Rated 1 stars because when you call about an item the associate doesnt check. They FIRST LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES THEN SIMPLY just say sold out, and tell you to order it online. Upon speaking with management, the product was there the entire time. Waste of time for the call, cost me job$$$, and overpriced + $$hipping is backed up for expedited shipping that isnt expedited SMH! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP DO NOT CALL!! THESE EMPLOYEES ARE JUST LOOKING FOR THEIR MINIMUM WAGE CHECK, AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT IS ON THE SHELF FRANKLY. THEY HAD 10+ IN THE STORE WHEN WE ARRIVED!! RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST PART WAS THE MANAGER TOLD US NEXT TIME WHEN WE CALL TO ASK FOR A MANAGER! SHE NEVER ASKED WHO WE SPOKE WITH!

Im from Iowa, down visiting oldest daughter in Metarie. We were putting tile up on face of her pool bar and gave up on a tile cutter as it broke more tile than it was worth. Called this store and they had a tile saw on hand for $40, plus blades. Ram over there and was greeted when entering and spoke with manager. He had spoken to me on the phone. Thanked him and the young lady at the register was very pleasant. Will ho back to this site as they treated me like thre one back home.

Their prices are unbeatable. The quality of the tools are not the best but is comparable to the big names. I think it works well for people who want to start doing some of their works by themselves or making a shop at home. I would go there and buy my needs for cheap. If I continued to work and enjoyed that, I may level up to better quality tools.

Well stocked, and best tool prices in town hands down! Also my go to for many other household items like stepstools, snips, etc. Its a bit of a drive from my apartment, but worth it for the savings.

The manager needs more training! We vote with our dollars and I dont care how cheap they are. Ill spend more money to receive more respect!

Busy spot but the staff are always friendly. If you dont have a receipt you will not get store credit. You will have to find other items to purchase during that visit.

They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, but both checkout lines were to the back of the store, and moving very slowly. Also, when one of the cashiers called for backup to open another register, the manager walked up and disrespectfully scolded her for doing so. Very unprofessional on the managers part, and not to mention rude. They had plenty of staff in the store to handle opening another register. The cashier made the right call, and maybe she should have that manager position instead.

Liked it better when they had cheap, throw away tools. Now... Prices are same as others... Still off brand.?? Most discounts dont apply.

Great place for some tools, Harbor Freight has stepped their game up in the recent years. They always have some good deals on tools! There is automotive tools and industrial tools available, of decent quality too! Handicap accessible parking and entrance available. Always in and out quickly, the staff is very helpful and friendly to help you find whatever you may be looking for. If they dont have it,they can get it. Will be back most definitely!

Typical Harbor Freight, great for cheap tools, workers are very friendly a couple of them helped me above and beyond. Ill drive 15/20 miles to go to this store.

One of my favorite toy stores! Often difficult to find assistance, but its still a favorite. Had a long checkout line, it was about 8 to 10 people in line behind me today. Not sure but I think they were all waiting for me to go before they lined up. I was 4th in line. By the time I got to the register, they were lined up clear back past aisle 6! I would have rated them a solid 5, but having to look for help and then the tediously slow check out...

Slow employees on the register. Manager was just standing around at the front door.

Even before Covid 19 this location couldnt keep a sale item on the shelf. on 4 occasions Ive come up empty handed here. Many products cant get shipped via online ordering, the deals are in store only. Lack of reliability in stocked shelves removes this store from shopping options. The potential savings arent worth the time wasted.

Harbor Freight has upped the anty. Improved quality. As always there are things to buy and things not to buy.

Love Harbor Freight, I can never make a quick trip here. I always find myself making a complete walk through just to see what the gotThere are some tools you dont buy here, but most of the stuff is comparable. There predator engines are great for the price as well as other stuff. You have to just go and see for yourself.

Got a 14 horsepower electric start motor calls them so they had it in there and brought to the front purchased it and left they even let me borrow one of their in-store carts to purchase to bring it out to my trailer and bring the car back again its not the one I go to normally but I did this particular time

Theyve got just about everything you could think of when it comes to tools... Cheap prices as well... I enjoy going here because they have so much although Smaller than other harbor freights and staff is friendly and helpful. A tip: ALWAYS DOWNLOAD THE COUPONS! You can just pull them up on your phone screen and the cashier will insert them right into the register

One of the worst businesses! Ive shopped here plenty of times and the first time I make a return for 2 TV wall mounts I bought here and lost the receipt they tell me they wont return it even with a bank statement clearly showing I purchased the items here! Then they tell me that they ask all customers for their phone numbers to keep track of their receipts but I have never been asked for my phone number all the numerous times Ive been here. So because they couldnt do their job Im stuck with the wrong wall mounts and I already bought better ones at Walmart. This place is useless and will never buy from them again.

Great place to pickup cheap tools of all types. The tool offerings will be offered at a fraction of the cost of the average Craftsman, Lowes, or Home Depot tools. The arent exactly the greatest tools, but I rarely have had issues with the quality when using them around the house or in the garage with my own vehicles.The only negative feedback I have is if youre in the store during the evenings youre going to have a hard time finding help from employees working there. Theres usually just cashiers at night. If you go during the day on a weekday theres often enough employees to help you with questions.

I came to this store specifically to support a smaller local business rather than just going to a huge corporate store like Lowe’s or Home Depot. I asked the guy at the cash register if there was anyone to help me because I needed some glue for a small pane of glass that fell out of my window and I didn’t know what I was doing at all. He said there was no one available to help me. The store was not incredibly busy and he easily could have helped me after helping the one person in line. Then he told me what aisles calks and glues were in. I said again that I didn’t know what I was doing and he said again “aisle 3 is calks”.Needless to say I went to Lowe’s.

I use to work at this place when it first opened, the quality of the product is what u can expect from made in china products. Just watch what u get, some things are fine...but i wouldnt buy a power drill or table saw (for example). They will burn up pretty easily. Everyone has to remember that this is a fortune 500 company crammed into a shoebox sized store. They are ALWAYS jam packed & overwhelmed with business. It is impossible to take care of everything over the phone when u have a line out the door. And you can not expect the stock people to stop in that madness either, or else the PURCHASING customers can not be checked out. PURCHASING CUSTOMERS COME FIRST ...period. and i do believe that you all practice this at your place of work too. I would suggest that you look the price up online, its often cheaper AND they will match the price. After all, you do clearly have access to the internet...so why wait on hold forever?! Seems kinda dumb ;)
