I can always count on friendly service and great coffee from French Press. I love getting their chicken caeser wrap for lunch!

I Love Love Love this location! When I first moved to this area French Press was on my way to work. I started stopping in and met the crew that worked there. Soon this was a morning ritual….. I got to know all the employees and enjoyed seeing them. They had a staff change and a few of the workers left for various reasons but one of my Favorites stayed~ Dillon.He is the most respectful, polite, friendly and sweetest individual. I am getting to know the new morningcrew and they are all great!!Thanks for brightening up my mornings with awesome hot vanilla lattes and a smile 😊

I had the French vanilla latte and my wife had the banana nut latte. They were both really tasty and we will be getting another one tomorrow. We also split a chocolate muffin that was to die for. So moist and decadent. I LOVED it. They also have wifi!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops to visit when Im in the area. They have a great selection and its amazing.

I was amazed at how organized this young female employee was! She was working mostly by herself and humbly did her job. Focused, prepared.The coffee was wonderful, as well!

Our 5min stop at this location is the best part of any week day! Our baristas even remember our regular drinks! Everyone is always pleasant, and there is no long wait time even in busy days.

My creme Brule LA Freze frozen coffee was delicious. However, they did not even warm up the ham on my breakfast croissant.

Coffee is pretty good, certainly gets the job done. The food offerings are decent. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and soup. About what I would expect from a coffee shop. Wait time for food is (even a simple muffin) is consistently longer than it should be. I waited 30 minutes for a cup of soup (they actually forgot I had even ordered it). Its a good place to study. Plenty of outlets and free wifi. Usually not too loud during the day. I see a good number of people come through for that.

This coffee really is soo good. They also have great soups, salads and giant sandwiches. You will not be disappointed.

The drinks were good but the person taking the order was not nice or helpful. Will visita different location next time.

While the Buffalo Chicken Wrap was good, I had to wait 30 minutes for the order. A table ahead of me also had to wait for their order. The Severn location has faster service.

Took 20 minutes to get a sausage egg and cheese crossant when it came out it was on a bagel don’t go to this location the staff is horrible

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the military support!Driving all over the city as a local Army Guard Recruiter, it’s nice to know this place is very welcoming! It has amazing coffee, great food (Buffalo Chicken Wrap is my favorite), and a nice atmosphere (music) that allows me to get some work done while constantly on the go!

Great coffee drinks. The sandwiches Ive had were good. I must ask why those horrid chips they serve is the best they can offer. They serve only to take up space alongside the sandwich. They are flavorless, dry, and rock hard. I request they omit them yet they still are there in my plate. I just dump them in the trash but may start taking them out to the birds. Just hope their little beaks dont break.

Love this place. Coffee is strong and delicious. Coffee taste is always consistently good and they have non dairy alternatives.UPDATE: Had to change from 5 to 2 stars. Just went back to order a late lunch. Order is incomplete. As a teacher, I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude unwillingness to recheck. I wont be back.

Costumer service is as good as the coffee! Friendly staff & quality food and drinks. Great variety to choose from. My favorite drink is the Red Velvet Soy Latte. Try it!! This place is locally owned and MUCH better than Starbucks.

The coffee drinks were wonderful. The service was very slow. Love the outside seating on this warm day. I suggest going through the drive thru to order. Then take your drinks, food inside, much, much faster service. Enjoyable atmosphere and clean!

I go there all the time. I got what I ordered, but it took a little longer than normalBut I know that it was late morning on a Saturday. But everything was right on my order.

I visit several of the French Press Coffeehouse locations throughout the week and never have I had a bad experience. Katie and the rest of the staff have always been great to deal with. Such a clean location and the service is quick!

We went in for coffee and decided to have a chicken salad sandwich and have a pastry. The ENTIRE Experience was awful. The coffee was horrible :;the chicken salad sandwich looked like cat food on a croissant: the tea I had was supposed to be sweet tea. I’m not sure if it was sweet or not,:the cream cheese pastry was like a brick. I will never. Go there: the owners really need to know what kind of service they are giving( to there customers: the two workers at 7 pm Halloween night! Were very slow and there wasn’t anyone in there: like they didn’t give a sh,,,, just moved into the area and I know I’ll definitely find a better coffee shop then that! Literally just left this place and the customer service was awful. The guy at the drive thru didnt great or speak or anything. Would NOT recommend to anyone. This guy kept sticking his head out the window to see who and what complexions are in the drive thru. Never will go back.

I come here several times a week and have NEVER had bad service or a wrong order. Its always clean! I love the soups as well as the coffee. The punch card comes in handy when you visit as often as I do. I think its really nice that they do giveaways on Instagram all the time too! Thanks French Press for being my favorite local coffee spot to visit!

Love the variety of decaf coffees better than any other coffee house

Generally a good coffee house, but a manager here named Katie Tymon is certainly dragging it down. She is rude to customers and the way she speaks to her employees is disgusting. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but she’s so disconnected from the store that she didn’t even know that a very pleasant employee was working after having surgery, and berated him. On top of all of this, she was smoking a cigarette in front of the front door. Yikes, not an image you want for your shop, let alone blocking the entryway for anyone with asthma or a sense of smell. I hope this gets better.

I’ve tried this coffee several times and every time, I’m so disappointed. Ordered a gingerbread latte this morning and not only did it have 0 flavor, I’m fairly sure it was only steamed milk. Not a hint of coffee to be tasted. My husband got an iced version which was more flavorful but didn’t taste good at all. I never leave bad reviews, but it’s definitely frustrating to spend 8 bucks on coffee we had to throw away.

The coffee here is great and the service is exceptional and theyre friendly. Without a doubt French Press is my favorite place to get coffee. I just wish they had a West Bank location and North Shore location.

I went to French Press yesterday and tried the Dracula La Freeze it was absolutely delicious. I may go today and try a different flavor. Its so many delicious flavors to try and I will be back.

This place is very homey bit prices are high. Choice was delicious, options were plentiful and the ambiance was great! The cake pips were good, but they are so moist they wont stay on the stick. . But Im not complaining!

Coffee was good. Staff was so busy talking amongst themselves to even acknowledge our presence. The were not friendly at all and got out order wrong. I will go elsewhere from now on.

This morning I drove up and ordered a coffee. The woman who took my order was very nice. I pulled up to pay, handed my credit card to another server and inquired about their birthday gift cards; For some reason I did not get one this year. I always look forward to my free coffee in November. She said they still were mailing the cards and handed my credit card back, and with a huge smile, she told me happy birthday and that my drink was on the house. She told me that her birthday was in November too. Very nice people, who are always polite and willing to make their customers happy. She made my day and that does not happen often. Thanks November!

Drive thru moves quickly, staff is always really friendly, and they have never once got my order wrong. Better than Starbucks for sure. Coffee quality is really great too.

These coffeehouses are a best kept secret...….great tasting coffees and other beverages with very good service. I was impressed by the variety of flavors, if thats your thing.....parking, a drive thru and very welcoming environment.

The last few times my family and I have been to this location, the staff will loudly complain about their job for hours in front of customers. Their language is inappropriate, making things awkward for everyone in the coffee shop. Today, they got my order wrong, didnt apologize, and charged me for the incorrect order. I love French Press coffee, but I may not come back because of the staff here.

I was having a terrible day. Absolutely awful. I walked into French Press and was greeted by an amazing woman (whose name I didnt catch). Their systems were down, so they were only accepting cash, which I didnt have. I mentioned that that was just my luck today and the woman was SO beyond nice and amazing. She treated me like family and gave me a hug after a little bit of conversation to cheer me up. I cant believe people like her still exist as theyre so hard to find. Come to find out, shes the manager! She made my day and Im DEFINITELY going back there!!

Young lady making our coffee was very rude and the sad part is she was training a new girl. I ordered a white chocolate espresso grand. One hot and one frozen. Then she tells the girl at the register to ring it up as a latte. Well one came out as iced and I said it was supposed to be frozen. She yelled at me that I shouldnt have ordered a latte. I told her she told the young lady at the register to ring it up that way. The young lady at the register agreed. So then she yelled at the both of us. She then proceeded to tell me there was a 30 cent difference. I handed her a dollar and she gave me 30 cents back instead of 70. Me, my son, and my cousin go there often. This has never happened before. Sad we wont be going back. We will go out of our way to the one on Williams Blvd from now on. They no how to treat there customers.

The best coffeehouse Ive found in the area to grab a cup of coffee and settle down for an hour of studying. I wasnt blown away by the coffee, but it certainly beat Starbucks. Service was nice, but a bit understaffed with only two employees when I visited, but all in all, pretty darn good.

Always the place to get good coffee, cheesecake or study if you a student and perhaps have that nice breakfast on a weekend with your friend or single and dont want to lift a thing in your kitchen. Attendants are the best and always on point

This is a great place to get some work done or a meet a client in this part of metairie. It is a little tricky to get to if youre coming from the downtown/southeast side of the street.

Very bad customer service. Went in there last night to study. Went to the counter several times to be helped, but the workers seemed to be more occupied with drive-through, which was fine but the barista making drinks never acknowledged me, (and she did see me) so I went to put my things down, come back to the counter and a couple walks in. I’m standing at the counter first, she still does not acknowledge me and helps the couple. Everyone was looking at each other awkwardly because they knew I was standing there first. The worker never apologized or assisted me, she asked someone else to help me. The whole evening my husband and I was there working the employees were talking loud you can hear all their business, and the internet did not work ( employee said it was really slow ). The atmosphere was pleasant, the coffee shop is clean, however I highly doubt I’ll return due to the customer service, which sucks because besides everything else I did have a pleasant time.
