These guys were fantastic. I ordered a new pump for my GE dishwasher shipped to my house in NY State. Price was reasonable and I received it very quickly. It is back up and running and saved me a ton versus having to buy a new dishwasher. Devin at Ideal was great to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again when I need appliance parts.

I used these people for years. They installed some appliances in a house we were selling and installers didn’t tighten the hoses on the washing machine and flooded the house. I spoke to Donna who advised me she wouldn’t pay the amount of the damages but rather pay half and only pay it by deducting small amounts off of my future orders. Don’t trust this company to stand behind their work because she will not. Don’t trust them.

They just needs to restock the high value items..Such as kenmore parts..To have the parts ready available to purchase r ordered more parts. Thanks You...

The guys at the store were super helpful to me when I came in clueless about a replacement part for my oven. They were able to find the right part that fit like a charm even though I didn’t have a model number. Highly recommend!

Cant say enough good things about this guys. I had a very old washing machine that was well past its prime and they not only told me the part I needed but when I contacted them afterwards about some other issues that came up they were quick to respond with a few suggestions on how to fix the problems I was running into. ABSOLUTELY recommend doing business with them!!!

Had in stock just what I needed

Called Metairie branch with a service concern about Lafayette branch. Management was not coming to work indefinitely in Lafayette. No managers at home store in Metairie either. There is something seriously wrong with this company; service is suffering sorely. Spend your money elsewhere, not worth the risk.UPDATE: Wayne called me and straightened everything out. He sent me the parts I needed quickly.BOTTOM LINE: They showed me that they care about me as a customer. Thanks for the great service!!

Left me on hold on the phone for 15+ minutes, was extremely rude when spoken too politely. I felt rushed. He didnt seem motivated to help me at all. If there was another store to get the part I needed at, I would have went. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I understand you get busy, but customer service should always be a priority.

Walked in into Harahan location. 3 ppl vehind desk, 2 customers. In store for 15 minutes, no acknowledge of my presence, just gabbing to customers following transaction... for nearly 8 minutes. Walked out. Never had a problem with Ideal, use 6-7 times per year, multiple locations.

Quick, friendly service. Had exactly what I needed in stock. I purchased the wrong part because I had written down the wrong part number, they changed out the parts and refunded the balance with Noooooooo problem. A side note here, the place I usually go to is closed on Saturday so IAPs hours were much appreciated.
