My mom ordered me a basket as a surprise and wanted it delivered to my apartment building. They were accommodating and tried to deliver it as late in the day as they could, per my moms request. When the basket showed as delivered, I had not received it. I called the company and it turns out that the wrong address had been entered during checkout and my basket had been delivered to someone elses apartment. The company was very kind, patient, and understanding even though this mistake was not caused on their end. They even offered to remake the basket for me! Thankfully I was able to knock on my neighbors door and they had the basket untouched waiting for me. Beautiful basket and amazing customer service!! Thanks a million!

Been trying for two days to find out about my delivery (which is local in the phoenix area) and get tracking info. No answer via email, website, text or phone! Still no answer....no delivery...no response to anything

I ordered on December 13th and they finally shipped my package on December 29th. I firmly believe that it only got shipped then because I have been hounding them for a tracking number. I was billed for the arrangement immediately, but it still has not arrived. I finally got tracking and it will not arrive until Jan 4 - Merry Christmas :( Hopefully it will be worth the wait. What a mess! I will not be using them again!

I purchased a gift basket online Dec 19 I did not receive a confirmation with a delivery date. I tried several times to contact vendor via telephone provided on website could not leave message VM was full. I emailed nobody got back to me. The basket was delivered today and was not the basket I ordered. Terrible service

The shipping was quick, easy, and a tracking number was provided. Most of the items that were received were as described. However, several items were missing from the Breakfast Bubbles gift basket: mimosa mixer, spatula, and the ceramic bowl was replaced replaced with a metal bowl. We attempted to contact the seller twice by email, but have gotten no response. I would not recommend 2 Sisters.

I contacted the owner personally to make a gift basket for a close friend who was recovering from surgery .. she did an amazing job. Really adorable basket and she stayed within my budget! Will use again for an upcoming anniversary!

They did 3 baskets for me for Mothers Day. All 3 were beautiful and arrived on time. One was even delivered ON Mothers Day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to send something unique.

On December 22, I ordered a condolences gift basket for a friend in Mesa who had just lost her father to COVID and was immediately billed the $184 for the basket. It has still not been delivered and they will not return emails and do not answer their phone and the voicemail is full. This is a terrible place to do business
