Although it looks like a typical no name milk tea shop its actually very good. If you and someone in your family doesnt like milk tea then I recommend the pennyworth drink. Its a type of plant but taste very good if blended and add some syrup. The durian drink also my favorite. Clean store and friendly staffs.

Beat Boba place I’ve been to. It’s totally worth a stop. My favorite is Thai tea, Hula Hula and passion drinks with popping pearls. It’s worth a stop. Costumer service is great as well.

I ordered purple smoothie with purple boba in it and I wish I could remember the name but I cant its on the menu top row-and my daughter ordered the matcha ice cream with round bobas and square ones and all I can say is oh my god! I have never enjoyed a drink like this EVER!!! These drinks put Starbucks and Dutch Bros to shame! I am absolutely hooked! We live in Phoenix so you know Im going to be coming back for some more of these amazing drinks! Great job Tea snow!

Pretty good boba place with a ton of options!

Everything that I have tried has been very good. This place uses fresh fruit and real bits of taro in their drinks. I wish the mashed taro had more of the real mashed taro, so thats why I gave it 4 stars.

AMAZING!My coworker introduced me to this spot that serves super delicious drinks. They have such a wide variety of options that it is hard to choose what I want to order but I always try something new every time. We order from here very often and sometimes there is no wait and other times there is a long wait but it’s always worth it. My coworker usually gets the Taro Coconut Cream drink, looks delicious. This time I got the caramel jasmine with boba, delicious. Highly recommend when you are craving something sweet. 🧋 ♥️

I love this place! I Visit it almost every day and get my favorite drinks, two large royal milk teas with double Boba. The owner is a sweet lady but because I come everyday she asked me once if I drink both drinks everyday, I said yes, and then she told me “Too much sugar!”. Lol. Maybe I should listen to her and cut back but I love these drinks soo much! I know most of not all the employees that work here but there are a few that stand out. The teas and smoothies here are very good. Also their boba is always cooked perfectly, unlike the other places where the bobas are either overcooked or undercooked . Always get the taro smoothie with boba and it is always consistent. Highly recommended!

Their Thai tea is by far the best!I’ve been to other places to try Thai tea and they don’t compare to here! It’s so delicious and I’m never going to go to another place. Stopped in while waiting to pick up dinner at Happy Bao and so glad I did. Service was friendly and prompt and offer an almost overwhelming amount of options to choose from. Ended up ordering a Vietnamese coffee with sea salt cream. By far the best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. The perfect balance of bold coffee taste and sweet creaminess.Next time I visit I’m going with a pistachio milk tea and grabbing a gallon of Vietnamese coffee for home.

I’m sorry but it’s a no for me. I’m not by any means a picky eater, I’ll eat anything, but I could not stomach the 5 color dessert drink. The presentation and concept is very nice but I was not a fan. I may consider going back to give them another chance, I’ll update my review then.

I enjoy coming here often. Everything is so good, and the employees are nice. The store was clean for the most part, but its a lot smaller looking now that no one is allowed to be in there due to covid. The paper menus dont show every item though...

Ive been drinking Boba for 15 years, and they are everywhere now! They are fun and exotic now, and a plethora of different additions as opposed to back then. There are a ton of options, flavors, add-ins and toppings. The list is endless. This place is really cool, and has so many flavors to choose from. Try it, youll love it! Everyone is nice, and pleasant!

Supporting small businesses during Covid-19 times! My first time here and I hmmmed and hawwwwed looking at the plethora of unique choices here! Finally decided upon the House Specialty drink for myself, and Chocolate shake for the bae. SoOoOoO good! The house specialty drink was a party in my mouth with so many ingredients and yummy flavors. Had to run back in and tell the owner that as well lol. Owner was a very nice woman that told us how all their ingredients are fresh and they use cane sugar instead of the yucky processed sugar. Go support them and treat yourself to a happy drink during a not-so-happy time !!

I have tried a lot of boba places(and Im sure I will try many more) but this is hands down, BY FAR, my favorite! They have so many options, the specialty drinks are amazing, and they have fresh ingredients, and options that provide nutritional value. I as often as I go there, I totally use their customer rewards card. Love it!

The boba here was awesome. Got the raspberry smoothie with classic boba and loved it. They were busy but the wait wasnt too long and totally worth it. Chewy boba, tasty drink, cant ask for much else. The employees were also very friendly!

This place rocks! Matcha tea and the Mango boba is scrumdilliumptious! The staff rocks, friendly, fast and the alchemy of their smooth yummy drinks made Merlin blush then hide in a cave. Support local business this is very worthy!

The only place you can get the smashed avocado in Phoenix. Try it if youve never had it. It is a really traditional vietnamese dessert and its great for cooling off in this heat.

My first time coming here tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised. I got a golden milk Boba it had brown sugar and sea salt cream. It was SO delicious. And the prices were cheap so that was a plus! I will definitely be back.

Miss. The boba is not fresh enough and the milk tea is balanced incorrectly. I expected better from a place in this location. I could spend a whole bunch of time bagging on the tea quality, sweetness, and awkward sweeteners, but its not worth the time. I have yet to find a good boba place here yet. From my time in LA, I know Tastea is top tier, but the closest one is 30 minutes from here.

This place always amazes me. The drinks they have are so exotic but they also have milk teas with boba, popping pearls or mochi. Everything Ive tried has been delicious and they now have split cups so you can do two flavors at once. Talk about milk tea heaven! You cant go wrong at this place. If you like bubble tea definitely stop by and try it. You wont be sorry.

Coco loco, refreshing drink. Just right for a hot day. Full of strawberries, mangoes and pieces of coco. Filled with coconut water!

Love the texture of their tapioca pearls.Original Review (4-stars):Their menu could be overwhelming with all the options. I am a matcha and green tea lover and got their Japanese Matcha Boba Tea. One of the best Ive had. Hubby got a split one, which is pretty cool, you can try 2 different flavors in a split cup. He got Taro on one side, and Coffee Milk Tea on the other side. Both were good, too sweet for my taste. I was very happy with my Japanese Matcha. The cashier that took care of us today could have been more friendly. She was way too serious and dry. Not even Hi. Could use some improvement in customer service. Also long waiting. We waited aprox over 10 mins for our drinks.

We have been her more than 20 times. Best Boba tea in the valley - we actually drive 20 miles and the tea is worth it every time. They seemed really stressed today and trying to use the back-window, I was not the only one... but hey, everyone is allowed a bad day - so, they get a pass - and I wont elaborate. The Boba Tea at Tea Snow is still the best! Ive sent pictures back to friends in Taiwan to show them. Ha! Enjoy!

Went last Sunday around 3pm. Waited 20 mins for 1 drink and then had to leave without my drink because I had an appointment. The tea looks great but the staff was slow and did not seem to understand how to run the store. Hopefully the manager can make some improvements.

Very incompetent staff and rude owner.After messing up my very simple & straightforward order, they didnt apologize. Instead, they placed the blame on me, and I had to argue in order to get my drink fixed.If you dont know how to treat people kindly,dont open a shop. Period.

Eh, very underwhelming. Ive given this place several tries but deeply disappointed each time.If youre looking for incredible drink flavors, high-quality customer service, large sitting area and a great ambience: Bomboba, Mochi Fresh, iTea, Raphas Tea Boba and Sumo Snow.

MUST TRY. This shop is truly a hidden gem. You can get traditional boba here or try something even more interesting. Weve had some amazing drinks. Our go to is the House Cocktail, but there are many excellent options. I sometimes ask the employees for their favorite and have never been steered wrong.

The pops r good n as well as selection. Ordered watermelon n mango green tea, former was great, while later had some bitter taste. Nice but bit bitter in palate.

Theyre selection is pretty extensive but not ridiculous. The customer service was excellent as well and she was able to offer information and suggestions on their drinks, if definitely visit this place again.

First off, I have to say that everyone Ive ever talked to who has gone here is highly impressed with how wonderful the staff is. Always SUPER friendly and patient. I even wanted to try the avocado smoothie, didnt like it and couldnt drink it, and a staff member noticed and made me a new one (I picked one I knew I would like that time).My boyfriend and I love to get the taro snow with mango, and the green tea snow with strawberries and popping pearls. And of course, we love the boba drinks here.

The house milk tea is my fav. However, the drink is not very consistent and it tastes a little different every time i order the same drink, for example, 50% sweetness sometimes is too sweet sometimes just perfectly fine.

Ive been here since their grand opening, and they just keep getting better. The drinks keep improving as the years go on.My favorite drink by far is absolutely the Jasmine milk tea, and the five color dessert. Their new addition of crystal jelly add on delicious. I add it to the tea or the dessert drink. Whats great about the crystal boba is if you cant finish your drink within the day, you can place it in the fridge and resume the next day (boba gets hard so cant store it away for next day).Their staff is very knowledgeable about their menu items, and are very helpful with suggestions.I highly recommend Tea Snow if youre in a tea and smoothie mood.

The avocado bubble tea here does not have enough sweetness for my liking, but I enjoyed the blended style pina colada w/ boba added (an extra charge). I prefer the blended style drinks. It had small chunks of coconut and it was not overly sweet. A fair mix of pineapple and coconut.The people that work there are nice. It takes them a few minutes to make the drink, but it is worth it not to have pre-blended/pre-prepared specialty drinks.
