This was my first ever experience being in a pawn shop and pawning an item. And it was amazing. Niki and Will took care of me in less than 20 minutes. They were both informative, well-spoken, and very pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend this place enough and I will be back to do business again. Thanks guys!

I had never been to a pawn shop before and was not expecting much; however, I was shocked by how pleasant my experience was at Pawn Depot on Airline Dr. For starters, the inside and outside was much cleaner and nicer than I ever expected. In a nutshell, I found the place to be immaculate. All used items listed for sale appeared to be clean, and all items, regardless if they were new or used, were visible and well organized. Also, Nikki, the store manager, could not have been more polite, professional, and helpful overall. She was clear about their procedure from the very beginning and her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Additionally, I found the other employees to be professional and helpful as well. During the time I was present, I took note of the large groups of people funneling in and out of the store and was amazed at just how efficient the team managed to assist each patron in a timely manner. I could tell that several of these patrons were regulars and that everyone who did business with the shop left satisfied. Last but not least I found the prices they had offered people for their used items to be fair. Likewise, their prices on new items were extremely fair. I’ll put it to you like this, I found their prices to be so good that I ended up purchasing several new items despite my reasoning for being there was something other than to sell/buy/pawn an item. My message to Nikki and the team is to keep up the excellent work! I have no doubt that I’ll be back soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Brad for helping me out. My pressure washer was stolen from my house and I found it here. Not only was Brad very understanding, but also pointed me in the right direction to get my property back legally and painlessly. I didnt buy anything today but will surely do business with them before I go elsewhere in the future because of the way I was treated. 5 stars, guys.

Okay I never really write reviews, but it’s a must I do so to share my experience with this pawn shop . I walked right in and immediately was assisted by a team member . I was trying to sell my PS4. I walked right on in and the guy plugged up the system checking for the condition and I was offered a price within 5 mins !!! Very easy and quick process and the customer service was great. I definitely will be stopping here again if I ever need to pawn some items or grab some things .

I purchased a fitbit from here, Bailey was so helpful. I had no idea how to set it up or link it to phone and shes was so patient with me, she never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. Way better experience than other pawn stores Ive been to! I will definitely be back. I recommend asking for Bailey.
