Love, love, love this place! They do a fantastic job, and have so much great stuff to choose from. Everything they sell in the store (which is adorable) includes monogramming in the price, or you can bring in items purchased elsewhere. They also provide valuable guidance on what styles look best on which pieces, and are great at helping you choose colors. Im hooked!

I recently contacted Sophisticated Thread about upholstering a few chairs of mine that I wanted to give a face lift to. I loved their work based on their public posts and social media platforms. Once I messaged them through Instagram, we had a positive initial conversation. However they were very rude after I gave them inspiration photos and used verbiage such as “k.” when I asked them to continue our conversation through email. I have worked with several companies when it comes to interior design and have never encountered this side of customer service with a local business. They have lost any future business with me indefinitely. If asked, I will not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for embroidery or monogram services. Thanks

I called and asked them to hold a tank for me which they said they had. I called back to see if I could pick up the next day and she said that they didnt have the size I wanted so they were holding me a smaller size since they run big. I told her it was a gift so I would have liked to have the correct size, but go ahead and hold the smaller size. I went to get it today and they were holding a completely different brand tank. They do not even sell the brand that they told me they had

So I know some people have had bad experiences and I had a couple that were not perfect, however, since management has changed this year, things are much improved. I have a lot of work done for by business there and really have not be disappointed. If you had a bad experience, give them another chance. The service is very much improved and the communication between store and customer has improved as well.

Absolutely terrible. Was additionally charged for something then when I went back to pick up my purchase, I was told 1. Whoever charged you in this way should be fired because they did it wrong and 2. Oh I had to change all the details you requested so heres your item. I asked to speak with the manager-Who an employee told me was fired-then told me I would be receiving a call from the owner. Never received my actual product/a refund/a phone call. COMPLETE SCAM.

HORRIBLE!!!! I was guaranteed my order by fri dec 23rd... I called- b/c they didnt call me- they said it would be done by sat...ok i am willing to bend its still before Christmas,soooo....No phone call saturday and when i call- no answer. So now i am out 2 christmas gifts!So i called on monday- they are closed! So, i call today and there is no answer! I am beyond pissed and I will get this handled.DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are too expensive anyway...
