Absolutely horrible business. I can never walk in there without someone trying to snap pictures of me or the employees making up there own rules. Tried to convince me a gift card cannot be used on tobacco products when I have done it ample times before. Really need to update employees on discretion and minding their own business. Also train them on policy bc they obviously dont know what they are doing 🤷

Convenient to have a smaller Walmart in the neighborhood. Its clean and has fresh food, good prices, good selection of non-food items. Not usual to have to wait in long checkout lines. Recommend.

Shopping here, you kind of get the sense that their entire staff quit yesterday and now every position from cashier to manager has been filled up by the boys who normally bring in carts. Neither of the two cashiers I asked could tell me what payment methods the store accepted and the whole place seemed understaffed and unkempt.

Good place to shop if your looking for a quick in & out store run.

They sell boiled peanuts, and I dont know how to feel about that.

Makes shopping at Walmart quick and painless. Close to home and mainly only offers groceries. Still easy to spend more than you plan to but at least its in groceries!

As a new resident in this area I thoroughly enjoy this type of store. Can get in and out quickly getting only what I need. Thank you for constructing this type of Walmart store.

The place is a small, upopular store with not a lot of human traffic. Best for running in, grabbing what you need, and getting out. Not much can be said for the associates. They just dont really interact with customers in my experience.

It is a beautiful store.. Very clean and the staff was so nice... Prices were great too.

We like the self serve check out but it would be nice if they had more than one register open when you dont want to use the self check.

Only thing I didnt like about it is the shelves dont seem to be fully stocked. like ever its always in transition

Messy. Staff acts like customers dont exist. New to the area after shopping years at a local Safeway.Will plan on making a longer drive to buy our groceries.Serious leadership problem.

All the staff here are awesome. I visit daily just to say hi and they are always genuinely happy to see me. If youre reading this try and say hi to them, you wont be disappointed.

Wish I cld select a zero star option, which is a huge bummer cause I never remember this location being like this, but the last 2 times i came in this location i came about an hr before closing time,not by choice, im at the mercy of my work schedule people!!! So yes i come in with plenty of time amd the employees are DILIGENTLY closing the store down!! Wish they would of put 10% just 10% of that effort into helping me find the iteam i eas looking for!!! Literally avoided eye contact with me as to not have to answer my SUPER SIMPLE QUESTION!!!.BUT THE HAD NO PROBLEM FOLLOWING BEHIND ME OR LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THEY WERE CLOSING 45 MINS BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY CLOSED!!! That was the rudest and pushiest thing Ive ever seen. The cashiers definitely need to be updated on good customer service and how important it is!!! Not sure if Matt is still running this store like he did in the glory days!!! Step it up boss!

This is a nice little grocery store. It only has groceries and not anything else. They do sell cigs and alcohol as well. The cadhiers are very nice and the store is clean. We were there in a Sunday night and they were restocking items and it was not crowded.

Just took a stroll down the street to shop. Its always close to home, & picked up dinna, plus some hardware. With markdowns, this grocery store has more than meets the eye. Good Place!gk

This walmart is amazing. They always have what I need. Even during the early stages of the pandamic I was able to find Lysol spray, wipes, laundry sanitizer, paper towels and toilet paper. This is a well managed store from an inventory perspective.

I love it. I just came in to see what was here. Ill be back!Its one of the best grocery /drug store setups in the area. I love the amount and variety of fresh produce. Workers could show smiles more often.

Its great because its close by for a quick stop, BUT they need to do a better job in placing products where they belong. Ive let several people know on multiple trips there that its so upsetting to go checkout & have items ring up a different price then whats on the shelf & worse wait for someone to come check & be told items were in the wrong place.

Bakery food is not good, I grabbed a package of green hot dogs. I only come here for minor things now.

I purchased baby formula and a couple of days later my infants dr changed her formula. I didn’t save my receipt but figured it wouldn’t be a problem to exchange it for another formula. I went to customer service and explained the situation to them. The lady was no polite at all and said sorry but we don’t refund, exchange, or except returns of baby formula. I again explained the situation and noted that I did not want to be stuck with baby formula that I am not using. She again stated that it is their policy not to except Any formula for returns or exchanges. I asked her to show me in writing this policy and she said that it is in their training manual for employees. I explained that if a product is non refundable that it should be in writing where customers can see it. She also stated that they don’t except baby formula refunds or exchanges due to the fact that somewhere in Tucson, someone stuck an needle and injected something into the milk. Again I ask for that policy in writing for which she didn’t have it. I asked to speak with a manager and he said the same thing but attempted to have her return it. She acted like she didn’t know how to do it and it took 20 minutes for both of them to say both products were the same price so they just took the old product and gave me the me one without ringing it up. The next day I call customer service to file a complaint for the way I was treated and was told that Walmart’s policy does exchange formula for formula with or without a receipt. Also this policy has been in effect for many years. I felt discriminated against because had I’d been a different skin color (white) they would have exchanged it without question. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

This store is small with excellent attention to stock and cleanliness. There are a lot of super friendly staff present who will even go out of their way in the back for you if you cant find what you need. I love that this store is small and I can be in and out in less than 30 min with a weeks worth of groceries. I wont shop anywhere else. However, if you are looking for a lot of name brand items and a lot of choices, you probably wont always find what you need here. But thats why there are the super walmarts and thats why I love this store, it makes my shopping simple without the hassle.

I waited 15 minutes for formula in locked cabinet then went and asked a cashier to call for someone. They didnt. I waited another 10 minutes and a stocker just happened to come down the aisle. She went to get me someone and I still had to wait another few minutes for that person to decide to show up.

I got everything I needed, no lines.ut was fast in and out.

No one at pharmacy. Waiting for 5-10 min creating a line of cards behind me. I want in a hurry so I didnt mind very much.

Easily accessable and noticable from the road, I was politely greeted upon entering, the store was easy to navigate in a hurry (as was parking) the store neat and tidy as w parking lot& carts, checkout was convenient snd fast and there was plenty of room without feeling crowded in the self scanning checkout area even despite the large volume of ppl inside and checking out at the same time.. I got what i needed in there and got right out even though it was my first time at this location..

Neighborhood market 1/2 mile from the house thats great for most items I need in a hurry.

I order and pick up groceries here about once a week. They do a really good job, 90% of the time. But this is not OK (purchased 10/23/17).

Diane went way, way, way beyond the call of duty this holiday season. I live on the other side of Phoenix, and was having twins, so I couldnt get to Mesa before Christmas day. I had a personalized gift that I needed picked up. Diane decided to take it into her own hands, and offered to drive it to me before Christmas! She acted like it was no big deal, since she was heading to CA anyway, so shed be heading west. While the twins were being born and the day after, I had three voicemails from her trying to coordinate this. Ultimately, I found a moment to get over to Mesa and get them. But only because she made sure they werent sent back to the factory. Such a gift of kindness, and I hope she gets some recognition.

Last year there was a ton of antimaskers

Pharmacist was being stingy. Bald head, thin body frame, eyeglasses, and facial hair. Needed my prescription filled, being that I have no pills left due to my yearly prescription being stopped unexpectedly, due to my doctor leaving the practice she worked at. So I had my doctor appointment, went to this pharmacy and the Pharmacist denied my prescription because it had instructions left by my doctor, for me being allowed to cut my pills in half... I dont want to go through withdrawals, the headaches and nautious feelings that a person has to go through. I spoke with other people and heard this was normal for doctors to have such instructions for their patients. I hope management brings this guy in and has a sit down with him, he needs it. Other than that, the rest of the store is great.

Maybe it was just my bad luck the day I went but it was quite dirty. I did see an employee trying to clean the floor. No one in sight was disinfecting the carts. All of the wipes and hand sanitizer was empty. The attendant at the front tracking occupancy was on her phone the entire time.

Its an ok store w a little of everything. As everyone already knows these days and times good customer service is hard to find.....and even more so in WalMart. Not one associate asked if we needed help finding anything or otherwise and 30 min before close...nobody hardly there and assoc just standing around talking to each other more than anything. Oh well, we got what we needed.

I used to like going here but now I know the truth about them. I bought one onion and a clove of garlic. The scale at the register added a pound and a half to the weight. Luckily i was able to catch the problem before being charged $4.93 for the garlic and 1.75 for an onion. I left and the next person went to use the register. Nobody bothered to close the register and fix the register, while in the store the associate didnt try to ring me up at another register. I called to talk to the manager and was hung up on by customer service. If you do go make sure you keep track of what you purchase because if they know theres a problem and continue to let people use it they would be stealing. While you might think its pennies but imagine the happening to 50 people someone just made an extra $500 on them. Food for thought...

Just groceries and some household items and personal items as well. Not as crushed as a full sized Walmart. Easier shopping experience.

I did not like the service, the deli employee had a sour attitude once we corrected him on the amount of Turkey we asked for. It didnt seem like he wanted to help us, so no great customer service. Ill remember to go to get turkey elsewhere with actual polite and courteous people.

Had prescription filled dropped and they said they would call when ready. They NEVER called. I called back an HOUR and a HALF LATER...and it still wasnt ready...shame on you!!!!! Would give this place no stars for lack of professionalism.

This Neighborhood market is a great location a fast and easy place to get your groceries call before you go or go online and have your items ready for pickup.

The pharmacy can never complete a refill without either their system crashing and having to wait forever to get the meds or completely messing up the billing and having to redo it several times. This is a multiple months in a row.

I have used this neighborhood Wal-Mart quite a few times. It has had everything I am looking for when I go for a quick grocery run.I especially love that they have two Redbox movie machines here.The deli is just the right size for the most basic items I get. Produce section is a pretty good size. The fresh baked goods could stand to be a little larger and more variety.

Whoever came up with the idea to have Neighborhood Walmart Markets must have been fully in-tune with the Jedi Force! -And this particular location is a Master! Its always clean and bright with tidy shelves that are fully stacked. Ive had great experiences with the workers being smart and helpful. AND→ its LITERALLY in the neighborhood, making it the perfect spot to grab family necessities 24 hours a day.

Great store convenient and never too busy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a few items I cant find elsewhere. They are more limited than a full fledged Walmart Supercenter, but acceptable for picking up a few odds and ends on the way home from work.

This place is conveniently located. You can be in an out in 5 minutes if you prefer. They have 6 self check out stations, which really speeds up the process. They rarely rearrange items, so finding what you want is easy enough. The only down fall is their deli section. I timed them once, it took y minutes for half a pound of sliced cheese. Yikes!

How I love this place, let me count the ways:1. No Club Card Scam. They dont sell over priced food and make you think you got a good deal when you buy it at regular price when you use a club card and the cashier tells you, you saved $12 today BS.2. When I go to a store I expect service and I get it here. When I check out I get a cashier. I have a job I dont want to play cashier. Corporate greed in other stores will have us stocktocking shelves next.3. I like knowing employees by their name, its not a labor Mill like other stores where they use them up and spit them out.4. I like being able to do grocery shopping online and then just go pick them up and this service is free.5. All the employees here are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. The last time I used F??s I asked an employee a question and my answer was: I DONT KNOW I JUST WORK HEREBottom line, if you dont like playing games with your food and having to do their job to check out, then this is the place for you.You really need to give it a try.

My 1st grocery shopping and I liked it. They had most of the things I wanted. Plus a surprise on my bill was much lower than I expected. I dont drive and I have to wait for someone to take me.

Great for quick grocery trips and small items needed! It doesnt have a wide selection of items though, but that is to be expected considering its supposed to be less like a full Wal-Mart and more like a typical local grocery store. Its usually pretty clean and has enough staff to keep the lines shorter (except for the last hour or so before closing)...it gets the job done!
