This place is the bees knees or the cat pajamas. Theyre doing all these renovations for the customers and revamping some interior stuff. They got a really nice miniature building set supplies, figurines, board games, etc. If they dont carry something theyll order it specially for you. 🤘🤟

Update: Theyve moved locations since my last visit. Old review is below. The new store is great! Tons of games, minis and some pre-owned stock. The gaming area is massive too! Plenty of room for tabletop, including a set of lockers.Old review:Great place! Covid precautions were thorough. Board game selection was small, but very, very well curated. From requiring masks and temperature checks to providing space to social distance and keeping the place cleaned and wiped down, I felt totally safe and comfortable in their. A fantastic place to get board game and tabletop related things (also magic the gathering stuff and pokemon, but Im not really into cards so).They just moved into their new location, and next door is being turned into a gaming space.Theres so much stuff and everyone is so friendly!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of merchandise for sale and host various events fairly often. Definitely one of the best shops in this area.

Walked up to door at 7:03 didnt know they were closed they opened the door for me i went to walk in and the guy puts his hand out infront of me almost pushing me and says no were closed shouldnt of even opened the door felt real disrespected Especially for a regular customer felt like i was treated like i was gonna rob the place 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This place is great. The staff is really friendly and helpful with anything you might have questions about. Their selection of tabletop gaming supplies and other board games is bountiful and If theres something thats not there that you may be looking for they will do nearly anything to help you get it. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

What is best about G4 is its clientele. There are educated, experienced gamers who know the rules well. Also, new enthusiastic gamers who are always looking for a game. I find the gamers at G4 are more interested in having fun than just winning. The staff is respectful and friendly. The store and restroom is kept clean and the temperature is always comfortable. All of this leads to a family friendly environment where people can enjoy a great game with good friends. So, whether you are a hardcore gamer or a daddy with the kids for the night, G4 is a great place. There are also two restaurants next door for dinning.

Not only did they have the book I was looking for the owner was super knowledgeable about the game I had selected. Very polite and an all around good shopping experience.They have their gaming schedule posted up near the entrance for anyone to see as they enter and the shop was very clean.

I love this shop! My husband plays table top games there. When we relocated from the Dallas are to the spot right between NOLA and Baton Rouge, he was looking for a place to play Warmachine/Hordes. Most places play on the weekends, when he works, but they play on Thursdays here, which works out for him.The owner Mack is extremely kind and appreciative of his customers. I love how friendly he is and how welcome I feel as a female nerd. It can sometimes (more often than not) be a bit daunting to go into a gaming or comic store as a female, but Mack is outgoing and friendly, welcoming all who walk in.In 2016 or 2017, we first came upon Go 4 Games during our Spring Break vacation to NOLA. It is a smaller shop (much smaller than Madness in Plano, TX or Brigandry Games in Commerce, TX), but it is still a fantastic place. I wish I could spend more time there but, with it being 45 minutes from me and my currently hectic schedule, it is difficult for me to make regular trips. My husband gets to go play games there, and he likes the community more than others he has encountered, both here and in Texas.

Setup an amazing tabletop scene using all the very professional terrain they have avaliable for use! Forest, desert, castle, space station, wasteland - you can make anything with their wonderful selection.Many great products for sale. I love going to Go 4 as it has a great feel about it and a lot of the patrons, including the regulars are very nice and friendly. Mac is very friendly and a great help and will always know just to recommend someone. I visit the shop around once a week at the very least to meet with my gaming group and the shop is always very accommodating when for us and others.

This is going to be the gaming store I visit for everything I need. Though its an hour away from me it is well worth it, the owner is the nicest businessman I have ever met. He was knowledgable, kind, and extremely helpful on any question I had. The environment feels homey and inviting. Definently the best gaming store around! Cant wait to go here in the future.

There hasnt been a shop this good since Diamond Bills Cards & Comics (before it changed ownership) in the early 2000s, and if it were located on the West Bank Id be in here all the time. They are friendly and honest and offer generous and superior prize support for Magic: The Gathering. All in all, this is the BEST gaming store in the New Orleans area. It has nothing but pluses, no minuses, so the math is simple: come here before you go anywhere else.

I went here a few days ago and it was a pleasant experience. As a Black gamer/nerd, I generally avoid places like this because of the neckbeard contingent, but this store and the owner were very welcoming.They are primarily a gaming store, not comics, but a WIDE variety of board games and a selection of DnD guides.

Great selection of Board Games, Miniatures, RPGs and Paints. Just dont stick around too long if you dont want to hear people screaming about how SJWs and snowflakes are ruining the things they like from across the store.

The gentleman behind the counter was an absolute delight. Im on a cross-country road trip and I have been stopping in a different lgs every few hundred miles and Go 4 Games, just outside of New Orleans, was by without a doubt the most positive experience I have had in these stores on this trip.I primarily look at these stores for their MtG products and Go 4 Games had a modest selection of singles at prices I couldnt argue with.
