Great service. Came out the same day to repair my dryer. They all wear masks either in the store or while making repairs in my home.

Bought a washer from them in late February 2021 and by May 2021 the washer stopped working. Tried calling several times and no one would answer. What a rip off these people are.

Please dont buy ANYTHING from this place. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I spoke to Taylor about a refrigerator and even verified by text with a pic. I sent my husband to look at it but he showed my husband the wrong refrigerator, delivered it, but it doesnt get cool. When I called back, within days, another guy answered the phone and stated that I would be called back. I was never called back. When I called back, Taylor said the refrigerator was plugged up at the store and was working. Im sure it was working but wasnt left on long enough to get cool. He then tried to convince me to get a warranty. He never offered an apology, but acted as though I should just deal with it. Now I have to spend more money. I have purchased numerous used appliances from other places in the past that worked for YEARS. I have yet to hear from the owner of this place. I wouldnt spend another red cent at this place. Run fast. PURE RIPOFF!!!!

Awful customer service. I will not patronize this place again. I wasted money buying a washing machine from these people. They will not bring the item purchased into your home, they will not set it up. You are given a 30 day warranty should something happen, but they will charge you for the repairs, and the picking up of the unit. They want you, to uninstall the unit and sit it outside so the can pick it up. The service charge to pick it up will be $100, that will go towards the repair, thats under a 30 day warranty. They will not repair on site, so you dont really know if the repair has been made. You cant reach them by phone because they utilize google phone numbers to run their business. When they do call you, back your talking to 2 and 3 different people who will call you back from several different cellphone numbers and all will tell you something totally different. I believe in supporting small minority owned businesses, but I will never support this business again and I warn others to be ware of their business practices.

So i bought a washing machine from here, and the thing ended up being defective. I called and they came on my next day off to check it out- I couldnt believe it but they actually took the broken machine back and brought me a different, working machine! I was really worried after reading the negative reviews on here but these guys have been in business since 1999, so honestly a couple of bad reviews probably doesnt represent their hundreds (or more) of satisfied customers. Im just so grateful they brought me a working machine. Mistakes happen, but it takes character to fix them. Thanks guys!

I got what we needed for a good price

Poor customer service. The people that work there are verbally challenged. Its impossible to get the owner on the phone. He is the only one that seems to have any sense. Terrible company to deal with. The write their own posts to boost ratings.

They are cheap and if something goes wrong they come out immediately

This is not a square dealing company. They do not honor their word. You’ve been warned.
