Melanie was awesome! Great experience!I work for a large rental company and we decided to purchase our own uniforms. I looked at a few other companies, but after speaking with Melanie the search was over. We placed a large order of FR uniforms and she made whole experience painless. She worked through various details, was very knowledgeable of the garments and manufactures and sent me different literature to view before making any decisions. After the order was placed I was updated on the status and when they were ready for pickup. Our uniforms were ready when they said they would be, the logo and names were all correct and look great. When we need new uniforms or any other items, Melanie and Faux Pas Prints are who well be doing business.

Great shirts! I ordered youth shirts for my son’s class and was so impressed with everything! They were very responsive, creative and helpful with the print design, prompt (shirts were finished ahead of schedule) and the quality of the shirts and artwork were first rate! Will definitely use them again - highly recommend!

Read through review for surprise ending. First visit. People were friendly but frankly seemed dismissive of single individual with a small order. Product was delivered late but I was notified of the delay. Product was sadly pretty low quality for the $10 per item price, logo was rendered way too small on the large mug, generally disappointed all around and feeling ripped off. So I made my feelings known and was immediately contacted by the owner. My entire order was replaced with higher quality merchandise at no charge! What!?!!? A disaster turned into a triumph because of the pride of an honest business owner who stands behind his family business. I thought this kind of thing was something from the past. Not at Faux Pas.

For the last 2 years, my classmates and I have participated in a lung cancer awareness walk and Faux Pas has been in charge of our T-shirts. They’re very punctual. And this past year, I actually drew the design for our shirts and they were able to recreate and print my sketch onto shirts for our team. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Faux Pas.

I purchased a t-shirt from a Brother Martin Lacrosse Parent Meeting. I ordered a small t-shirt which is typical for what I usually order for a 125 lb. woman. While there was no Faux Pas representative at the meeting, I ordered in good faith and expected good customer service. The t-shirt was too small and when I called the company for customer service, I spoke to the owner and he maintained that there was nothing he could do in terms of an exchange or a refund. For these reasons and poor customer service, I absolutely do not recommend this company

They always take care of me for shirts and hats

Floor de Lis Flooring has been using Faux Pas for nearly 10 years now for all of our screen printing and embroidery. I always get great customer service when ordering and get fast turn around times on a quality product. I get email updates all the time with order statuses too. Good people to do business with.

I have received the run around from this company. The ship I was on in the Navy made a group purchase from Pauxpas Prints. I paid for my merchandise on May 4th. The company kept telling me the shirts and hats were on the way, but nothing has arrived or is on the way. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. This review is not meant to be a company bashing message. I am simply stating the facts.

Go elsewhere. These guys are expensive, rude and slow. They take 14 days for any order, and seem like they are not interested in working with any new business. I was trying to give them my companys business and they were rude to us throughout the whole process. They had the delivery day incorrect and were going to be late until I had to call them and check on their status. If I did not do their work for them they would have not hit our delivery day. The sales person was too busy to meet us when we dropped off the job. They are not willing to talk about pricing. I think they are too self-asorbed to worry about service.I will not be coming back. I will go elsewhere like Saturn Screen Printing, DressBarn, Southern Blues Screen Printing, ANYWHERE.
