Nice place to get quality parts. The only BIG downside is it ALWAYS seems to be understaffed. I feel bad for the guys who work there because of this. Don’t ever be in a hurry when calling or visiting. Otherwise a good supply store.

First, their price is extremely competitive to online prices, which is very impressive. Second, their service was fantastic. The two guys there were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very nice to me and my family as we all came together. This was a wonderful surprise as we had visited another nearby store where the service and prices were abysmal.

Great place. Wonderful help. Understaffed. Always bus . Hard to get thru whenever I call the store but the inconvenience is offset the staffs knowledge and ability to take care of the customer.

American Appliance has been doing business with AP Depot for many many year, and have always been very happy with their service. Recently we where visited by there Territory Manager( Lloyd Riley) and was very surprised that he took the time to come into are office to meet us and to see if there was anything that he could do to make things better. Wow you just dont get customer service like this anymore. It was a real pleasure actually meeting someone face to face. I had an awesome experience at Appliance Parts Depot (APD). Starting with the phone call to the in house service, Claude was very courteous, helpful and informative. He confirmed my part (bake element) was in stock base upon my model number, but before letting me make a thirty minutes drive, he put me on hold to visually ensure the part was available. When he return, he informed me the part was available and he pulled it and assigned it to me. He said all I had to do was just state my name upon arrival. When I arrived, I had a few questions about my Maytag range. Again, Claude researched the unit and walked me through each question. I installed the part successfully and it’s operating properly. I went to Appliance Parts Depot, because it’s rated five star. My experience showed me why. Thanks again APD.

I want more stars! All of the guys at Appliance Parts Depot are incredibly helpful. When Moms washing machine broke right after she was in the hospital (a very stressful time), Sterling & Jeff were able to guide us through some trouble shooting and had all the parts we needed. They are a pleasure to deal with and a wealth of knowledge.Since then, we have had needed their expertise several times. Each time has been no different... they are great people that are exceptionally good at what they do. I am so happy to have found them and trust them completely.

I recently purchased a drawer for my refrigerator from a company online named Marcone when I received the part the plastic drawer was broken I called them and told them the drawer came in broken and they said theyd send another out with extra packing. When I received the second drawer it too was broken and the extra packing they spoke of didnt exsist. So this when I called them I requested a refund. I then found another company by the name of Appliance Parts Depot. I ordered the part from their New Orleans location and when I received it the drawer was fully intact and the box contained sufficient packing. This company really takes pride in the product they ship out. Thank you Appliance Parts Depot!!!
