A gentleman helped me out as soon as I walked in and had the stuff I was looking for. Was in and out in less than 5min easy.

I had a wonderful experience at this Ace location, the customer service is phenomenal. Brian helped me get a new key cut for our Mazda and the process was quick and easy. I love that this place is a family owned business, I will definitely return for my other hardware needs.

This store nailed it on excellent customer service! My first visit there. Not realizing that all Ace is independently owned. I wanted to return a product bought from another Ace Hardware. They gave me no problem and took it back. WOW!!! That is truly the meaning of going above and beyond. This was a referral place for rv propane found out was given to the wrong exit street at holiday world went to holiday world check on location for propane parts department to me the right exit then drove to uhaul fueled up. Nice people at uhaul just misunderstood who had told me rv fill site they only had bottles five gallon exchange tank rino I think

I shopped for flashlight batteries here. Its a nice but quaint little store in Mesquite. The staff are nice and helpful. Since I didnt look beyond batteries. I cant really say what its inventory is like. But it appeared to have Alot of the things one would need for your every day home repairs and then some.

Just called this store to check on if they had an item. Brandon was very helpful and informative! He gave me all the information I needed and was very polite! Great customer service!

This store has been there as long as I can remember. But dont waste you time. Employees dont know where anything is or if that store has what your looking for. They told me just look around and maybe you can find it. There is another store a few miles up the road

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing. Stop by just for the bird, its a hoot! A big bonus is that they carry items that you cant always find at the big box stores.

Ace hardware stores have a little bit of everything. Always friendly and very helpful.However, the decor is tired and old.

I purchased a 2 wheel wheelbarrow from Ace Hardware. The computer said the price was $89 The store was $99 I asked if they would honor the price. The guys said I had to bring in the proof! They said they could have it by Friday. I came back in on the following Tuesday they didnt have it. Its a special order They had one in the store But, I needed one in a box so I could get it in my car so I had to special order it! It came in the following Friday I picked it up took it my property in the country and put it together. The Wheel was made wrong! I took it back got another wheel of the displayed one. Went back to put it together; the first 1/2 load of dirt I pick up the handle broke. I took the wheelbarrow apart and put it back into my car to return it within the 7 day period. First the kid said I cant return it because it was over 7 days since I order it, I said I picked it up 5 days ago, next he said it a special order we cant take it back I said it cheap and falling apart before I can even us it! then he said we dont take back tools and this is a tool. I told him I would never come here again because you dont take care of customers he told me He didnt care if came back I was just one customer and he had never seen me in the store beforeIf you want to feel comfortable about a purchase go to a Big Store like Home Depot or Lowes that honor the return and respect the customers!!!!!!!!I guess Ace is NOT The Place With the Friendly Hardware ManI only put one star because the website wont let my give it a zero!

Everyrime I shop, or purcjase something from there, I gets treat REAL Good. Ive NEVER have had an Bad Experience, or Mishap whols shopping here, and I highly appreciate them for that, and I can evem watch NFL Football there too! Thats how cool they are to me anyways.

First off, this store is a sh*thole. I mean, I enjoy old, rustic hardware stores as much as the next person, but this location is waaaaaay beyond rustic- its downright neglected.My main reason for visiting this location was to get a chainsaw chain sharpened. Long story short, they took my money, but when I tried out the chain, it was just as dull as when I took it to them in the first place.That pretty much sums up the spirit of this place. This location is suffering from a severe lack of pride and integrity.

Truth in Advertising – I needed to fix the brake on my wheel chair. A minor but critical issue and I was worried the response of any hardware customer service employee would be … “we don’t fix wheel chairs.”To my amazement and joy I found an ACE Hardware employee (Mesquite Ace Hardware 4415 Gus Thomasson Rd, Mesquite, TX) the moment I arrived. They even opened the door for me.He looked over the situation and determined it was JUST a locking bolt/washer and nut that was needed. I was thinking it was more. Whew!He found the right ones (they were rare) and “installed” on my wheel chair and it worked like new. He spent about 30 minutes on me and the charge was 65 cents.They not only held the doors open for me when I left but even came out and assisted me getting back in the car.ACE IS the place of the helpful hardware man.Thanks – this won’t be forgotten.
