The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a very in depth tour. They took the time to show me exactly how to properly and safely enter/exit the building!!

Nice and easy! I called morning of and the gentleman was so friendly. Came down that day and was able to get the locker I wanted. They were very polite and helpful!

What a great climate controlled building. Our movers couldnt believe they could drive their big truck right inside and unload. A blessing in this Arizona Heat. David the Manager and Dominick Assistant made it very easy to sign up and use the state of the art units. Kudos for a clean storage facility with easy on/off highway exit at Broadway and Hwy 202. -Cheers

David Donkers was amazing! Even though I didn’t print out and sign my contract as it was unclear as to where to sign if you weren’t storing something that had a lien on it he was able to get me set up and into a unit quickly. He was very helpful and explained the basic rules very well.

David was very helpful along the entire process and helped me get the right size unit for my needs and he provided a detailed invoice at the end so I knew exactly what I was paying.The facility is very nice as well very secure and nice that the inside storage units are air conditioned especially if you are storing anything in the summer here in AZ.

Friendly staff, clean storage facilities, near major cross roads. Gate keypads could be more visable and easier to access from vehicle.

These people are awesome! Dave (hopefully Im remembering the name correctly) was super helpful through the whole process, going into detail on how to get around the building and getting me all set up, which was such a blessing for a storage unit newbie like me! He even went out of his way to run around and make sure my code was working on the garage doors (thankfully he did because we had to try a different code) and also went up with me to my locker to show me how my strange lock worked! I cant recommend them enough!! Great people and a very nice indoor facility, really how can you ask for more?
