Great service! Maranda Maddie and De’neshia were the ladies that helped me. They were all so nice. There was another girl there to that helped but I didn’t catch her name.

My kids go a couple of times a year and they love it

Got my build a bear for $35 and the clothes were not that high priced

Bring my grandkids here at least twice a year. The employees are very friendly and so good with the kids!

Had a great time there today for my daughters 3rd birthday bear! Will definitely be back. The team members were amazingly sweet and personable. My usually picky toddler took to everyone so well. I highly recommend this place.

We had our sons birthday party here two days after the Pay your Age disaster. I was apprehensive, but the store was fully stocked and the staff was great! It was a wonderful experience for everyone. I highly recommend their parties if you have a small group of kids.

This store is such a wonderful experience for kids (and adults!). Picking out their bear, or other animal, placing it’s heart inside (you can pick from an actual beating heart or several others), placing a special note inside, and then actually building the bear and giving him life! There are many outfits and accessories to choose for your bear or other animal friend, after, as well. These outfits will also fit dolls. We have bought them for our cats too, lol! Then you receive a personalized birth certificate. Now this is going to cost you $$, but the quality of the experience and product is worth it.

I went to Build a Bear on 2/2 looking to make a Military Bear with my son’s voice in it. I walked in an emotional roller coaster,upset and crying,but your employees were so kind. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brooklyn. She was very patient with me through the whole visit(my tears and all). She offered suggestions and help. She was genuinely kind and helpful. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. Thank you very much to those ladies,especially Brooklyn. Your kindness and excellent customer service goes a long way.

Staff is wonderful. Great place for a fundraiser...filled over a 100 bears.Love seeing the happy faces on children picking out their keepsake stuffie. My Granddaughter loves this place.

The manager and the people that work here are super friendly but be prepared to spend some money 3 bears cost me 100 bucks but my kids got clothes and stuff that goes in the bear but they do free repairs on them
