The facility is ver clean and well lighted. The front desk personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. They give the free use of a moving Van with a 20 free miles.

This is a newer location than some that I researched. It is located well & has 2 access points to the storage rooms. Jonathan was extremely pleasant & helpful with my move in process. Lots of storage & completely indoors which is great for the Arizona summers. Great rates & excellent access to bring in belongings. Recommend checking this location out!!

I moved my items into my locker this past Saturday. 20 boxes, some furniture and other items. My friends and I walked the entire inside of the place looking for a hand cart. There wasn’t 1 cart. My unit is in the very center of the facility so without the hand cart it was very difficult not to mention it was 108 degrees that day. I approached the office to find out and was told they were sorry and all I could so was file a complaint. When I had registered and paid a few days before I was told there were 3-4 carts. I was concerned about the distance from the loading dock to my unit. Of. Course there were no carts. Other people that had units stopped to talk to us and they had said the same thing and that’s why they were leaving this facility to go to another that was better equipped. I would’ve as well but there was no time. I’m heading out of state for the summer and it just wasn’t feasible. So we had the manually carry everything. I’d never rent from this place again. When you complain you are told to send and email. They wouldn’t even give me the managers name to contact to make a complaint. Only an email address which an email would fall on deaf ears. I hope other people can read this before they decide to rent and are given time to find another place that’s better suited.

Nice new facility for a great price and use of a free van for moving day! You cant say that about many storage facilities, you cant beat that deal! Also i commend the fantastic idea of converting the space that was one half of Power Square Mall. I love seeing the mall open still a long with this place helping it out. One recommendation is more carts for moving stuff in and out and also more than 2 parking spots to unload. Also the amazing free van has occupied one of those spaces on more than one occasion when we have had to visit the unit having to wait our turn with one person using the facility. Maybe store the van in another avaliable spot when not in use. Other than that this place deserves its 5 star review. Im happy we found it! Oh and one more thing...great music playing while you are moving stuff. Makes a difference to me, dont change the station!👍

I wish I would’ve took into consideration the other bad reviews for this place before choosing it. The first time I came to the office it was on a weekend around 2pm and no one was in the office and there was a sign saying they were temporarily out so I came back at a different time around 5pm where there was only one person working in the office having to handle everything by herself. She showed me some units and when we came back we filled out paperwork to rent a unit. During this another 2 people walked in making her rush everything and she put my passcode in wrong into the computer (I didn’t know until I had left) which showed I couldn’t get into the building to use my unit because the one she wrote on my card and the one she put in the computer were different. Since it was so busy for her right before close I figured I’d just come back another day to get that fixed. I come back 2 days later because my work schedule prevented me from being there sooner. I got off work at 3 from literally across the street and headed over. No one was in the office. There was another woman in the parking lot waiting for the office to open as well. When she got out of her car around 4pm to bang on the door and yell for help, I asked her how long she had been waiting and she said about an hour as well. Finally someone opens the office and she fixes my passcode. I go to my unit to put my lock on it and there’s a tiny red one on it instead making it so I can’t open it myself. I go back to the office and of course it’s locked again. No sign up this time so I can’t watch from my car to see when it’s open again. I called customer service after waiting 15 min in the 113 degree heat asking them to call me or get me from my car once the office is open again so I don’t have to wait in the heat in front of the office building. They say yes they can do that. 30 min pass and I don’t get a call so I go to try the door again and it opens. I tell her I need my unit unlocked and she unlocks it. I asked her where I could find carts and she says they all broke and I might find one or two by either loading dock. She said more are ordered and come in at the end of the week. That doesn’t help me because my moving date is before then. So anyways, finally I’m able to use my unit about 2 hours later. A guy from customer service calls and tries to tell me this all happened because they were in a meeting. Around 6pm I come back to pack stuff into my unit (my unit is almost in the middle of the building, not very close to either loading dock) and there’s only 2 carts which everyone else is using. I had high hopes cause it’s a new facility but I was super let down.

After visiting a few storage facilities in Gilbert, I feel StorAmerica is hands down the best facility overall. Clean, secure, and customer friendly. Jonathon really sold me on the place. To me Customer Service is the number one factor when deciding to do business with anyone. Jonathon is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and very informative. Pam on the weekend is also a pleasure to work with. I am glad I chose StorAmerica.

Jhonatan was extremely patient, polite, friendly and helpful! He explored alternatives with us and was very thorough explaining everything about the unit when he showed it to us. We are extremely happy with the service so far.

I guess i dont like how confusing it is if you go in another door that place is a maze...

When I first called the woman was very respectful and did everything she could to help me know what size of storage I needed. Once I got there she showed me the storage which made me feel she had the knowledge of knowing what size I really did need. When I finished paperwork she let me know that they had dollies to make it easier to load my things into the storage faster. What I enjoyed the most is since they didnt have a truck for me to use, they are willing to give me a 50.00 credit to my storage bill next month.

Great facility, Moved our stuff out of another storage place it was getting cover in dust and some stuff was getting ruined. We decided on here cause it was new, air cooled and great rates. Pam took care of us I highly recommend.
