A store associate in uniform cut the line of 5-8 customers to pick up a personal prescription. Where I work, I am not allowed to put myself before customers. And my co-workers know better than to wait on me before servicing customers.But thats not even the worst part. After dropping off my scripts and waiting TWO HOURS on Christmas Eve, I am not told until I return to pick up my medicine that it has to be ordered. Couldnt I have been informed of this when I dropped it off?

Always have long lines but, the prices are good. Staff could use training on how to treat the public.

Lines is always long and very slow. 3 times Ive had and reported rudeness from people who have attempted to answer your questions on the phone . They need a class in how to treat people properly .
