This place is AWESOME!! I bought my wedding dress and all the accessories for 1000 a phenomenal price for sure 20 years ago.. Great customer service, attentive and Best thing is the same owner who helped my make day beautiful also helped my sons for all their formal dance needs 20 years later Dont always believe EVERYTHING you read..See for yourself.

We only found 1 frilly formal dress available for my 12mo grandaughter for her aunts wedding.However it is red( nowhere near wedding colors) It fit her perfect.Sales lady had us rung up bagged up and out the door in less than 15 min.Bravo!

Employee insisted on joining me in the dressing room and wouldnt let me take off the t-shirt and blue jeans I was wearing underneath. Blatantly lying to me telling me I look amazing in dresses that didnt fit me. Just trying to make a sale, doesnt care about the customer.

I was looking for a petticoat for a flower girl dress. This is the only place that seem to have one. The only draw back was the no exchange no refund policy of the store. I wanted to look at dresses for myself but, the store policy changed my mind.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was handled because I had some questions and concerns and I ask to speak with a manager and his reply was we don’t have any manager,but before I could finish with what I was gonna say he said ok good bye I mean just hanging up in my face how rude!!! Not even a concern very bad customer service

My daughter and I came in on Saturday April 16, 2016 in the hopes on purchasing a prom dress for the following Saturday. Short notice, I get it, but they insisted that they could make the dress in time for Friday, April 22, 2016. He calls me on Thursday April 21, 2016 to tell me that they dont make the dress anymore in black. Of course I was highly angry to say the least and after him hanging up on me because I was taking too long to decide if I wanted the dress in a different color, He said I was taking his attention from the current customers in the store at the time. He called back in 20 minutes to tell me that he had the warehouse ship a dress in deep blue and wanted my daughter to come and try it on to see if she would like this dress instead. Friday April 22, 2016 we get to the store and the dress was blue, not dark blue, blue... she tries it on anyway because prom is the next day. 5 minutes later I hear my daughter crying, the dress was 4 sizes too small!!! He says I dont know what happened to your daughters body between last week and now but this dress is the size we ordered. I demanded a refund!!! Keep in mind I paid almost $400 for this dress. He begins to try to sell me some of the most horrible dresses off the rack. He tried to remind me that their is no refund but after much yelling and many customers leaving after they heard what happened, he gave me a refund (that has yet to post my account). We will see... I would hate to have to sit on the bench outside of his store and tell everyone that comes up this terrible nightmare of a story, but I will!

I bought a dress before my cousin took me here and u saw something off the rack they ordered it and even do alterations and made customizations to my wedding gown I can’t speak for everyone else but I did get a good service experience from here

I ordered a wedding dress from a catalog they had and they measured me before I left that day and when it came in it wasnt even the right dress and it was way too big. I was very upset! Will never go here again and will most definitely not be referring anyone ever!!!!

Worst customer service! The Asian man snatched the dress from my hands after I showed him the dirt on the bottom of the dress. I highly recommend not to step foot in his shop. They do not the meaning of respect and customer service.

They are a horrible tuxedo shop.. Picked everything I needed from their catalog yet they still werent able to get all the correct pieces.. Now I have paid full price and deposit for something I dont want.. Buyer beware!!!

( Now new KISS Bridal) : Horrible experience.. worst customer service, as we walk in the 2 owners are yelling at each other. Both workers couldnt stop to acknowledge us walking in . We went to this place to look for bridesmaids dresses and wedding dress for our bride. First step in the door the first thing said to us is NO food or drinks, mind you we are all adults . they tell us to go drink in another store . Worst experience really because how rude they were about it all . Also during this time the two owners are behind the counter screaming at each other Still !!! DONT GO THERE, not sure how they are still in business

The only reason Im giving even one star is because of the product selection. However, I witnessed a young woman, her fiancé and one of their mothers, in the store today, and they were treated horribly. The salesperson actually told the young girl, There arent wedding dresses in YOUR size, but if you insist on getting a dress, give us the money and we will make you a plain white dress.Needless to say, that store lost out on a ton of money I was about to drop.

There is SO much to say but Lets just say HORRIBLE IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE! the rudeness of the ppl here is unbelievable! I honestly cant believe theyve been open so long. And you can get ANYTHING THEY HAVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I RECOMMEND DOING SO.
