

Being nice with two stars. I dont post but this pharmacy is a joke. Staff is rude and Short.Spent so long on hold that the system drop my call.Called back go attitude. Not what we need these days. If I acted like that on my job I wouldnt have any job . Just saying wow.. changing pharmacy

The customer service at this pharmacy is always exceptional. The pharmacist always takes time to answer any questions or concerns. The only pharmacy I will go to!!

Was told my prescription would be ready by 12:30pm; went in at 12:50pm and Mary said it might be ready by 2pm to try back around 2/230pm. She kept cutting me off while talking and laughing not listening. After today I will be switching. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY, very rude and slow.

Its just a pharmacy. Some people are nice, some of the older staff were very rude but I havent seen them there so I guess theyre gone. I would call around to compare prices. They charged $190.00 for a drug that cost $45.00 at walgreens!!!!!!. Buyer be ware.

Mary was VERY rude. I pulled up, sick, handed her my prescription at 515pm, right there it says the pharmacy closes at 7pm (Saturday) she said “we aren’t taking any more perceptions for the night sorry try the big Walmart” points and walks away...

Had to refill prescription it was done in a timely manner
