I do not recommend going to this shop. The helpers were extremely rude and the store opened up at 10:10am instead of 10am. 3 sales reps were in the back with customers waiting for them to open. Once inside they were not helpful and didnt have anything worth buying. So I went to another Pandora store named Bungalows in New Orleans ask for Amy its was worth it spending my money with them.
The employees were so rude to my mother and me. There not one moment where we experienced politeness at all! They didn’t even greet us or ask questions about what we needed. One of the employees just yelled at us aggressively to “Stay six feet apart!” Even though we were all the way in the back, not by anybody. We will not be coming back to this location ever.
Waiting about 20 mins to get in due to covid. That was fine. Once I got Inside sales associate was so rude and didn’t even greet me. I said hello and she just stared at me. My husband and I were so shocked about how much she didn’t care about customer service. I asked to see earrings and she pulled out a huge container and said what you want! At this point I was just done with the rude attitude. I said nothing thank you and walked out. I’ve never experienced such rude service.
Ive been coming to Pandora now for about 3 or 4 years since my mom really likes their jewelry. I generally have a pretty quick and pleasant experience, but this particular time I found myself getting very frustrated. There was a promotion that said if you spent over 125 I could get a free bracelet so I spent 136, though I had an associate helping me, another random associate came by and mentioned that since my purchase was only technically 124 (BEFORE TAX) that I couldnt actually have the free gift (OVER A DOLLAR)....mind you Im already in the process of getting my purchases wrapped up, after a long back and forth with her and another random associate who wasnt helping me from the start, I was able to get my gift, but the amount of effort that was put into getting it, after I was already assured that I could have it, was really frustrating, especially since the people giving me the most hassle were random associates that werent even helping me from the start and werent even a manager, who did later come by and say that I could actually still have the gift as promised! I recalled their names but Im not going to put them as its not worth getting someone into trouble over but I was really frustrated at the end of the situation and probably wont go back. I was especially irritated by the fact that the manager and associate (both black) were so helpful, and the 2 random girls (both white) were treating the black associate like he didnt know what he was doing, when Ivan clearly had a handle on the matter. In conclusion, Ivan made me happy the other two Karens did not and PLEASE dont be petty about a damn dollar difference when someone pays over $100 its stupid.
Terrible customer service. Condescending sales associate. I sent my teen daughters in the store to shop. The sales associate was rude to them and treated them as if they were stealing.
Visit the store today and James was kind and very polite They took a while to open the store according to the time set on the internet but I think it is due to the policy of the shopping center

The manager refused to exchange a damaged item because I misplaced my receipt. She continued to talk down to me the entire experience, as I mentioned I was once apart of the pandora team, she responded with my store wasn’t a “sister store” as she rolled her eyes...... won’t be back, I’d rather go way back to the Texas store then deal with the rude demeanor of that woman.
I felt very unwelcome here. The lady who help me was not nice at all.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in store purchasing jewelry. My business partner and I were rudely treated and talked down to several times. Eyes were rolled at us and we were ignored most of Our visit there. This didn’t stop us from purchasing gifts but it was extremely upsetting. I’m assuming they don’t work on commission... but never the less I am a business owner and I will be sharing this hurtful experience with whoever it is relevant to in the future. I was also there to try to find a gift for my mother in law related to the passing of her oldest son and when I asked to see a certain item I was completely dismissed as the coworkers inappropriately joked with each other in a rude manner without acknowledging my question.
I visited the store today with the intention of purchasing a clip for the new bracelet my husband purchased for our anniversary. I entered the store and began looking at one of the displays as you enter. I moved around and began looking at the cases. At this point no one has said anything to me. Another person comes in and I hear hello, welcome to Pandora. I continue looking around and stand directly in front of an employee at the cases. She walked off never even acknowledging my presence and goes to stand in the back behind the register looking around. I keep looking because I had a need. After about 3/4 minutes of me looking around to see if anyone was going to help me a young lady asked if I needed help. My first words to her were that I was wondering how long it was going to take before someone acknowledged me in the store and ask if they could assist me. She said she could help me and I explained that out of all the times I have visited the store I have never had an experience like this. I told her what happened and pointed out the employee who overlooked me. She asked if she could turn my bad experience around. I told her thank you but I could not believe what had just happened and left the store. If I could have returned all 4 Pandora bracelets and every Pandora charm I have today I would have. Customer Service in Pandora today was HORRIBLE! I could understand if they were busy but that was not the case. When I entered there were 3 employees who did not have a customer but never uttered one word to me or tried to assist me. They do not have to worry about me visiting anytime soon or possibly ever again!
I visited this location last month to buy a bracelet and one of the staff over is very rude, she don’t even gave me a box or anything to put the bracelet in.WILL NEVER COMEBACK.

Amazing customer service!! It was so crowded because of Mothers Day, but they had a system and it worked. I was out In about 20 mins and the store was jammed packed. The young lady who waited on me was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Staff were not very friendly. The person who waited on us seemed to be just going through the motions.
They replaced a charm l got for mothers day . No problem. Very helpful.

Dont go there they want you to buy there products and tell you that you get free cleaning but when you go in there they tell you they dont do it during the holidays . They lost my business on buying others charms and I will be returning the ones that I brought as a gift for the holidays .
