Professional staff very accommodating to unusual requests like storing your bike on-site so that it can be worked on in-between scheduled jobs.

This place is great if youre interested in or own a Triumph motorcycles. I went to look at a new model and the sales person was really great. Answered all my questions and was easy to talk with. They have great bikes and they are easy to sell so it was a low pressure environment. Im hoping to go back soon and buy that bike I went to look at if its still there.Need Triumph motorcycles, parts or service....this is your place.

AMAZING Customer service!!!! We got totally lost from our gps😕 We called and the Lady stayed on the phone the entire time to get us there. Amazing! Then Chris at the service counter also so very helpful. And they service Victorys.!!

Looking to purchase a New Triumph Trident 660. Went there to ask some questions and the staff was extremely helpful. They werent pushy or dismissive. The service definitely makes me lean more towards the purchase.

RideNow in Peoria is located two miles from my home, but I would rather commute to Mesa for all of my motorcycle service needs, which is where I have been going for the last 5+ years. I cannot say enough positive things about Chris, Rick, and everyone else at Victory of Mesa. These guys run a top notch full service dealership and never try to sell you repairs/service that you do not need, which used to irritate the hell out of me when dealing with other repair shops in years past. If you own a Victory motorcycle, this is the place to go to have it serviced in the valley.

Overall Im happy with the work done but it did take a week extra for 5 hours worth of work (5 hours billed for) which up set m e to a degree. But despite my being slightly upset, the employees were all very nice and the work was performed satisfactorily and my bike is up and running again. Ill be back in the future but Ill definitely make an appointment ahead of time...

I got my first and only (at this point) bike from here. Rick was super helpful in getting me on my dream bike. Chris ALWAYS is above to help me out if anything goes wrong with my bike. They work quickly and cheap! Im a customer for life.

Caught their parts guy in bold face lie when he did a bait-and-switch on me and gave me a used part (and no refunds because we are a new dealership and dont do refunds; I dont know what being a new dealership has to do with customer service and being reputable but that was his answer). This after he screwed up my part order in the first place trying to tell me a part was not factory but aftermarket (it was factory and proved it to him). Dishonest and not knowledgeable dealership. I wont be back which is a shame since I love Triumphs.

Awesome full service dealer for all Victory and any other bike you need or want repaired or accessorized. These guys do full engine mods, cams, tuners or just exhausts or jet kits. Super happy with the professionalism and technical abilities.. want honesty with talent? This is the place..

I have been going to what use to be a victory shop but now is triumph for almost 5 years and i gotta say no other group of people in a shop will make you feel as friendly and at home then them, and a very special thanks to chris in parts and rick in sales they will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure they take care of you no matter the amount of questions lol .they will help without ripping you off or that get away from me feeling you get from most people in a dealer if your not serious about buying something

**********************************UPDATE********************************Erick from financing called me and worked out the problem. He was able to finance me and get me a bike that is even nicer than the one I originally came in for. He worked fast and was able to get me quick approval for the financing I needed with terms I was looking for. The salesman, Rick, was great; I am new to Victory bikes and he took them time to show me the differences between a Victory Vegas and a Victory Vegas Zach Ness. He also explained how the 10 year parts policy with Victory works. I appreciate how great the employees at Mesa Victory are and will keep them in mind when looking for my next ride.

Found a Kawasaki Vulcan that I liked and applied for credit online. At the end of the application it said that if sales person would reach out to me. 4 days later and Im still waiting for someone to call me. Guess they dont want to sell bikes or need my business.

I have to say it has been a long time since I have been impressed with a service department. They are great here and extremely knowledgeable. I had a power commander hooked up by ride now. They installed it incorrectly and Chris knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I had engine light come on for sensor error bc Ride now doesnt intall all the parts. Yeah smh. Ride now is garbage. I brought the parts in and the fixed it fast. Explained all the information and why it was giving the error. Great job guys. You win my service :-).

Unfortunately no one care about me and my daughter, I came to the store around 4:30pm and I guess they were ready to wrap it up for the day, one person in particular went by us and saw us but didnt say a word, I was thinking that he was coming to help us but he didnt, I told my daughter; may be they dont need our business and we left, lost a sale right there.......

Just bought my 2nd Vic from Ric. Everyone there is absolutely the greatest. They take care of their customers. Whatever they sell next probably gonna have to buy from them because they ALWAYS take care of their people ! Cant say one bad thing about them, but Polaris ya made a big mistake killing the victory. Ya shouldve sent people to be trained at how to sell victory properly to mesa az. Youd have slain hd on that alone.

Went through these guys to get my Highball. EXTREMELY glad that I did.To elaborate: My motorcycles are my only form of transportation. I dont have a car. The Kawasaki Vulcan that I was riding was being a huge headache, kept overheating, and finally the transmission started slipping. I searched online and saw Mesa Victory had a 2014 HB for a decent price and decided to stop in. Walked in, told them that I have pretty shoddy credit, but that I was willing to jump through any hoops they presented me with if they could figure out a way to get me on said HB. They did everything they could for me and, after jumping through aforementioned hoops, got me approved and keys in hand within days!I cant thank them enough for working with my crap-tastic situation and getting me on a reliable bike.
