I ordered the Halloween doughnuts online. When you get to the location to pick up the doors are locked and the only option is to sit in the long line for drive through. I would never wait in a line this long for Krispy Kreme. I feel stuck because I already paid for the order.

I visited Krispy Kreme and placed an order on the drive through. The lady in the drive through made my order. She had on gloves and used the paper to pick them up. I could also see another employee, a guy, making orders. I’m assuming it was for inside customers. He had on gloves, but I saw him grab his pants on both sides to pull them up. He then touched the donuts with those gloves and placed them in the box. That was disgusting in my opinion.As far as the donuts, the glazed were delicious as usual. I decided to try a lemon filled also. It was okay but I’ll stick to the glazed moving forward.

This branch is poorly managed. Prepare for lukewarm coffee and 20 minutes in line.

I visited on Saturday around noon. Being the day before Easter it was very busy. The staff worked quickly and apologized for my wait, which wasnt very long. After I mentioned I was getting the donuts for my coworkers the woman packing up my donuts told the cashier to give me a Be Sweet discount. I had a great experience.

Drive through took FOREVER with only 4 cars in front of me. Ordered at speaker but had to tell them again what I had ordered one I got to the window. Black coffee was barely lukewarm. Very disappointing! On a positive note, the hot glazed doughnut was delish!

Drive thru lady has horrible customer service skills. I asked if they had any warm donuts, she replied no in a very annoyed tone, like I was bothering her.

Fresh hot doughnuts available and always good when you can place a order ... I dont understand the incredibly long drive threw wait times. They are always long and move extremely slowAs much as I love them dont get to order in the mornings before work 🙃.

I have about had it with this location. My kids and I love krispy kreme donuts, but the last 4 times Ive ordered theyve completely gotten my order wrong. Ive gone through the drive-thru the last 3 times and once I got home to open it, it didnt match my receipt at all. Completely different types of donuts.. This time, I ordered delivery and I got someone elses order. I ordered 2 dozens and received 1 dozen with 3 chocolate milks instead. Since they put the chocolate milks on top of the box, all the donuts were decimated. Corporate refunded my money, so thats not an issue. Its the constant screw ups that make me not even want to try to go to this location anymore.

Super clean. I personally don’t care for the donuts but they are fresh and this location has a cool glass area where you can see the donuts being made.Kids seem to love that.It’s in a relatively convenient location and although I cannot speak from experience, the drive through seems to move quickly. I know the inside line does.

They honor there coupons that I had. Matter fact I got (4) dozen of donuts with (1) coupon. That was wonderful thank you Krispy Kreme

Drive through open 24/7 with hot donuts that melt in your mouth. This is a favorite stop when Im in the area.

Drive thru line only moved 3 cars in 15 minutes of waiting. No reason doughnuts should take that long to bag or box up.

A little pricey and they were out of specialty donuts when we visited. They also let way too many people inside at a time, in my opinion. But the hot glazed are second to none, and the service was great.

Make sure to get someone on the phone when calling ahead. I called and the answering machine said they were 24 hours. Drove 30 mins out and they were closed.

Classic Krispy Kreme products. Fresh as usual. Staff was less than helpful and acted like it was a bother to get a box of donuts. Ill give them another chance when Im passing through again, maybe they were having a bad day.

One of the slowest donut shops Ive been to. They wait almost 5 minutes in between each order in the drive through which is ridiculous. I had 3 cars in front of me and it took almost 30 mins for me to get my 2 dozen of donuts!

This location is always a pleasure to visit and I can’t say enough good things about the girls at the front counter. They were so nice and attentive and just all around really helpful.

Lines were long inside and in drive thru, yet they got us all in and out in a timely manner. The donuts were hot and fresh even at 6pm.

It’s nothing but smiles when I come here, I really appreciate that and appreciate that exceptional staff 👏

This morning we picked up in order that we had for a gender reveal party. The donuts look good but havent tried them yet. However, we did order it doesnt of hot glazed donuts and copy option to purchase a second doesnt for just a buck! So $12 by the Dozen and just $1 for the second. Long drive thru waiting period, we did the app order while in line we were suppose to get a smile 😊 doughnut none received no warm or hot doughnuts, it was the unexpected. Still 💕 Krispy Kreme even though doughnuts were Cold.

Stopped by this24 hour location at 10pm on a Saturday night. The parking lot was barricaded. No one could get in. Dont waste your time going there after 10pm on a Saturday.

Was so happy to see this place. It has been. Several years since I had a delishes Krispy Kreme donut. We purchased a dozen at the drive thru & immediately started eating one as we drove away.

One of the clerks commented that they have to take their customers before DoorDash! I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting to be waited on.

Lights were flashing alerting the public that they had hot donuts available. They handed me two cold donuts. Once I pointed this out to them, they presented me with hot ones. Had I pulled off without checking, I would have been upset. It took 24 minutes to get to the pickup window so I truly wanted what I expected.

This was the worst experience I have ever had, I love krispy kreme and cannot wait for them to open up in baton rouge again however I drove 45 minutes for donuts that I could not even get . When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady who told me they had no more glazed donuts I agreed to wait until they were made she told me it would only be a few minutes so I waited after about 20 minutes I came back I was then told it would be another hour so i decided to order an assortment of donuts unasked for a particular kind and i was told that was unavailable as well. The young lady that was in the drive thru was just very unprofessional Im not upset about having to wait for the donuts but I am upset that I was told to wait about 10 minutes for them to be done and then told, its gonna be another hour .

Much better than the inside is open as well as the drive-thru but dont like the hours that very think they should stick with one time.

Usually a great place and awesome donuts but lately they take way too long at night. I don’t know if it’s a new owner or something, but whoever runs the place at night is terribly slow and inefficient. I sat there for ten minutes and the line moved one car. They also need a better system for picking up Door Dash and Uber orders. They shouldn’t have to wait in the same line.

The doughnuts are awesome. Its worth every dollar spent.

We visited this location. We are from out of state and we were excited about eating Krispy Kreme. The staff were amazing and so very friendly. Truly nice people, and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. I hope the managers know what a great crew they have!

Hot donuts

What was going with the crew tonight at 7:10pm (12/6/2020). We drove over 40 minutes to come get some holiday donuts and they were out. The older women were extremely rude when I arrived. They were aggravated over something. The guests before me had a bad experience because the older woman on the register was giving her attitude while the guest wasnt. Im a young lady who works in customer service and I show more professionalism than these older women.

I bought chocolate doughnut holes frim Walmart in Nola east that was covered in furry mold.
