I built a large garage separate from my home and did not want it to look like a normal garage. Stephen recommended a particular design of lantern for the outdoor of garage to match the size of garage. All I told him was that I wanted something modern and he got it on the first try. Stephen went above and beyond with making a custom style lantern to go in doorway of garage. I could not use gas lantern for above door so he had to make something that would fill in large space and compliment the lanterns on the front as well. The lanterns look awesome and it is actually my favorite piece of the garage. I get so many compliments on the lighting of the garage. I highly recommend Stephen if you are looking for lanterns on home or garage.

I love this company and their product! This is my preferred gas lantern line in my Baton Rouge showroom at Capital City Lighting. These lanterns are hand made, and well made. The difference is obvious! Unlike other companies that make their parts in China and assemble the lanterns here in the US, these guys are the real deal! Made in the USA- means made from the beginning to end in NOLA, USA! Stephen is amazing to deal with. I love Stacy and Dennis and Vinnie too. The whole team is a 5 star crew.

After starting a build of a pretty modern styled home, we decided we wanted to add some old New Orleans’ ambience. Stephen with Flambeaux was timely, extremely helpful, and personable. We couldn’t be happier with our lanterns. Many styles of lanterns that would work with any type of design. Great lanterns at a great price.

We ordered 3 gas lamps after reviewing a number of companies, and we are extremely satisfied with Flambeaux. We live in the historical section of Philadelphia, and we thought that their products were the best. . The lamps work great, they were delivered on time, and everything is perfect. Our application is indoors, so we were really concerned about safety and quality. The product exceeds our expectations. We plan on sending some pictures in to show Flambeaux how great their product looks in our kitchen!And I might add that we just ordered a fourth lantern.

My wife and I purchased a single French Quarter style gas lantern from Flambeaux in early 2014 and couldnt be happier with the result. I never post reviews, good or bad, but I decided I really wanted to post this one. We recently did an exterior facelift to our house. We realized after painting the exterior that we needed to change our exterior light fixtures. After floundering for several weeks trying to decide what to do, Gary at United Lighting and Supply Co. recommended I contact Stephen Guepet at Flambeaux Lighting (thank you Gary!). Steve convinced me he would give us “personal” customer service and he really came through. He helped me pick out the perfect fixtures and the perfect size for each location on our house, which is so difficult and so important. He even recommended what bulbs we should use, which by the way are awesome! He calmed my nerves by telling me if we were unhappy with anything, he would make it right. The fixtures and bulbs came in when he said they would and were delivered to our door in perfect condition. Our new fixtures are gorgeous! That’s what I call a beautiful product and over the top customer service! Thanks Steve!

I was somewhat hesitant to order sight unseen, as we are in Alabama, but the beautiful lanterns did not disappoint in person >The finish is gorgeous in person, as in the quality. One of my hurricane lanterns broke in the shipping process. I was shipped a replacement the very next day. SUPER customer service and beautiful product for better price point. Order (2) two Bourbon Street style Gas lamps for my historic house front porch in Hyde Park Tampa. Very pleased with the details and quality of the lamps. After waiting over a month and receiving no indication of when I would receive my light and reading what I have here, I have cancelled my order. No return phone calls, nothing. Only a receptionist that has no answers other than everyone else is busy. After I posted this review, 5 star reviews MAGICALLY popped up over the others that have been commenting for a while.

We enjoyed our experience ordering a pair of gas lanterns through Flambeaux. Worked with Stephen, he is so helpful. Had to customize the lamps for a client and he answered questions and sent diagrams etc.

I reccomend that if you are looking for a gas lantern that you stay clear of Flambeaux lighting. I ordered 2 lanterns from them and after 15 weeks I received the light. I then needed to order a pier mount for one of the lights and was told it would take 3 days to manufacture. 4 weeks later, after numerous calls and emails I still do not have the part. I can not even talk with the original sales person, Stephen. When I call I am told that he is in a meeting and unable to talk. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and am told they are all in a meeting. Apparently their meetings are more important than serving their customers! I really am so frustrated with these folks. My Architect has no taken them off their prefered vendor list due to the poor service and unresponsiveness. we are now looking to have a fabricator create one for us instead of continuing to be frustrated.

Based on my personal experience, I wouldnt buy from this company. I ordered one of their products, which should have arrived 2 weeks ago, and it still hasnt. Whats worse, theres no live contact person to speak to, and sometimes they dont return emails or phone calls. We have been unable to contact them this week, and arent even sure at this point if theyre even still there. So right now Im out nearly $500 on a product that I ordered in plenty of time and needed as of this week.Thats my two cents. Caveat emptor.
