We love our caldera spa!!! AMA was great to work with and helped us get it setup and working right on day 1. The quality value for the price is excellent.

Was 1 out of 2 customers in their showroom. Took them 30mins to send out the spa expert who knew next to nothing about spas. Didn’t give me confidence to spend 15k with them. Bought a spa from Clearwater.

I purchased a brand new $400 Caldera umbrella which the metal base rusted within 6 months. Then i was told there is NO warranty against manufacturing defects and AMA wouldnt stand by their products. Just a heads up to others the next nearest caldera authorized dealer is in Florida. And AMA hasnt reached out to me other than an automated email telling me that Id get a call, which I havent now or back when I had this issue. My guess is AMA is on the way OUT.

Decided to shop at AMA for my hot tub after a bad experience with another dealer and was surprised to see the selection of hot tubs on hand in their showroom. Kevin and his team were very helpful in our selection. Delivery and set up was on time and well done. It is worth the visit for all entertainment needs.

I used them to assembled a Brunswick slate pool table that i brought with me when I moved down here. The two man crew did an outstanding job. They were meticulous in the assembly and leveling. I would definitely use them again.

We are super happy with the pool table, service, quick turnaround of delivery and great install. I highly recommend AMA to anyone.

Excellent experience dealing the staff at AMA Entertainment and would highly recommend. One year after my purchase and installation of my pool table and hot tub, I still get routine calls about the products and to generally check in on me. It’s so much appreciated.

They really took the time to be patient and help us make an informed choice. Many others spa sellers out there just want a quick sale. They are fairly new to hot tubs but I trust in their long history serving the “leisure” market and hope to experience good service as the tub will inevitably need repair or warranty work at some point. I’ve owned 3 spas and so far AMA seems the most committed to customer satisfaction.

We had a wonderful experience with AMA. Keith not only sold us the perfect spa but also made sure it was delivered and set up properly. He and his team spent hours at our home making sure that the electrician connected the hot tub correctly and that everything was functioning properly.

Professional yet friendly and provided great service. Salesman Jay and Keith answered all questions we had. Even after the sale was over Jay called to check how we liked our hot tub and to see if it met our expectations.

Went to another Hot tub place and the people were rude and not experienced enough to answer simple ?s . Was still gonna buy it from them. Called and talked to Jay on the phone and was very pleased. Called the people and told them nevermind werent gonna buy from them. Drove to AMA and met with Jay. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Took care of every need and ?we had. We were in and out in less then 1hrs with more than we had from the other place. I will only do business with AMA from now on.

Plenty of gaming in this store

Easy in and easy out. Can go on to Airline, are the side street. Parking lot is well lite. All of store is one level with easy in and out, with auto-sliding doors.

Worst pool table place ever do not shop with them, please save your self the time and headache

This place is a RIP OFF. They dont honor what they sell or honor the warranty or promises they make on servicing what they sell. They do not return calls or return your equipment when promised or give you a refund. They BLOW OFF the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and taking it up the chain within AMA doesnt do any good either. Your only course of action is to get an “ATTORNEY” to get anything done.

The manager was super helpful and friendly, the store was very clean and the products were displayed exceptionally.

Went there the​other day looking for a relatively common part for my pinball machine. The person helping us wasnt very friendly or helpful. I actually felt like a bother. They didnt have the part, but I was going to purchase several new locks. I asked to talk with the pinball repair technician since she mentioned he was there. Big mistake on my part. After waiting at the counter of a completely empty show room for almost ten minutes I left empty handed. I was hoping this would be a great spot to buy parts for my machine, but I wont be back.
