I was originally scheduled for next day service, but they had an opening same day and called me and came out within 30 mins. Nicholas was super professional and followed my note to call rather than ring the doorbell in order to keep my dogs calm. He was amazing around my animals and worked efficiently and effectively. Even though two of the locks were a little tricky, he gave us 8 perfectly working keys and even accommodated some changes I decided to make on the fly. I couldnt recommend this business and Nicholas higher.

Ive used this service before to put a numbered lock on my main front door. Their service is excellent! The flying locksmith came out to assess if I could put a numbered lock on my screen door. Unfortunately, my screen door was too narrow. The man was extremely helpful in discussing locks with me. He had a very pleasant personality and was a delight to talk with.

I scheduled an appointment to get my front door re-keyed. The gentleman that was assigned to my case, Hugh, was perfectly on time and called to let me know where he was and exactly when he would arrive.The job was not as simple as I thought and required a new lock and door handle. Apparently the previous owner altered the lock!! I had an idea this might be the case and had a new set ready to be installed. High, diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution, and gave me a suggested cost for completing the job. He had to leave my house, go to the supply house to purchase materials, then return to complete the job. I called them this morning because I lost the keys to the lock on my motorcycle trailer hitch. They said their guy was on another job but would call me when en route to my house. True to their word, the tech called me and arrived shortly thereafter. Within 10 minutes he had the lock off and was very professional in appearance and manner. He fixed all three locks and gave me some maintenance tips to keep them in good form. The bill came about a week later and was very reasonable at $150. Id recommend them over the local pop-a-lock which has been hit-or-miss for me.

The flying locksmiths ( FLS) provided an exceptional service. I had s malfunction with an exterior door lock that the door manufacturer could not help with. They had no schematic of the lock or resolution on how to open the door without destroying it. The FLS resolved they issue without destroying the door and installed a new lock system. Their service was professional and at a reasonable cost.
