Absolutely a magical place! Very easy to make an appointment and the team is very thorough with responding and replying to messages. Summer was an absolute thrill and truly made my experience so much better! Nevertheless, my maid of honor and I drove all the way from Houston, and this place made the whole drive worth it! I found my dream dress and was ecstatic by the overall experience!

I loved this bridal store. Our consultant was so sweet and nice. She was also so patient with me. My appointment went a little over, but she gave me extra time. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on a gown at all. They had a big selection of dresses to chose from. The gown I purchased was picked out by our consultant. Something I found surprising was the price of the dresses. I thought since this is a luxury bridal store I would not be able to find a lot of dress to try on, but there were a ton in my price range! I give this bridal salon five stars. To begin, the ambiance of the salon is quite stunning. It’s located on the second floor of a building in Metairie, LA. Once you walk in, there is a lovely reception/concierge looking desk with a happy attentive attendant to greet you. As I had reserved my appointment a week prior, when I showed up they presented me with a white box and pink bow that had a face mask with my future last name printed on it! It was so cute and provided the little touch of care and detail that made me feel like my appointment would be meaningful.My bridal consultant, Caroline, was beautiful, sweet and down to earth. She first offered me champagne and then asked what kind of styles I had been looking at. She also asked for my price range. She pulled about seven dresses for me and asked what I liked and disliked about each one. Through process of elimination, we were able to widdle down my choices to two dresses. A friend that was accompanying me preferred one dress; however, Caroline constantly advocated for me to select the one I felt “good” in. That being said, after about an hour and a half, I resorted to the first dress I had tried on and I loved it. I just felt sexy. Caroline told me the amount of the dress. Although I had the funds to pay the dress in full, I told Caroline that I wanted to think it over and talk to my fiancé because I wanted him to be included on all expenses. Caroline didn’t pressure me at all. This was a humongous plus because I felt like she wasn’t sizing me up or judging me for not purchasing the gown that day.After a few days passed (and I circulated my potential dress to about 10 friends), I decided to go with the dress I felt the sexiest in. I paid in full and Caroline suggested I go with a size 4, I usually wear a 0. Caroline took all of my phone calls about measurements and assured me that wedding dresses are often bigger and I’ll probably have to get it altered 2 or 3 times. After speaking with her and hearing her assurances, i accepted her professional advice and am now I’m expecting my dress in May.In sum, I had a wonderful experience. My appointment was longer than I thought (about 2hrs), I didn’t feel pressured to order the dress the same day and I felt cute when I had to order 2 sizes bigger than what I am. Lol. Caroline was so sweet and professional. She told me she’d been a bridal consultant for 8 years and it showed. I can’t give her enough compliments. Thank you so much. I’ll recommend all my friends to you!

Linen Jolie Bridal was the absolute best decision I could have made for my wedding dress!!!
