Horrible Service... On 08-06-21 @ approximately 5:25pm my mom went to pick up her ring that my dad purchased for their anniversary. She went to pick up her new ring and the 2 girls gave her attitude from the moment she walked in the store. They did not greet her, introduce themselves, or give even mediocre customer service. My mom inquired about a bigger karat and they said due to fraud they could not help her with anything different. When they bought her the ring the girl just set it on the counter and said here you go, she got no box nor bag and they said well email the receipt. Their attitude was so bad she had to call the Kays in Vegas where it was ordered to ask was everything ok because they bought up her being associated with fraud and asked if this was the proper procedure. She was told it was not and had to call customer service to file a complaint to the district manager. If this is the type of service that is given I will make sure the people I know, my friends, family co-workers, anyone who will listen know that this a not a place to spend your money.

Great costumer service, not so much variety on sterling silver, white gold or rose gold though ..

I paid $330 for full insurance including a lifetime of resizing the store told me I had to pay $100 anyway. Customer service said that was wrong and contacted the store telling them to cover it. When I got there to pick up my ring they kept arguing saying Im supposed to pay. The whole ordeal took about 3 months and I missed when I wanted to propose by.(If you dont think you should be charged go straight to customer service the store employees are con artist) also if you want 12 months financing with the card you have to remember to put the down payment I asked and she still told me no down so that they could make intrest)

Pick up a in store online order it was ready with in 24 hour hours the next day walked in the lady’s working there where very friendly and professional I was in and out with my order definitely recommend trying the online service around the holidays or valentine’s Day

I went in to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and Amber waited on me. She was very rude, answered a phone call during my visit, on her personal phone, and I overheard her tell the caller that she had to “help this cracker get a ring and she would call the person back” not only was that a racial comment, but she didn’t seem to care that I was standing within hearing distance. I left and went to Ramsey’s where I was treated with the utmost respect and found the perfect ring. I think this store may want to re-train this employee.

I came in to your store Sunday, November 11. I wanted to know about the sale pieces because I give them to my coworkers every year at Christmas. Renee and Jackson were so kind and helpful. They showed me many pieces and even put matching sets together. Any question I had they answered and to my surprise continued to be nice even though I told them I was not buying anything that day. I will return to this store soon. Thank you for all your help.

My boyfriend and I stopped by (in gym clothes) after spending time at Lowe’s. Both of us appeared unprepared to be engagement ring shopping however the employees were incredibly helpful and polite. Their attitude and attentiveness was much appreciated! We will be returning as time progresses.

Terrible and each time I go to pick up repaired it’s never there. Each time I go in I see new employees. Kay keeps calling me and telling me my repairs are reading which I’ve been there 4 times and product isn’t repaired nor exchanged and it’s been over a year. Bad service and damaged promotions and they do not honour insurance

Ordered a ring here and the short time i was there, the experience was great! The staff is very helpful, friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store! Very happy with my experience at this location. Highly recommend!

Please read reviews before buying from this company. Horrible unqualified jewelers. The jeweler broke my ring and hid it from me Up until a week before my wedding. Didnt have the ring 4 months before it fell apart again. No one seems to have a solution or care. After several missed deadlines to have my ring ready They gave me the option of getting a cheaper ring or waiting 2 months for them to redo my ring. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Was told that I would get twelve months without interest if I paid in full within those 12 months. First time I get a bill and there is interest on it. DO NOT ORDER PURCHASE FROM HERE. They will lie and try to force you to buy something that day and if you dont they will be so rude to you.

I had to go into kay jewelers last minute to buy 6 gifts in two separate occasions in less than 12 hours. The 2 associates helped me pick the best gifts well under the price line I thought I would find and an amazing quality

I was very unpleased with the new finance department at Kays. I been with Kays for years and never had a late payment. I work in the oil field and like everybody knows, it did get slow, but my payments with Kays never went unpayed. They took me off and closed my account and told me once I pay my remaining balance off I can reapply for another account. That I did and they told me I have to wait one year before I can reapply 😠😡😠Another Jeweler will be seeing me!!!
