Tried to buy paint but they argued and wanted to talk down to me, I even had the type of paint and color picked. But they wanted to make sure that it was right.... I find out there’s only one type of exterior oil enamel, it’s call All purpose...so what other type is there? This was the third time I walked away empty handed from this location... on my way to Forest location...

I was mislead by one of their sales associates to buy a paint that would cover a wall with one coat. $50 a gallon est. So I buy two gallons to paint half a normal size bedroom 11×9. 4 gallons later the half room finally has reached its goal. So I went to talk to the store manager to express my displeasure and she stated that it was be probably a miscommunication and that she was sorry that I felt that way when I told that I will no longer buy paint at sherman williams. There was no attempt to redeem my patronage. She didnt seem to care. So much for customer service

Awesome Job I ever had

Visited this store 3 times. On our second visit someone offered to help & answered all of our questions. We werent ready to buy that day and returned today (03/21/2017) to make our purchase. The only employee came out to take a delivery that arrived at the same time we were there then disappeared in the back. We are headed to another store.
