A wonderful place to stop by during breakfast. They have a huge assortment of donuts at great prices. They also have a convenient drive thru if you are on the go.

Very upset. Went there at 5:30am in hopes of getting fresh, hot, donuts since they open at 5am. Nope. Got cold, hard, probably day old donuts. $13 wasted. 1st time having Shipleys. Wont ever again. You got 1 job. Its to fry dough. No one should be served a cold donut that early in the morning

Love this place!! I’m always greeted with a smile and their donuts are delicious along with their coffee.. the only negative thing I can really say is I wish they fixed the small potholes they have in the drive thru.. other than that no complaints!

Im from Houston Texas where shipleys is a huge deal but isnt as much so in dallas. I found out this shipleys was 10 minutes from my house and had to try it. They are just as good as any shipleys Ive ever had with a very friendly staff probably more friendly than the one I frequently visited in Houston 5 stars for sure

I would give less stars but the ladies in here are always so pleasant!Down to business.I’m upset because as of recently (twice) I have gone and been charged almost 30 bucks for the exact same order (8 - sausage cheese kolaches and 1 dozen glazed donut holes) I purchased at Plano Shipleys, but Plano Shipleys only charges me $15.50!!! 30 to 15 is a huge difference something is definitely sketchy going on here.My fiancé had also said that she went recently and felt like she was overcharged and also the kolaches were tiny with hardly any bread.

Hours say open til 12pm on google but I went around 11am & they were closed! Sign in front says 5-11pm, ig they meant am but google hours should reflect that as well

What in the world has happened to Shipleys? Did they change owners or what? I went there this morning for kolaches and donuts and they were horrible! The jalapeno kolaches lacked jalapeno and they were ice cold and expensive beyond belief. The donuts tasted like yesterdays leftovers. Ive always picked Shipleys over any other but NO MORE! They arent worth going to and I should have picked up on that when there was NO ONE in the parking lot. All the people working inside were different from the usual people. I will NEVER go back there again and you shouldnt either!!

Its a really good place to grab a quick snack. I tried their glazed donuts, cream filled and bunch of other items. It was soft, had a nice warmth to it. Will definitely go back soon!

This is the only decent donut shop in the Mesquite area. Donuts are normally hot and fresh and way better than Krispy Kreme.

I picked up a dozen donuts and some kolaches before work. My day starts at 6 am, so I was happy to find a donut spot that opens 5. Great service, too.

Smallest cinnamon twists Ive ever been sold from any Shipleys shop. All other locations sell them twice this size. I probably wont be returning.

Love this place! Same smiling faces who always remember us. We have a dog who goes on Sundays when we go. They always remember him and that he loves his cake doughnut. Hes not a fan of most humans but wags his tail hard when he sees his favorite doughnut lady.

Awesome donuts! FYI - when ordering regular glazed donuts, always asked for the freshest one made; they will grabbed the ones they just finish glazing... you will be amazed on how hot and soft the donuts tasted! Dont be surprised when you noticed you already wolfed down half a dozen so quickly.

Donuts are not as fluffy as they once were. They charge an additional fee if you pay by card.

I love the fact that they have the long johns here. Im from Michigan and it has been hard to find them with just creame and not the Bulgarian creame. I rated t HG em a four because I pre-ordered a half dozen and they didnt hardly have the creame in them. I drove 30 kin just to get these tasty donuts. Hopefully the next time I order Ill get a full long John with creame!

Prices have changed kolaches 6 8.50 thats crazy, they were all dough hardly any meat

This place is usually pretty good and I had been going there atleast twice a week. But last week I had a terrible experience. I pulled up to the drive theu window as usual and waited 2 minutes or so for someone to show up. I reached out to knock on the window and a man shows up and starts yelling at me loudly, I got it, Sir!. He then rushes and messes up my order and gives me kolaches without jalapenos. The ladies who work there are have always been kind, friendly, and courteous. But this guys behavior really made me consider whether I should go back.

Best donuts in the world. Go 6am through 10am and they are the best. They have great service. Nice and hot. Best donuts ever. Go there every weekend

DECENT DONUTS.DECENT FACILITY.NOTHING SPECTACULAR.NO REAL COMPLAINTS, JUST DIDNT THINK IT WAS WORTH 4 OR 5 STARS.

They keep a large variety and quantity of donuts available during peak times. They move a lot of business through their doors and drive thru window. It is a good place to stay and eat. The only problem I have is that when dining in, the temperature of the restaurant is heavily influenced by the outside temperature.

Stop here every day on my way to work they are always so fast even when they are super busy plus everyone is super friendly

Donuts are good. I cant complain about the service. I havent had an over the top experience with anyone there, but no one has ever been rude to me either. Will continue to go for the Kolaches!

Not good we ordered kolaches with cheese and jalapeños and got raw dough with a cheese slice for sandwiches along with no jalepenos. Also the dough is not even remotely close to dough used for kolaches and it didn’t taste like one.

Im giving this place 3 stars because my husband thinks the apple fritters are pretty good. I, on the other hand dont much like their sausage rolls so I usually dont get anything for myself when we go here.

Best place in mesquite to get donuts or kolaches. Food always taste fresh they cook most the day unlike others nearby . Price is inline with other donut shops. Hot chocolate, coffee and other types of morning drinks offered too.

Ordered 1 dozen donuts asked for 1/2 glazed and 1/2 chocolate. When given my order I get 2 dozen donuts. I let the girl know the order was wrong as I only wanted 1 dozen. She pretty much says Im stuck with what I got. And that I can give them away since Im now stuck with so many donuts. Really?? Bad service..will not be going back!

My everyday donuts the 2 hispanic ladys are awesome but the chinese guy and girl are so rude and mean.

The asian woman at the counter is giant B. Must be an owner, as i cant see how she could still work there with such a disrespecful attitude. The donughts are good and the jalapeno kolache is bomb. Solid food but man that woman is so crappy.
