The customer service is impeccable! They helped me establish from the first call if my windshield needed to be replaced or filled. After deciding to replace, they called with me for the insurance claim information and were very patient. They set up replacement within one business day. Gary called first thing in the morning to let me know he was on the way and replaced my HUGE SUV window in less than 30 minutes. Every person I came in contact with was kind, courteous and patient. A huge difference in experience from Safelite which was a nightmare last time. I will never use anyone else!
