I love to kmart

I love this store! The prices and quality of the products cant be beat! I love shop your way points program! No more target or Walmart for me!

Two pricing errors rung up at the register. Clerk could not get a coupon to work. Customer service did correct all three issues and credit my card back the appropriate amount. Single register open and 10 parties in line. Purchased common incidentals, know competitors prices well. Found Kmart prices to be the same at best, but higher on most of my selections. Cant think of a single reason to choose this chain over Walmart or Target, not prices, service or selections.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went in to buy an air mattress that was priced at 39.99 on the website & was told that it was an online only price & they could not honor it. No where on the website does it state that. Yet they can price match competitors??? When I called customer service I was told its manager discretion. The manager Kevin forced me to wait 30 mins for an order because he refused to honor an online price. Great customer service!! 😡

This store is clean everytime we come here! I love that I can put things on layaway and there is a Little Ceasars Pizza inside too.

So sad that these are going away. They have been around for years. This store was always accommodating and the personnel very pleasant to deal with.They are not huge like Walmart but you can get what you need and good quality items. The stores are not overwhelming and have a nice atmosphere unlike the monster Walmart....It is disgusting how Walmart has deliberately caused the demise of smaller retailers that alot of people would prefer to use. I will not go onto a WM they are disgusting, crazy and annoying. They are like a subway in Manhattan at rush hour. Totally obnoxious.

Its OK for a Kmart. But everything at every Kmart just looks old. Not surprisingly, this store is now closing.

Drove all the way from Chandler to exchange a backpack that broke on my sons second day of school. I was a day over the 30 days and they wouldnt do anything to help. Wont be shopping here anymore.
