These guys are awesome. I had to get a window replaced after it was smashed out and the glass company didn’t tint. These guys squeezed me in and got my window done in fifteen minutes. The tint is flawless. So appreciative!!!

I went in after converting my front end on my camaro to ZL1 conversion because I couldnt get the new fog lights to work. The guy took light and tested to make sure it even work then tested the connection in car and discovered the wires were crossed. in less then 5 mins he told me something we couldnt figure out in 3 days. I would highly recommend this place !! Great group of guys!!!

Prestige did a great job technically, and their costumer service is superb (and believe me, I definitely tested this) especially Corey who answered the phone on my constant calls. Price points are what I consider very reasonable.

I got pretty much an entire system installed in my Tahoe with mostly speakers and amps I already owned and bought a new head unit and wiring n stuff. They gave me exactly what I wanted at a fair price. They also did a good job of not tearing stuff up and keeping it tight. The system sounds incredible! In my opinion, this is the only choice in the area for a top notch custom system. I would definitely recommend them and will see them again soon for a tint job. Thanks guys!

I would not go anywhere else! They installed Apple car play in my vehicle last year and did an excellent job. I went back to have new speakers installed, and was just as impressed a year later. This business has owed me over $5000 for parts that I sold them back in October of 2018! Made promise after promise to make payments, NOTHING!Update: Got a hold of these guys and they are telling me that the business under previous ownership closed and it is now under new ownership with a new business license etc. Yet my point of contact that I dealt with in selling the “previous” business my parts is STILL there. Sounds like it was an easy way to duck out on owing a bunch of suppliers for parts! Basically legal theft! Avoid this place like the plague!

Beware of this business!!! All they wanna do is push their most expensive name brand on you. Clearly no internet in installs looking at the reviews. I’ve got what was the top of the line sub setup came up with every excuse in the book an pushing their product off on me. I payed almost 4500 for the set up an love it why would I buy something different.

Prestige isnt good or bad. Its pretty average in my book. Ive had good experiences at the larget chain audio stores like Mobile One. I decided to try this one out on a friends recommendation. Prices were a little higher but the products were supposed to be better. The remote start we had put in here is awesome when it works. It currently works maybe about 80% of the time. Unfortunately every time Ive brought it in to have it checked it decided to work. To their credit, prestige has tried to fix it but so far have come up with nothing. Maybe its just the product, and thats just a hazard of the business I guess. Anyway, thats my story.Edit: after further investigation and another trip to have it checked out, Prestige was able to determine the main control module for my remote system was bad out of the box. They replaced it and made all right. Electronics are sometimes bad out of the box, it happens. Im glad they took the time to find the issue and fix it.

Prestige re-wired my entire sound system and installed new products off the shelf with great interactive and informative service. All in the same time literally paid haft the price of a bear by competitor. Speak to Dustin and he will get you squared off. they found my wallet with all contents untouched.Great business and highly recommend.

Very good, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I passed by there to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee LCD radio checked. It went completely dead and I was hoping it was a fuse. The technician on staff checked the fuse for me ( didnt charge me) and took time to show me lower cost alternatives for replacing this expensive touch screen nav/entertainment system.

Prestige has installed 2 systems for me in 2 older cars, over the last 2 years. Their advice has been consistently great, the installations flawless, and the sound and change in my cars has been awesome. If you want cheap, buy your own stuff and do it yourself. If you want quality, use them. You get what you pay for and they stand by what they recommend and do.

I went to Prestige to buy a gift for my father. The associates were very helpful and very patient with me considering I had no idea what I was talking about, and I wasnt able to answer any of their questions. They helped me to make sure we ordered the correct radio, called me when it arrived and installed the radio within a couple of hours. The associate was so thorough, he called me to make sure my dad was enjoying his new radio- which he is! My entire experience with Prestige was awesome, and I highly recommend using them!!

Upon walking in I was greeted and staff is very friendly. Explained what I wanted done to my vehicle and they came up with a solution that was affordable. They quality of product and workmanship is the best in the entire metro region. All products are highest of quality.

I just purchased a new 2017 tundra and wanted someone to add led lights, rear light bar and more, that knew trucks and cared about the customer. I looked all around the north shore and contacted 2 different places and neither of them knew what I wanted or seemed like they really didnt care. The other places Never called me back, never ordered my parts, never answered the phone. It was cheaper but I was not going to leave my new truck in the hands of amatuers. I finally made the trip to prestige (40 miles away) but wanted to see the place before making the decision.The place was spotless, organized, and very well suited for the customers with great displays to see what you are getting. Long story short I explained to Dustin what I wanted and he almost knew before I finished what I was looking for and never said NO! We can do that, no problem, yes sir. dustin brought the tech out that was going to be working on my truck and walked though it again with him.By the time they finished and brought my truck out it was better then I could have ever imagine. They did a outstanding job and made it look better than I could have imagined.I would recommend this place for any upgrades you are thinking of doing to your vehicle, boat, cycle old or new. Just ask for Dustin and he will set you up and you will not be disappointed.

Went in and the salesman Chris introduced himself immediately and offered help with my purchase. Chris was knowledgeable and offered suggestions based on my project and budget. Overall I was very happy with my visit and will use them again.

Not impressed. Called for an estimate on an uninstall. The guy told me to come in for an accurate estimate. I went in & the guy told me 100 bucks an hour and he had no idea how long it would take. 1-thats not an accurate estimate 2-Why couldnt you tell me that on the phone?

The service I experienced was a never before experience. The employees were not friendly, they treated me as if I did not exist, they were very disrespectful. As a result, I did not make any purchases at that time, nor will I ever in the future. The is unacceptable for a business. I do not know if I was treated this way because I am a black female and I went alone, but this frustrates me extensively. This was my first time visiting Prestige and my last, but I did not expect to be treated as if I did not exist. I noticed, while I was there, a few people who appeared to be regulars came in and left out, and they were treated with much respect. I am very saddened.

If I could give a no star rating I definitely would. The customer service was down right disgusting. My father had to get a breathalyzer put in his car due to overcoming obstacles in life. Who doesnt have obstacles anyway. The man at the front desk was as my dad said was overly rude I dont know if it was because he was getting a breathalyzer installed and he was judgemental or maybe they only like a certain type of customer.(

Had Been a Nightmare Hooking Up my Aftermarket System with One Problem After Another... Until I Brought it to Prestige and They Took Care of Everything! Guess You Get What You Pay For...

I guess they dont want to say no. I asked them to install a camera. Overpaid them for installation. Never fused the system correctly, installed the rear camera upside down (lead doesnt reach when corrected). Bought a cam system with parking security, didnt bother telling be I needed another module. Didnt wire correctly to add module. Bad attitude when questioned.

The person at their front desk or manager Dustin was extremely rude, even used profanity, is greedy and unprofessional. He did not want to explain things in detail and was only interested in trying to sell me his most expensive product to make money off of me. The price he told me was exorbitant and a rip off. Would NOT recommend anyone to trust this guy or this shop and not ever go there.

Dustin and the Guys have serviced my car since 2010. Installed Intoxilock which I had to get services monthly. also Rockford foscate amp and wolfer, 2 years ago a radar detector. I called today to ask about the install wait time and if it was possible since I would be off tomorrow to come and have what I needed to purchase installed all the same day...a girl answered the phone and put me on hold...after being on hold for over 10 minutes it was disconnected.First impressions mean a lot and this was not a good first impression of a business I want to do business with.

Do yall employ a person with enough knowledge and expertise to install a drop in recone?

My experience was an awful one. I called to get an estimate on installing a stereo with Bluetooth. When I called I was advised that it would be a more accurate estimate if I came in. Which I did, one of the stereos that were listed online was 100.00 more in the store, (FIRST RED FLAG) the salesperson stated the website needed to be updated. I scheduled an appointment for the first Saturday during Mardi Gras 2014. Dropped my car off, received a call about 45 minutes later stating that it would be another 175.00 because I needed something or another, I told them thats why I went in for a estimate, I was not paying the extra 175.00 and was really upset, the person said never mind we will install in anyway... (ANOTHER RED FLAG). I have a convertible that has 56,000 mile, I know that my dash has some wear and a few cracks from the sun beating on it. When he called to try to get another 175.00 out of me he asked if I was aware of the cracks and I said yes. When I went to pick up my car, the top of my dash (where the top of the dash kit for the radio) was all chewed up, like someone had a screwdriver and was trying to put the unit back in and having trouble. The dash kit did not fit well. I have spaces everywhere, and a dash thats all chewed up. I was furious. The two guys argued with me for about 20 stating that my dash was like that, which I knew for certain that it was not. I called the owner the following Monday and met with him to show him my damage, he stated that his workers (THE HONEST ONES THAT TRIED TO GET ANOTHER 175.00 FOR THEIR POCKETS) are honest and he would have to be believe that they didnt do it and that it was there prior to me dropping it off. Again I was furious, I explained to the owner that I was aware of the cracks but not the CHEWED up dash where they installed the stereo. His only offer was that he would find his guy and ask him to give an estimate to replace the ENTIRE dash and we would split the cost. I shouldnt have to pay for 1/2 of anything that I didnt damage. I havent heard from them to schedule this or for them to replace the dash kit that they put in which was the wrong one. Buyers BEWARE they are not honest people. I regret going there, and I will pursue this further by contacting the BBB... Todays date 04-02-2014

Very unprofessional, I come in to get a gps installed and the guy tells me I have to wait because he doesnt have no one to do it. Then once they finally start on it, he tells me shouldnt be much longer, 20 minutes later, they all go walk to subway and take a damn lunch break. Then I asked him how much longer he says 15-20 mins. On top of that my car door is just sitting open while they take there lunch break! That is very unprofessional! Horrible!

Its kind of late, but a year or so ago I paid for yall to build me a enclosure for a 15inch Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection, I wanted it to be built to specs and thats what I paid for and thats what yall agreed to. After looking at other builds, for the same subwoofer and measuring the box yall built, its not to specs. The port is too small and the box wasnt built to the sizing of what Incriminator Audio recommended. I just find it rather dishonest, thats the way yall handle business after the customer repeatedly ask of a certain request, at the price yall charged to simply lie is just a little too far. I think its rather disgusting the way business was handled in this scenario and to be he honest I will not ever spend my money with this establishment again. If I wasnt lied to and told what something was, when it really wasnt....it would be a different situation but I guess all the matters is yall got paid.

If you go this place, make sure the total and pay for it before install anything. i just installed a HID headlight at this place and i was screwed by the guy in the store. they over charged me at the last second and they will play tricks with you to confuse you then charge you something extra at the end without telling you at the beginning.

Have everything needed for a sub install.. they decline my wiring kit and say they only use there wires and try to charge me over 300 for a install where everything i they need I have..
