Terrible service! They will order the wrong plumbing parts for your set up and when you can’t install it because it’s wrong, they’ll make you pay for the new parts.

I went in this morning(Saturday morning at 9:45) to get 1 item. There was 1 person behind the desk helping 2 guys. I stood near the counter for about 15 minutes waiting patiently. No one acknowledged I was there, or said anything about someone will be with you soon or anything like that. Another 10 minutes went by while the same people couldnt seem to get things done. Still I was ignored. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally left.

I go there to buy plumbing parts because Ken thats behind the service desk is well known and he does a fine job for helping.

Always have what you need.

Ive called 3 times to set up an appointment to walk the showroom flor and never once talked to a person or had the option to leave a message. Guess they dont want my money.
