I shopped around in Michigan, but ended up purchasing my wedding dress through Florencias Bridal in Texas since they gave me a very fair price for my dress and free shipping as well. Giving them 5-stars! So much better than the 10 bridal shops I visited in Michigan!

The lady did greet me at the door but while shopping for a dress, I felt very uncomfortable! She made it so obvious that she was watching my every move as she acted like she was straighten up dresses. Then the looks she gave me and the dresses were overpriced! Its ridiculous to think I would steal a wedding dress....very disappointing!

One of my sisters came in for a quince dress and one of the women who works at the store kept making comments about her weight and how she fit in the dress. Super disappointed to hear that the women who work here are careless towards how they treat others and make young girls feel insecure about their bodies. What was supposed to be a happy moment for my sister made her so sad after going to a fitting for a dress that did fit her. Super unnecessary to give comments on her weight and how the dress zipped up! She had even lost weight for her quince dress only to have the someone who works at the store TELL her she needs to go on a diet.EDIT: Confirmed that it was the owner who made these comments. Where is the professionalism and leadership?

My daughters and I went to this store so my 15 year old could try on Quince dresses. When my daughter tried on the dress, one of the ladies who was working there was being disrespectful to my other 19 year old because she didnt like the Quince dress the 15 year old tried on.

This was the worst place i’ve ever been to, the moment we walked in nobody came to say anything they just gave us ugly stares and when we asked about trying on a dress she didn’t say nothing she just looked at us weird the lady genuinely looked like she didn’t want to work there they have the worst customer service and their dresses aren’t even that pretty the stones on the dress kept coming off, i would not recommend

We traveled all the way from MO to find our quinceañera dress. Florencias bridal is a bit small however, the experience was fantastic! A lot, of shops we went to were very particular about no pictures allowed, no touching the dresses and so on but Florencias Bridal was not like that. They let us try on as many dresses as we wanted and some even multiple times. The man was very patient. Over all I had a great time here and felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend!

I had been to a few stores looking for dresses. I was never able to try any on without an appointment. And appointments were usually during times I was unavailable. So I looked on Google for wedding dress stores and happened to find this store. I figured it couldnt hurt to stop by and browse. The fact that I didnt need an appointment to try on dresses was great. The owners took the time to help me try on every dress they had, in my size, in the store. I ended up with a beautiful dress for a great price and took it home the next day. They even tossed in free shoes. Thank you so much. I will definitely tell everyone I know about how great you guys were. ☺️

This shop has taken their time to find the size the style and has chairs to sit beverages & made sure our bride was happy. I called this place in advance to make an appointment and the said it wasn’t necessary. I let them know I was planning to come that Saturday anyways and she seemed pretty indifferent, which was a little off putting but maybe she was busy. So that Saturday I round up the ladies dress shopping with me and head to Florencias.First, it’s in a not so great part of town in a pretty run down shopping center. Second, we arrived right when they were scheduled to open (10am) and the lights were off and doors locked. So we waited... and waited... and waited a little longer all while window shopping the cheap looking dresses we could see in the extremely cluttered shop.Eventually we left and went somewhere else. I was extremely disappointed and do not recommend to anyone searching for a wedding dress.
