Great customer service every time that I visit this location. Staff is always willing to help and are actively doing their respective tasks. It’s extremely spacious and items are stocked! It doesn’t take a long time to get through the line to be assisted. It’s located after the Mercedes Benz dealership and before Subway…so slow down so you don’t miss it.

This is a great FedEx location. The workers have always been friendly to me. I am usually able to get in and get a package sent in almost no time. The one time I have had to wait a short while was due to several customers arriving at the same time.
I wouldn’t recommend fed x at all they’re horrible!! Not this location but fed x in general is trash.
The employees are pleasant and helpful, but there seems to be a high turnover.
I think the guy who helped me is named Seth. I thought I had to print out my prepaid shipping label myself. Thankfully I asked him about it and he gave me an email to send it to for him to print out. This is much better than my experience with ups. Wish I could go through fedex more often.
Rude Rude Rude! They act like you aren’t even there, and when they finally see you they are very dismissive as if you are wasting their time.
Takes forever to drop off a prepaid package here. The problem is most people dont preprint, weigh or pack so the staff has to do all that for them, wasting time for everyone in line. Very inefficient. Only one person working for FedEx packages. They really have to do self serve kiosks so the people who came prepared dont waster 15 minutes out of their day waiting in line.
Horrible customer serviceUnwilling to accommodate curbside pickup even when not a single person was in the store. Always difficult when asking for any assistance. Try any other fedex in town and you will be treated with basic decency.
UNBELIEVABLE STAFF.Staff walks right up to customers in store within inches and AFTER the fact says “Sorry”..How about Keep away 6 feet from customers at all times?Go around them!!!!!Don’t say Sorry. Are you irresponsible children?JUST DONT DO IT!!!Make a note also FedEx actually charges $3.50 for their own shipping envelope-INSANE.
I had to do a return. Unlike UPS, FedEx did not charge me to use there packaging tape. As soon as I walked close to the counter someone greeted me and took care of my package. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient.
Thanks Brie for the good personable experience. She took care of sending a couple product returns in a timely manner. They had to be re-packed because the original boxes probably wouldn’t have made it in one piece. Although I’m just here for a short time on travel, I’ll keep this store in mind should I need its services in the future. Thanks again!

UPDATE: Reducing my original three star rating to ONE. Because my wife recently went to this location to ship a package and was assured a Saturday delivery. But that turned out NOT to be the case.So hoping to arrange a pickup so that the recipient wouldnt have to be home for the delivery, my wife inquired about pickup locations near the destination address. However, the woman with whom she spoke told her that there were no pickup locations nearby. My wife went online and found TEN. Luckily, she was able to make the delivery changes HERSELF.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I recently special ordered, from an online retailer, some pricey wines that couldnt be found locally, but decided to send some back as they werent what I wanted. One cant ship wine though, without a return label from the seller, showing the proper authorization required by law, which they sent me.Only when I brought the package to this Fedex, some guy behind the counter said I wouldnt be able to ship it. I told him the company sent me a label that authorized it, but he insisted I needed something else.Luckily there was a supervisor there who KNEW what she was doing and showed him the proper documentation right there on the label. I say luckily because I had to drive all the way from N.O. East to their facility (theres no Fed ex in our area because apparently we dont matter).So, FIVE stars for the supervisor who stepped in, minus two stars for the HASSLE.
My family came in with a family tree project to complete, & Brie made that happen in impressive fashion. Lets just say she basically recreated the family tree format so they could get the numerous booklets done. She was patient, creative, helpful, & just overall amazing. It was an absolute joy to see my mom smile after getting this arduous task done, & it was ALL thanks to Brie. Thank you so much Brie! FedEx needs more Bries.
This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my life. They charge me a dollar to transfer a document from email to a flash drive. Then indicated flash travel was not working. Then they wanted me to email the document. Then their email is not working, they asked me to go outside as the message will transfer quicker .They told me that black-and-white copies were $.90 per page due to transfer over an Ethernet Cable. Literally, drive past this place, drive fast and home, go to Office Depot, or just survive without your copies. I saw them charge another fella 499 a page to fax. It cost literally $.10 or less to fax a page. This place is a rip off, sadly I used these locations during college. Again avoid them like crazy. Staff is rude, and manager encourage her rudeness.
So my girlfriend and I came here to get something large printed and were greeted by Jasmine. She was absolutely wonderful and helped us the whole way through. Jasmine made sure we got exactly what we wanted and we left extremely satisfied. We would recommend this place as long as Jasmine is there helping out. That girl needs a promotion!
Better than Office Depot for small supplies and use of equipment. Place will be perfect if we can use our own paper in the copiers and printers.
We came at just the right time…no line. My daughter and I carried in a large box and were immediately greeted and assisted by Fran...I think (slender light Brown skin African American young lady with long dreadlocks). She was very pleasant and professional throughout our transaction. The gentleman, whom I believe is a Manager or SV was also very nice. I will certainly keep site in mind for transactions.

This location is the worst! Every time I have gone to this location for anything I get the worst assistance of any establishment I have ever been in. I have never said anything until now, however, it is a known fact in the area by everyone around that we all only go here if we absolutely have to. The staff is not helpful, they are rude at times and it is obvious they are either ill trained or do not like their job. It appears the morale in this business is very low. It takes forever to get waited on and they will ignore you and walk off even. It isnt just the current staff, I have had this experience for years at this place. It is just the atmosphere.
If they had negative numbers Id give a -5. I had 2 blueprint pages scanned to my thumbdrive and it cost $61.00. The next day I had to have 23 more done and I was in Hammond. When it was said and done the 23 cost me $33.00. This was the first time I had blueprints scanned. I do (did) a lot of business with FedEx but they just lost that business (printing, shipping, and anything else they might offer now or in the future)

Went to FedEx on veterans blvd and received excellent service from employee Ms.Cara. P. Ms.Cara was very helpful as well as knowledgeable at her job. I always feel it is important to rate businesses establishment when receiving excellent service.
Justin and his associate are very helpful and patient helping me pack and ship my package. The store is kept clean and organized. I definitely recommend this store.
Went in for copies and shipping. Very efficient at the shipping desk.However, it takes a little while to understand the copier. The counter is on the other side of the building so you have quite a distance to go with all your stuff to find someone at the counter who is free (if possible) to come over to the copier. I finally figured it out then ran out of staples and ran around to other copy machines to find a stapler that worked. Staff should check over by the copiers to see if people need help and keep supplies stocked.
Not sure why I put myself through the aggravation of dealing w/ these people? They are always trying to up sell you on filler for your packaging. Claiming the box will collapse w/o their magical filler they want $5 for. I just went two miles down the road to UPS (next to Chapelle HS) and shipped the same package w/ no problem and with very courteous service.

Called the Metairie / Veterans Location spoke to Kai. She was very helpful answering my inquiry about printing services and assured me any document I send to their email for printing is immediately deleted for my security. They are open until 11pm which is very convenient.
Rude staff. I told the manager I needed to print a single page from my email, and he instructed me to log on on to a general use session on one of the computers. The FedEx print order website automatically came up, so I followed the instructions to submit an order. When I was finished, I was provided an order number, which I gave to him. He told me how I shouldn’t have submitted an order for a simple print job as it takes too long to get through the system, how I should have told him what printing (I did), etc. instead of just checking to see whether the order had come through (it had). When I pointed out that the print order website automatically came up, he said, “Well, you shouldn’t have used that.” Thanks for the heads up.
My experience here was absolutely great. I had a difficult and large print job I needed done and visited here twice in one day.The first time I was helped by Cara, the second by Jasmine. Both were incredibly helpful, accommodating, patient, and kind. Cara even gave me her card so that I could work with her remotely. Jasmine assisted me with printing and made sure my final product was perfect.They got my order completed just a few hours later, which was earlier than I requested it (during the holidays too), and it came out beautiful and perfect with no issues at all.When we have previously worked with local specialty print shops, their rates were MUCH higher and they took much longer, and the products at fedex are of equal quality.The negative reviews here do not represent my experience at all. While I do agree they are shortstaffed and should hire more people, the employees they do have do a great job accommodating you patiently. It’s not the first time I’ve been to print things, and I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes. “30 to 60 minutes” is absolutely a total exaggeration.Ps. To people who complained about parking, there’s a ton of parking on the side of the building if all the spots in the front are taken. Just turn off of Vets onto the street right after the building. It’s really not that hard.
Most staff are not very helpful/knowledgeable. Took them 25 minutes searching through different computers trying to find the bounded paper I had made on their website. According to the website, it was ready for pickup.After they finally figured out how to retrieve it, which at most FedEx/Kinko stores is done within 30 seconds, it took another 20 minutes for them to print and bind the short paper. And it was supposed to be ready for pickup.However, if you are there for self-service, its a great store. The computers, printers, and copiers are always working, not usually very crowded at all, and it lets you use your credit card right at the machine. No need to go wait in line to checkout.
I have never, EVER struggled with a shipment in my life!! I have had two weeks with my package being lost, staff here dont help at all, and are extremely RUDE! My package tracking mentions that its ready for pick up when they cant even locate my package at this FED-EX! I do not recommend FEDEX to anyone since they do not care about their customers dignity and property!! Careless!! I will be using UPS for future shipping services since they have exceeded my expectations.HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I needed to make a large number of computer prints today so I thought maybe the FedEx office out in Metairie would be cheaper per print than the one on St Charles. I know some locations charge different prices. I called the Metarie location and spoke with a worker by the name of Fran. I asked her how much it was to print from the computer. She stated it was 19 cents per print from the computer. I asked another question and she hung up on me!! When I arrived, and started to print I saw that it said 59 cents per print on the self serve computer. Mind you, all of my calls are recorded because I called from my business phone. I went to the desk and requested the manager. She said the manager was at lunch and didnt know when she would be back. Now, I am livid! I have driven 20 miles round trip to come here to get the same price I could have gotten in town???? I began printing since is was in a hurry and assuming the manager would do the right thing and refund me the difference when she got back. When the manager, Cara, arrived she never wanted to accept that her employee Fran had provided incorrect or incomplete information nd said that they do have prints for 17 not 19 cents but they are behind the counter. I would have to email my files and have them printed. I played the recorded call back to her. She tried to put the blame on me and said I had accepted the fees and continued printing, so I should have know what I would be paying. Of course, I went ahead and printed. I had driven all the way to Metairie to print and I had to accomplish my mission. Reluctantly she refunded me the difference for the prints I had already made and had me log out and login again to finish the job and then I would have to pay full price for what was not yet printed. In short, in my opinion, Cara is a poor manager. I own a number of businesses, and if I find that one of my employees has provided a customer with incorrect, misleading or incorrect information, I make it right. Point, blank, simple. Cara has no customer service skills and is a blight upon the company. I understand why the employee had no accountability because look at the poor example the manger is setting. I spend a lot of money with FedEx Office every year and if they dont appreciate my business and that is how they choose to treat me, I should just print in my office more. I hope that a district manger or someone looks into this because this is not how business gets done! I am very offended that my time and gas and everything was wasted and that was not taken into account by Cara the manger in duty.
Never purchased or deal with the people here. But I drop off my pre-print packages here almost everyday without any issue. Staff are friendly to greet me every time.
Dam machines don’t work properly!!! Just put 20 bucks in the fax machine and it only sent 4 of my 7 pages through! My anxiety is acting up I’m gone!!!
Went in with the teacher girlfriend to copy/print in bulk.. Customer service was stellar, technical issue assistance provided immediately, and then a refund was offered for issue prints. Fantastic experience.

Visited this location to send off Christmas presents in a pinch. The staff showed gteat customer service as when I walked in two of the associates were helping other customers instead of me waiting a third associate stopped ehat she was doing and assisted me. It took less than five minutes!

Lady refused to accept my package with a prepaid shipping label unless I used a special ground box. Then, after seeing the electronic equipment I was sending she proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t accept “those items” without special electronic packaging. Using extortion tactics to up-sell me was bad enough but the tone she used during this process was extremely rude, arrogant, demeaning and unapologetic. No humility, no empathy. Will be closing my fedex account and using UPS only from now on.
Very busy at certain times but do a good job. A lot of different services are offered here and sometimes there is not enough staff but this is a convenient location for shipping, printing (send your material online first and it will be done when you get there!), copying, etc.
Very polite and helpful staff. In and out in less than 1 minute dropping off 2 packages with pre printed FedEx lables.

After several bad experiences here, I thought it was time to leave a review. Staff and management are rude. They are unaware of services offerred on by FedEx Office and even when shown services listed in the website they state that those services dont exist, not even at other locations. I was also denied a receipt for the last package I dropped off.
If you have 30-60 minutes to kill or would just like to waste your whole lunch break you will be fine. The shipping line stays backed up. 5 people stand behind the counter doing nothing but they stand closer to another counter so not asked.for help. I just needed to pick up a package that they FORGOT to give me 3 weeks before and they called me like it was my fault. Younger staff doesnt have it together. Older staff doesnt care to be at work. Rude. Slow. Minimal help.
Ive only come to this location to drop off packages, usually staff just takes and scans. However, for the last two times Ive gone, I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to do so.

DO NOT USE THE LAMINATION SERVICES! EVER!!! I brought in a small, and SIMPLE poster, to simply be laminated. When I called in to see if it was ready for pick up, I was told Ohhhh uhhhh.... The night person didnt call you and tell you?. I replied, Tell me what?. They responded Uhhh. something went wrong with the lamination machine, it malfunctioned, and your poster got shriveled up, and wrinkled. I went ahead, and put it through the machine a SECOND TIME, and it got even worse when it came out.I then went ahead and came in to the location to see how bad the damage was, and found it to be pretty much absolutely DESTROYED! This was a rare, and very EXPENSIVE poster in which was purchased as a gift for a family member. I explained this to the employees, and assistant manager, only to be told they were not going to charge me anything for the lamination. As far as being reimbursed for GAS, TIME, and not to mention the RUINED MERCHANDISE, I was out of luck. They refuse to give any sort of compensation of ANY KIND, due to the fact that when working with lamination, its risky considering there is a lot of heat. (
You can ship your items plus it has other services like printing, scanning, and faxing. One star off becuase using thier computers is expensive.
Slightly larger and with better machines than normal, this is otherwise, your typical Fedex Office. Not a ton of parking, but I’ve never had a problem finding a space.

Was there until 9:30pm trying to get a deck printed that they could not figure out how to print properly. Went back the following morning to try again and was told I’d have to wait another 4 hours before they could print and bind 6 presentations. So dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service. Will be taking my printing elsewhere from now on.
Poor customer service. Staff appears to be very exhausted. We spend thousands of dollars a month with fedex and we still get the post office customer service. Very disappointed.
