Its frustrating that I have to give this place even 1 star.They stole my jukebox parts!!I inherited a jukebox that plays 45 rpm records. My uncle told me it works, but would need some work done to it.I go Sidepocket Billiard & Darts and ask if they could fix my jukebox.They send over 2 guys to my house. They are tinkering around my jukebox for about an hour. They then say they need to take 2 parts from my jukebox back to their shop so they can match up parts. I think this is perfectly fine. But they never showed back up. I have called those guys numerous times, and they never have returned my call. I show up to SidePocket Billiard & Darts one day and ask the lady behind the counter. She calls the jukebox guy, he immediately answers her phone call. She puts him on the phone with me, he tells me he will be by my house that week. He has never shown up.I have never had a problem buying dart supplies there. The lady that works behind the counter has always been nice to me.But do not ever trust the Jukebox Service guys that work for them.

The lady at front counter was very helpful. I thought I was gonna leave my pool stick there overnight. But I found out my pool stick tip was a screw on. So she got me the right tip and put it on. Perfect match.so I bought a spare one and bought some other stuff while I was there.i got a business card from her and I told her I will be back to purchase more stuff.
