Front desk is super friendly and helpful.Ive had my windshield replaced two times here now and Ive had nothing but a 5-star experience each time.This is my go-to place for auto glass. Only went there to pick up a friend but ended up with 2 flats parking along the main street. Noticed the flats the next morning. Be careful where you park. Now I have to get 2 new tires.

This place hands downs had the best price. My back window was awful. Other places wanted $400 and here I got everything done for under $200.The staff was friendly even the call center rep was awesome and knowledgeable. My truck got broken into and by the time I was able to finish filing a report with the police businesses were starting to close. I called Auto Glass Now at 5pm which was the time the shop suppose to close and they stayed over to get me taken care of. I am so thankful for Auto Glass Now and I highly recommend them. They were very nice, professional, and got my window replaced in 45 minutes while working extra hours to get me taken care of! Awesome business and fast work!

The windshield chip repair looks worse than the chip before the repair. The people were nice and maybe this result is all one should expect from the chip repair process. But had I known the result, I would not have wasted my money.

They put my windshield in wrong,and water leaked into my truck,and destroyed my carpet.They also wouldnt pay for my lift to and from their place of buisness when they had to bring my truck back to fix their mistakes.very bad experience overall,would not recommend their services to anyone

Im a SAHM and first of all, their phone # didnt work the few times I called last week. So I had to ultimately drive there to get a hold of someone to inquire about fees for services. So I schedule an appointment at 10am on the one day that I could get a ride to and from. WITH the receptionists guarantee that it be done in 3-6 hours tops. So I scheduled it for 10 am. Morning of the appointment, it was raining cats and dogs BUT I Still got my 8 mo old and 2 yr old out in the rain to drop my car off. My ride situation was accommodated on account of the rain therefore I dropped off my car at 820am vs 10am(my appt time). Hadnt heard anything all day and my ride calls me to check in. I call them a quarter to 3pm and they still havent even touched it. He hurried up and checked the status said yours is next, itll be another 60-90 minutes.... I am NOT happy when appointments are meaningless...had the lady said to plan for not having a vehicle ALL DAY, than other arrangements would have been made on my part. So in other words, very slow turn around time and either misinformation or poor communication either way, not getting a 5 star review. Price was reasonable for my front windshield though.

Got my windshield replaced.Decent price.Reasonable wait: I scheduled my appointment my wait was about hour to 2 hour wait.Theres a 4% surcharge on purchases with a credit card. However there is none on debit or cash purchases. Which sux and I am glad I had the money anyway.Had sum difficulty in getting them to salvage my current brake tag. But I was able 2 bring the remains to brake tag center with my receipt and a nice little story 2 tell explaining what happened.Additional:Thursday December 10th visit.Went in to, I guess SEAL I dont know but I had a chip in my windshield and needed it repaired before it spread into a whole crack.They took care of me real QUICK and for a great price too!And were very nice about it.I was told if the chip DOES spread into a crack within one year after purchase.The money I spent to get the chip repaired will be used against my windshield repair.Hope that makes sense.Great job yall

My service was good and fast. I called and was able to get my car in within two hours of my first call and my window was fixed within 1.5 hours. The customer service was good. If I need to replace another window (I pray I dont),I will be going to Auto Glass Now. Only con, but understandable, we had to sit outside for safety reasons (covid).

I went to get my windshield checked after it was repair the young lady was sooooo rude I kept explaining to her when it rains water gets in my car. She kept saying it could be my air conditioner and I asked how u know cause I just gotten that check too and its not that and she kept saying it is. I had to think u repair glass u not a mechanic. Unprofessional place to go and the young lady with the blond hair needs to change her attitude and have better customers services.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so. I was a bit skeptical when I received my quote being that it was half the price of the next cheapest quote I had received. However, I went anyway. I had an appointment at 10. They pulled my car in the shop at 10:30 and I was on my way at 11. Best prices hands down. Great customer service. And so far, the work is shown to be of great quality.

Avoid this places at all costs! Please avoid this business when at all possible. Horrible staff at this location. The staff seems devoid of the knowledge needed. They sold me a windshield for a different trim model of my vehicle. No wonder the prices were so much lower then other shops. The windshield I received was meant to be installed in a lower trim level of my vehicle. Need less to say that the one I received was missing several electrical hook-ups ( Defroster along with other HUD displays). When I contacted the business they attempted to give me the run around saying that the information provided was incorrect. Upon showing them my receipt w/ correct information on it. The Managers Jennifer/ Keisha tried to pass the blame onto another employee who wasnt present at the time. (I never spoke to the person they attempted to lay the blame on & The persons name is missing from my paperwork while both of theirs are present )...... Below are some attached pictures of my other vehicle I had here at the same time. Please do not use this business. It isnt worth the money you save. They cut entirely to many corners..

Brought in to replace power-window. When they called me me to pickup, i pushed button to put window up/down, glass was crooked. Asked them to fix incorrect installation, but they still didnt fix their error.... Ended up just bringing to dealership to do it correctly.

I had a windshield replaced yesterday at this business and the paint was damaged in several places!! Nickel sized or larger at top obvious and visible part of vehicle. The manager tried to explain it away and said its not their fault.. The windshield was not properly put in altogether to a perfect fit like it supposed to. The edges and along BOTH SIDES of the Vehicle looks Like poor poor quality work. Now I have to go through more time and wasting effort to call their CORPORATE OFFICE to follow up with a COMPLAINT because they dont want to repair the paint THEY damaged fix properly !! Another customer who witnessed this situation, made comment that the employees working on windshields, etc here are mainly NEW and really dont know what they are doing, maybe 1 guy there actually knows the job. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!

I called at least 5 shops and Auto Glass Now had hands down the best prices in town with the best customer service. I was very impressed with their timeliness, friendliness, and customer service. I was (yet another) victim of the smash and grab going on in the city and the staff was very understanding and my car window was replaced the same day I called. I highly recommend.

My advice would be if you need any kind of window repair/replacement this is the place to go. Side window was busted out(burglary) so I need fixed fast. Safelite could do it for $399 with me bringing it to them and 1st they could get to it would be 2 days. Auto Glass now was $233 and it was done in under 2hrs. Cheaper,faster and local business so pretty simple decision.

Had an appointment at 11:30. We were told it would be an hour and half. Called at 1230 not pulled in yet, called at 230pm was told it was being pulled in now. We showed up at 315 was still sitting in the parking lot. Had to sit and wait another hour and half. Poor management. TheyLied and told us it was being pulled to theBack and it wasn’t. Customer service is awful. The ladies just ignore you. I do not recommend this place.

They were very friendly and did a great job. It took almost twice as long as I had beem told to expect, but it was still under 3 hours total. I chose to drop it off and come back, it may have been faster had I stayed and waited. Great work at a very fair price and the customer service is unbeatable.

Staff was extremely helpful. Prices where unmatched and quality of service was amazing. The staff here was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Even with a full lobby they got me in and out rather quickly. There was about 5 people working on separate vehicles which made it a breeze. Definitely would recommend them to EVERYONE!

My experience was great from start to finish... They answered my questions and gave me an accurate quote that came in at about 40% less than Safelite for a new front windshield. I had an appointment for 12:00 pm and was finished for 1:00 pm. The work was done perfectly and cleanly. I noticed that the volume of business was high - they had a lot of vehicles be serviced and still managed to get me in. Given the high volume, but my experience was exceptionally good. Highly recommended!

If I can give a zero star I would. The low price is exactly the quality you get. The windshield was replaced and they never even put the seal back on the windshield to fill the gap so now it rains in the car. What in the world kind of service is this. When I bought it back they claim that those models do not have seals on windshield, when I know they do. It never rained inside car until the windshield was replaced. I can show the same model with a seal and they still deny. Cheap is not always the route to go and this cheap quality they did is definitely not route to go because now they won’t put a seal on it. Worse windshield place ever.

You have other options people. First, they will make an appointment despite the owners claims here that they are first come first serve. Second, yes they are cheap, but so are other places. Third, you will wait several hours no matter what estimate they give you. Read the reviews...this is clear, despite the owners responses to every one star rating that says “this is not their standard, and they will address the issue”. Let’s be real...it’s just how they do business.Brought my car in for a 2pm “appointment”. They finally had me drive it into the shop at 4pm. They took my old window out and then nothing. At 5:30 a glass truck arrived and they started working again. At 6:00 I deduced on my own after watching them take a glass to my car and then take it back out that it was the wrong glass. No one bothered to tell me anything until I finally walked into the shop myself and asked what was happening. My options were take it home with no window (that sounds great) or leave it and it would be ready by 8:15 the next morning. Caught a $20 Uber each way and came back at 8:20 the next morning to find my car exactly how I left it. At 9:00 they started working on my car again. Guess what. Wrong glass again. Again, no one bothered to tell me anything until I walked out into the shop and told them to give me my keys back. Took it up to Jazz Glass on Broad. I called ahead and they had the glass ready to go. They changed my window on the spot and it was actually CHEAPER than auto glass now!As an update to the response below...I did not give the wrong year. I clearly gave 2009 and a 2008 window was ordered. Not the customers fault folks. But good try.

I just had the best experience in this place. Girls at the front desk are lovely over the phone and in person. The technician who replaced the window went the extra mile to install it (as my car had some body damage). Waiting time is very reasonable prices are low and the quality of there work is excellent.

I was confused because of some negative comments. But my confusion has gone when I saw their excellent customer care. The managers behavior was outstanding. The waiting time was only one hour 20 minutes thats beyond my expectation. Price was also reasonable and less than any competitor. They work perfectly and said good bye with a smile.

The price of windshields has gone up in the seven years that have passed since I last replaced one. What happened? Do more people have windshield insurance? Price almost doubled.But I got the best deal I could find at Auto Glass Now. And the people there are friendly. You should know they prefer cash payment.The chairs in their waiting room suck - couldnt they have line of lazyboy recliners with vibrating massage? Is that too much to ask?

Went in and received a great competitive price with an explanation of the warranty and what to expect for the price. The change out didnt take much time at all. Paying and closeout was easy and quick with the front desk. Overall, a great experience. The criticism would be that my car still had lots of rubber and scrapings from the windshield that was removed inside on the dash and on both front mats. Regardless of that, I would recommend this for a quick windshield replacement.

I recently had my glass replaced in my vehicle at Auto Glass Now in Metairie. I went to this location due to the price. I feel like the glass installation looked professional. My only draw back was the amount of time that it took for the completion of the job and the fact that the van had to be dropped off at their shop and they did not come to my location.

Do not go here unless you dont mind waiting a long time. I came on time for my appointment which they even called me a few hours before my time to confirm if I was still coming. They told me it would take about 1 hr 30 min to get the job done.I came back 2 hours and 30 minutes later expecting my car to be done. But instead I found my car still parked where I left it with nothing changed. They didnt even start on my car... They told me my car was next, but they also told someone else their car was next. I waited inside for another 15 min to see if they were starting on my car. I decided to just leave because I didnt want to risk being late to work in not knowing if they would start and finish in time.I noticed they have a lot of walk-in customers. Even though I made an appointment, they just put me in line behind everyone else already there. What’s the point in making an appointment then ? The receptionist was nice though.

Jennifer was awesome and a huge help! I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning, got the car there by 9:30, and it was fixed by 11, ON A SATURDAY. I probably wont be going back to the NOLA area due to a brick being thrown through my window, but if you are in the area and have an auto glass issue, look no further. This place is the best!

If you have the option, drop your car off, let them call you, then come pick it up. I was told itd be an hour and a half and it took three hours. They were clearly very busy. thats to be expected when a business is so much better than all their competition. I had called five other glass replacement shops. Auto Glass Nows estimate was far below any others. Less than half in one case. They are friendly and will answer every little question nicely. They do great work fast and have a tight system running. The more expensive places probably take just as long.

If it wasn’t for this business, I’d be windowless and ripped off. After hearing out my case, I was able to schedule same day service and be back on the road in less than two hours! The woman who helped me was very welcoming, down to earth and called me by my nickname which made the experience feel familiar and easy. I’ll definitely be returning and/or recommending this place.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and great location. Passenger window fell off the track and inside door panel. With the fear of having to replace the window, I first called Bryan Chevrolet. They couldnt even take my car until the next day. I contacted Auto Glass now, and they told me they could fix it the same day. After bringing it in, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Roger was very helpful and efficient. He worked with me to get my windshield replaced in a timely manner. The prices cant be beat at Auto Glass Now, and the customer service rivals its competitors. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their windshield serviced. Roger truly cares about the customers needs before anything else.

Contacted their Regional manager, Brian, who defended her rudeness, and justified the price gouging ( they doubled price after run in with Jennifer) because Corvette is high end vehicle. He further insulted me by telling me I was lying about Competitors price. REAL CLUSTER. AVOID!!!!

I honestly heard a few good things about this place from friends, but in my personal experience, probably one of the worst. First off, I called for an appointment at 11AM and dropped off my car to them. I was told it would be about 2.5-3 hours for them to be done. I come back 4 HOURS later and my car is in the exact same spot I left it with no new window replacement. There is absolutely no purpose for these appointments.I go inside to wait a little bit just because I see people and theyre just a little busy. After 20 minutes of waiting inside, I went up them and had to tell them something for them to start working on my car. Another 15 minutes had passed they tell me my car is done. Window looks good and fixed. Although it looked normal, I wanted to test out if my power windows would roll up and down how it used to. Unfortunately, they did NOT work. I rolled the window down and it could not even roll back up if it could. It got jammed and just kept going back down. After going back inside to wait for them to fix it, I come back out and they said its my regulator thats damaged and that I need to buy a new one. Isnt it best practice to actually check to see if the windows work again after installation??? They then proceeded to tell me that I should go buy one and bring it back so they can install it. (very unprofessional for a business)At this point, Im thinking that my trust in them have severely lowered and that I should have never came here. The window they installed was not even close to the quality and color of the original glass. Of course this place gave the cheapest quote I found...that literally explains everything. Gotta say, at least one of the employees at the desk was nice to me. I will never EVER come back here and take my business somewhere else.

Put the wrong windshield in, left particles from the removal all inside the can of my truck. Had black tar fingerprints on my headliner. Windshield moldings were installed loose. Took 2 months of run around and me hounding them to get the moldings replaced. They werent very willing to fix anything. Would never use them again!!!

Great place, quick and very affordable

Only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because of the price and friendliness of front desk staff. I called on Saturday and was quoted $212 after tax. I asked how long it would take from start to finish and was told about an hour and a half. I made an 8am appt for Monday morning. Arrived for my appointment and car was not taken back until 9am. It wasnt finished until 11:45. I waited for 3 hours and 45 minutes! The job took 2 hours and 45 minutes! Thats almost double the time I was told it would take. Dont come here if you have anything else planned or somewhere to be that day.

Auto Glass Now is amazing! I got a quote online, and a representative called me back in a matter of hours to schedule an appointment with me. I went to the Metairie location, and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and helpful staff. I was quoted over the phone one price, which I thought was pretty reasonable for a whole new windshield, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was given a cheaper price. I was very happy about this. I was also very happy that I did not have to wait too long. It only took about an hour, and I was on my way. I will definitely recommend Auto Glass Now to everyone I know. :)

Scheduled an appointment 3 days ahead of time for 8am. After I waited 45 minutes for them to open they tell me they d9nt have my windshield. Didnt apologize for not calling to let me know. Very rude about the whole situation.

I was nervous about how cheap the price ($212 w tax) was but seriously happy with the service. As a designer, I notice details and it looks and feels better than factory. The wait was about an hour and a half all together.

Recently had to get windshield replaced. Auto Glass Now initially gave me $150 discount for having AAA, $150 cheaper than 2 other places. When I got there, spoke with another person that said she can do better than that. She gave me another $50 off. My deductible is $500, only had to pay $300. Very friendly people and no problems with windshield. She even called AAA and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes because it was after Thanksgiving. Appreciate the patience and service.

Awesome folks. First, Auto Glass Now was the only glass shop in town that had the glass I needed in stock on a Friday. Second, their price was the best I was able to find. Third, they were happy to sell me just the glass. And last, Tag, one of their employees, gave me some tips on installing it that saved me a bunch of trouble. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. And just an FYI, their install charge was reasonable. After having done it now, I will probably just let them take care of it next time.

We made an appointment two days ahead of time too replace a windshield. Appointment was for 1:00 pm and they did not get to the car till 2:30 pm. It took 2.5 hours to get service completed.. What is the use of making an appointment? Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your windshield.

I had my side window on my 2017 Chevy spark replaced here . They have great customer service and the price turned out to be cheaper than the quote I got online the day before. I had an appointment at 9 in the morning and it took them about two hours to finish. I highly recommend this place.They have a soda machine so take some change if you want a drink while you wait.
