I never got my refund after UPS told me they had received their product back. So I called them after 2 weeks of no respond and a worker there told me oh sorry i forgot and finally gave me my money back. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN TOTTALLY UNRELIABLE! I bought from them on REVERB.COMHES LYING ON HIS REPLY, UPS TOLD ME CAMPOS SIGNED FOR IT ON SEPT. 13 AROUND 1PM. Thats why i called them myself to ask for my refund nicely, before i filed a Lawsuit!

I bought a instrument violin for my daughter as a surprise and it was the wrong size since I didnt know her size at the time yet I came back and they changed it out no problem thx appreciate the hospitality and knowledge of instruments because I had no idea what to buy and you guys helped a lot thx again

I do not recommend this store at all.

I did not have a good experience in this store. The staff was rude and not very friendly for service. They did follow covid guidelines well but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about the store. Inventory was messy and strewn across the building. Had a very small selection of items and didn’t have a basic AC adapter for an amp. When I went to go look at the keyboard section I was barked at and overall I would say go elsewhere for your music items. This place won’t be In business for long.

I have a very Bad asthma condition with documentation from my doctor that allows me to not have to wear a mask.This young girl was very rude and told me to “get out” and that I was being rude because I did not have a mask.There is NO law on the books that requires anyone to even where a mask regardless of what the signs say. It’s a city by city mandate. FACT.This place violated the Americans with disabilities act (42 U.S.C. § 12101)This is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability.I will be spreading the word and never bringing my business back.This place is a BIG dump anyway.*Owner” replies to any negative review with a cookie-cutter response=Joke *

Lots of stuff in a nice, small store. From inexpensive instruments (like percussion blocks and tambourines) to guitars and large standing base guitars to a reasonably priced electronic drum set and stage lighting. This place is worth a look for your music needs and curiosity.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.I was very serious in buying a $2000 guitar (they had in stock and in a box). I had a few minor concerns and questions about buying the guitar sight unseen. Junior told me, that once the box was open, and for whatever reason I wasnt happy with the guitar and wanted to return it, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Thats approximately $400!Ironically, I talked to Juniors father (on the phone) the following day about my minor concerns. He addressed my concerns very easily, so I was ready to make the purchase. Then when I talked to Junior again, he was very curt and went out of his way to dissuade me from purchasing the guitar. He even went as far as disagreeing with his father and said something to the effect that his father didnt really know about the things I had asked. All-in-all, I was quite astounded at Juniors rudeness and dismissiveness with me as a potential customer.Ultimately, I bought that exact guitar from Sam Ash music online. I asked the same basic and simple questions prior to buying the guitar. The questions were really rather trivial and the Sam Ash representative addressed them easily. My experience with Sam Ash was fantastic. My experience with Campos Music was the exact opposite.I LOVE this guitar. Campos lost out on a sale and definitely lost out on a future customer.
