We were so pleased with the cookies we ordered for our friends baby shower! I gave vague details on what we wanted, lol. And they made them better than expected. This was my first time ordering custom cookies, but wont be my last and it will be from Cookies by Design!

I spent over $100 to get two gifts delivered. I called on Thursday at 10 AM and selected a Friday delivery. It is now Sunday and nothing has been delivered and no one will answer the phone I’ve got no explanation. The lack of communication is extremely concerning. No idea how to get a hold of anyone. The gifts were for two children who weren’t feeling well.

I got the dozen mixed cookie basket with 2 decorated cookie pops. Im a real estate agent and I was getting it for a client to give him after the closing on the sale of his house so I got one cookie pop with a house on it and the other saying Sold & Closed. They can do any theme and my client loved it!

I read all the great reviews about this place and I was so looking forward to placing my order for a friends baby shower. I wasnt really impressed because they are like bread cookies and not sugar cookies. I decided to taste a small one. 4 dollars on a 2 inch cookie. I thought it was a little high but maybe delicious? I was wrong they taste as horrible!!! It left a sour after taste in my mouth. Maybe I got a bad cookie? To me they arent worth it.

They were prompt and were only place that you can order and have your order delivered on Valentine’s Day. That in itself deserves 5*****. Also the cookies are absolutely delicious and I’ll definitely be ordering from you guys again soon. Thank you and God bless🙏

Called in order at 9:30 a.m, paying $17.00 for delivery, was advised that it would be delivered between 1 and 3 which was great!! - Recipient of order left the office at 4:15 and no delivery by that time??, I was told it was due to the traffic with parades (parades cancelled) should have not been told item would be delivered between 1 and 3 - had to call Recipient and ask them to please go back to the office today when he could to pick up his gift, how embarrassing because it was my BOSS!
