My family and I are in here multiple times a week. It’s always something. Either they are out of flavors or they don’t work. This time I walked in at 6:30 pm, made one of 2 orders. Fixed the second, turned around for the toppings and the syrup is not on the counter. When I asked for it, the worker told me it was in the back. I asked if she could bring them out. I was told no because she was getting ready to close in an hour. The sign on the door clearly states that they are open until 10pm. I told her I am not going to pay for the ice cream if I can’t get what I came to get. Everyone has their cravings and their favorites right? She refused to get the toppings from the back. I left the order on the counter and walked out and will not be going back. This is not a one time bad experience. We are probably one of their top customers in the neighborhood if I go off of how many times we are in there a week. I do not recommend going to this location. Horrible service overall.

This rating is based on customer service and communication with a school for an event. (The food was great and I would probably continue to go there in my personal life for a family treat.)Back in April, I set up a fundraising night for our school that is opening for the 21-22 school year and had no issues. The day of the event came and there was only 1 employee working and the manager I had been working with wasnt there. But since its a self-serve type of place, I figured 1 employee is probably fine even though we had over 100 people visit our table outside in the hour that we were there.I kept trying to contact the manager by email and phone but never got a response. One day when I called, I was informed that the manager was no longer working there and I was given the regional managers contact information. It was quite the back and forth of needing info and being very slow to respond. In the end, even though I had asked to pick up the check for what we raised, it was mailed to our district office but I wasnt told about it until a week after the fact when I was following up again from not getting a response.I understand that management changes and that regional managers have multiple stores to deal with but honestly this was all dragged out for 2 months because no one would answer my calls or emails for a week at a time and then details of our conversation werent written down so it created more work.Needs to work on customer service and communication skills.

Super disappointed. We come here all the time and came on a Friday night at 9:30 to find they were closed. They looked at us through the window and turned away from us. We call to ask if they are still open and say they are closed and we’re hesitant to answer but said they closed because of an incident so they closed early. We saw people outside eating frozen yogurt from there and they said they had gotten it just 10 minutes before and everything was fine. Very confused.

We went on a Monday night around 8:00 p.m. We came here instead of our usual place because I remembered something about them having $5 any weight Monday kind of thing. When we came in I asked the girl behind the register if they had a $5 Monday special. She looked at me like I was absolutely insane. And then she told me that expired. Then she said it ends at 5:00. So did it expire? Or is that something that still goes on on Monday before 5:00? I dont know..... But, we decided to get our frozen yogurt here anyway.The flavor I usually get was super soft. Almost to the point of melting. When I went to get my toppings they didnt have some of the choices that my usual place has. But thats okay. I could deal with that. The thing I didnt like was the fruit flies buzzing around. 🪰My son got the Dutch chocolate. And he said it ruined the flavor of the other flavors that he got and made his stomach feel gross.My youngest son got the amount of yogurt you might eat if you were getting samples.And our total was like $24.50! For three frozen yogurts.

Its not bad. Theres not a lot of sitting room, but its not usually too crowded and you can use the tables outside for the neighboring restaurants. The variety of flavors and toppings is okay... Could be more. There arent a while lot of healthier toppings, but the toppings bar always seems clean and stocked.

Monday nights is 20% off if you ride your bikes to get froyo! Did this on accident tonight and was happily surprised with our discount. The employee was very nice and helpful, even when the computer was giving her difficulties. The fro-yo was good too. I loved the hazelnut gelato flavor as well as the cake batter. The salted caramel was okay but a bit too salty. I love that they have kid friendly tables and also had some fun menu build your own dessert creation cards to follow if desired. They had the options of bowls, brownie bowls, or waffle cones as well as a huge assortment of toppings. The ambiance was great too....clean and chic and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for frozen yogurt!

Always good yogurt and clean but I actually like using gloves when getting the toppings or having staff do it.

It’s our first time here and I was super excited to see that there is not just one but TWO different dairy free options! My kids were super happy to have a yummy treat that’s allergy friendly! The dairy free flavors were a Pink Lemonade and an Orange Guava, both delicious. I had a low sugar coffee flavor that was good too! They had lots of other great dairy based flavors too. We will be back for sure!

Checked the web page first to see if open. Had a hankering for something yummy. Ssid it was open. Hopped in the car. Sadly they were closed. Ill have to try another time.

We went Sunday afternoon twice! The customer service was awesome! The young lady there took time to explain the sizes & choices of yogurts and toppings.We were really glad to see that there we dairy free options.We tried the Matcha Greet Tea and LOVED IT!

My sons and I love to go here. We enjoy the large variety of toppings and serve yourself setup. The frequent customer rewards helps with the cost from time to time. I like the option of being able to eat inside or out.

The flavors are not too bad but the customer service is really horrible that own and kids opinions

Our experience was pretty decent! Came into Zoyo for the first time late night... I walked in and was greeted right away. I had already signed up for the rewards so I was prepared. I asked if they had any specials and she let me know that they only have specials on Mon & Tues. That was unfortunate 😧My husband had the Tart flavor with boba and I had strawberry shortcake, with cheesecake and triple berry. Both were very delicious and we are them quickly. We werent even able to snap pictures because we are them so quickly.I only have a few problems with this place. Too expensive.. 68 cents per oz is too steep in my opinion. I got 2 yogurts and it was literally $30 🤣 Also, I noticed there were no premade yogurts and we actually prefer to buy that way. For the convenience and not having to serve myself yogurt. Maybe try to carry a few flavors, lower the price on premade and see if people bite. Good luck Zoyo. I hope you stay open. 👍

My nieces and nephew LOVE Zoyos so we go often! It can get a bit pricey for everyone to go but its always good! They put out new flavors and kids can put whatever toppings they want on it...Im sure you know how the process works!

Their cake batter frozen yogurt is the BOMB! AND SO MANY TOPPINGS TO ADD 😍😍😋. The staff here is always really nice and friendly!

I looked up their hours before going by this morning and drove a bit out of my way to visit the establishment, to find a sign on the door sharing different hours.I wish they took the time to update their hours online and I would have made other arraingments.

Man, I usually love Zoyo. Theres a great variety of flavors and toppings plus theres dividers for the cups. Even so, this location had poor staff and were careless to customers. When my mom and I went to this location we had to wait awhile for the cashier to come in a weigh our cups on top of that she wasnt much friendly at all. Once she weighed our food she immediately returned to the back. While my mom and I tried to enjoy our froyo the television was playing a movie but there was music being blasted out of the speakers at a terribly loud volume. Both our ears were in pain, and we could ask to get the volume turned down since the staff were all chilling in the back. Entering the place wasnt great either, there was a bike right in front of the door, and when my mother commented on it the cashier just said oh.

Very clean and well organized. Fruit and toppings all fresh and delicious. Lots of flavor choices of yogurt. Very sweet lady at counter. A little pricy, but we really filled our dishes.

I absolutely, hands down, love this place!! Even though Zoyo is a chain, this particular location has managed to maintain a small-town, community feel. The manager, Mykel, in particular, makes it great. I come here with my kids a couple of times a week after school Mykel always makes us feel welcome, like we are in our own kitchen. He lets the kids run around, jokes with them and always has a smile on his face. He gives out extra samples, even when we are just passing by, not stopping in for yogurt. The store is always clean and bright, the flavors change often and are always good. Great topping selection too!

Just Ok frozen yogurt and service. .59 cents an oz. Nothing too special here. If you need your frozen yogurt fix, it is convenient and similar to other self serve places. Not your only option in the area though.

Several of the flavors were out. Whats not to like about what I choose for toppings? Nice person serving. I prefer the place next to Frys.

Not bad. Nothing so special it distinguish it from other places, but we enjoyed it as a family.

Ill let my dissatisfaction for the cleanliness and customer service slide a little for the flavor of the creamy coconut fro-yo, which was truly phenomenal. YUM! Yeah, so admittedly, I showed up about a half hour before they closed, but Ive worked in a fro-yo shop before and it didnt matter if we were two minutes from closing, our topping station was always fully stocked. When I was there the toppings selection looked rather unappealing and grubby. The yogurt machines were also lacking in product availability. (No joke, I can take those apart and put em together with my eyes closed, but even someone who doesnt know those machines can probably tell all those orange lights mean that theyre running on empty.) I waited at the counter to pay for what seemed like forever. It was probably two minutes, but two minutes seems like forever. Like I said. I realize I showed up late, the girl working was nice, and my yogurt was yummy, so I was happy.

There are so many different ways to make something yummy! Even the non-dairy options are delicious! Just an all around fantastic place!

It has good customer service anf the setting is clean. But in it there is not much seating area. But is ok and will do because the yogurt and toppings are excellent.

The only drawback, which isnt really a bad thing is that they dont always have zoatmeal cookie flavor. Still the people are great, and its a perfect neighborhood stop.

Be careful if your child even reaches into the toppings area to serve themselves, the manager here will very rudely say “DONT TOUCH THAT” loud enough that I was caught off guard and had to turn around to see what happened. We used to be regulars here. We will be going somewhere else.

This place is garbage. Since you pay by weight, you dont know what the price is until you pay. The staff was extremely rude, and walked away when we asked for help. Our total ended up being a dollar more than what we had, and they made a scene in front of everyone else and made us throw our stuff away. What a ridiculous place. Will never go back here. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
