Its a quick easy place to drop off any mail needs and they do it for you basically. I have Amazon Prime and they even repackage it for you. Theyre all friendly and quick and helpful!!
Just left this place. I went in and asked if they mailed stuff and the guy/girl behind the counter said yes. So I pick up an 86 cent envelope to put my stuff in, address it and at the counter the other guy says itll be $10 to send it. I ask mail or ups and he wants to UPS it so I guess they dont mail stuff. This is for a 6x9 envelope so I say screw that, Ill drive to the post office and just pay for the envelope. So he says its $1.87 for the envelope and I say for a 86 cent envelope!? Its got an 86 cent price tag and a shelf tag. The guy/girl says they havent changed the price yet.So I go to the Post Office and mail my envelope for $1.60.Run dont walk past this place unless you need to return something.
Great store with very friendly staff! They patiently waited as I went through every amazon return. They allow for returns quick and easy. Marquis helped me and did an excellent job! I go here for all of my shipping needs!
Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful! I have to ship a lot of packages for work and Danneel always helps me. Even when the store is packed she manages to keep control and multitask so everyone is happy. She is so kind and patient she makes it so much easier on me. My go to UPS store for sure!

The owner Chris is a wonderful guy. To keep things short and sweet I’ll say this. He donated his services to a veteran in need of some help without a second thought. I spent nearly an hour calling around town to see if I could get some help for this individual and was pretty roundly blown off. Thanks to this location our veteran friend got the service she so desperately needed.

This place is terrible. The employees don’t know what they are doing. I sent my package on Saturday and they didn’t create the label correctly and now I can’t locate it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE DONT USE THIS STORE. Go to fedex worth the price difference.Update: The manager called and apologized for the mistake and tried to fix the problem. 12/1/2020

Wow. The place is ONLY open for package drop off. Do not seek assistance or information. They are only capable of accepting packages. Calling the 800 # is just as bad. Do yourself a favor. Just choose another service. Two Pick Up times at the house were confirmed and they were NO SHOWS both times. I had to finally drop off at a location.Done.

I showed up and there was a line all the way out the door. I thought, Oh no this is going to take forever! I was in my car leaving 7 minutes later. They processed about 10 people in only 7 minutes! Friendly and helpful service!

I have had a mailbox for more than a year I have always had wonderful service and the staff respect my time. The people working there have always been professional and courteous.
Had a few Amazon returns to process and I was out in less than 10 minutes despite the store being packed with people. Cost me nothing. The person who served me was in training but very courteous and competent nonetheless. Recommended!
Would not ship a magnifying scope because they claimed it was a gun part and violated store policy. Happy to take my future business to Fedex and USPS.EDIT based on response from the UPS store: The item in question clearly complied with UPS policy which states UPS accepts firearm parts for shipment, provided the part is not a firearm as defined under federal law; the contents of the package cannot be assembled to form a firearm; and the package otherwise complies with federal, state, and local law. So the only explanation for not shipping the items is: (1) they do not understand their own corporate policy or (2) they are willfully ignoring it.

Yall. Do not go here if you are doing anything more than dropping off a pre-packaged Amazon return. The staff is completely ignorant of UPS services beyond the very basics. The staff member named Devin (man) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me to take my shipment to the place on Harahan, and offered no address or phone number. When I looked the place up on my phone-- it turns out is was closed that day. I also most drove an hour round-trip to a place that was CLOSED. There were even more problems, particularly with Devin. His solution when he didnt know the answer to my questions about overnight shipping was for me to take my large companys business elsewhere. And so I will. The bad reviews are real. Avoid this place if you can.

Weve used this location a number of times but on my last visit I was informed that it would be $2.50 to tape the box shut. This new charge seemed excessive and opportunistic so I declined and went to another location that did not charge for this service. Very disappointed with this franchise location and will not be returning.
I headed over hear after unsuccessfully trying to ship a package from another UPS Store. I like the service I get here at this location... We Have visited this store many times and the associates have been very helpful. Quick, courteous and efficient service on every visit... This one is my favorite by far!!

$300 to ship two monitors and they arrived broken
Walking in, greeted w/a sigh. Didnt know why. Asked for a PO Box. The older white haired female rep huffed & grabbed her purse & interrupted us by giving orders to the rep staying behind. Then asking if she can hang the closed sign up so no one else crawls in. Feeling offended, we tried to continue our request when the 1st rep yells Ill wait for you in the car! By then, the AA male rep hands us an application for the PO Box & informs us wed have to return another time because he is off of work at 6:30pm. I then ask if hes honestly suggesting we return instead of doing what we went to that location to do? He responded by saying well, if you want the box, yes. I let him know that, because of hia bad customer service, we would not be returning & that he was very rude. Better believe Im about to blow him up. He had 10 minutes left on his shift & could have taken care of us. NOT COOL!!
I called this store all morning and never got an answer. When I arrived to the store there were 5 employees 2 of which were goofing off in the back and as I waited in line I continued to call and no one answered the phone. I had to leave work and go to the store just to get my question answered 😡.
Hey, out of all the stores in New Orleans this is by far the quickest and most efficient. They are Amazon pros!
Good clean store, professional rep but this store charges $3 to print your return shipping label. I’ve been to prob 80 ups stores all over the gulf coast and this is the only store to charge me $3 for a amazon return label. Guess times are hard for owning this ups store so they have to charge for every little thing. Soon you will prob have to pay $1 to open the front door.
Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is condescending and rude. I had a mailbox here for nearly ten years. Once when my subscription lapsed by only a few days, they held my packages -- critical to my business -- hostage until I paid up. Further, when I went in to return the box key after moving into the city where I no longer had need for it, it was snatched from my hand with a dirty look. Terrible atmosphere, terrible attitude, which try as they might to the contrary, trickles down to all of the staff.

I was a bit worried to come here, given all the negative reviews, but the location was convenient, so I headed over this afternoon and actually had a lovely experience! A very nice young man named Quinntinn helped me pack and ship my items, and I could not have asked for better service. In addition, the other two employees seemed to be just as friendly and helpful with other customers. I will certainly ship here again!
I would give it a zero if that were an option. My husband quit doing business with them a few weeks ago, due to them costing his business over $500 in damages with no reimbursement. I should have listened to him when he told me not to go in there. But- it was convenient and I had dropped off a package to be returned to Overstock, however somehow they sent it back to me. Not sure how that even happens. In the process, the label was ripped off. I had to bring it BACK to the store to be REDELIVERED. Not only was the attendant working rude, she did not acknowledge me for over 5 minutes. And it was hard not to notice me sliding a 3 ft tall box across the floor. When I finally got to her podium, I waited another 3 min before she rudely asked me did I need help (Obviously). I explained what happened with the shipping, and I asked her to reprint the label. She told me it would be a $5 charge. Then she preceded to tell me it was there customer service people come for, not there policies. She continued to speak to me in a rude, condescending voice as I walked out. I will NEVER return to this store again.
Been there twice and left both times disappointed. They do not have UPS envelopes there to put my package in. Said I had to go to main hub. Went to another location and they were glad to help and actually had supplies.

There is a good reason this UPS Store has a ton of 1-star reviews. The customer service is horrendous. I went there to drop off an Amazon return and they tried to charge me $2.50 to tape the box. Just about every other UPS store provides this service for free, and I could probably understand if it was $1, but $2.50 is crazy.
Customer service is hit and miss. Not usually crowded, and if you are just dropping off a package, everything should go smoothly and quickly.However, if you are using features from UPS website to create a project, or just need basic customer support, it ranges from good to fair to poor.Update: If you need to have something FAXed, and dont have a fax machine, dont do so here. Their fax machines print-outs are horrible and barely legible.
Friendly and efficient staff
Wanted to charge 2.50 to tape a package shut. Brought my own box and envelope and preprinted return label from amazon. Never had this experience before. Went to another store nearby who did not charge to literally tape a package shut.
Horrible staff with terrible etiquette, long lines and when you get to the front, dont expect to be treated humanely.
Unfortunately the employees at this store have no clue regarding customs declarations. I sent several packages overseas and they totally screwed up the customs declarations so I had to pay VAT on my privately owned goods - beware if you are sending documents/packages out of the USA - These guys are totally incompetent. UPS has given me the standard run around and are taking no responsibility for their own employees mistake. Use the US Postal service instead - they at least know what they are doing.....
Disappointed I have to give them 1 star. Sometimes my package shows up here. Sometimes they end up at the main HUB off of Airline. Its anybodys guess which. Nobody can give me a straight answer and this place is very dismissive whenever I ask why they did not receive my package. I went in on a Friday to pick up a package and was told it wasnt there. I followed up the next Wednesday only to be told it had just been sent back to the shipper that day because it had been sitting at that location for a week. They were not interested in apologizing or explaining how this happened. As soon as they say they dont have my package, they turn to the next customer as if to say IM DONE DEALING WITH YOU. Never ask if they can help me with anything else, etc... This place will no longer be my Alternative Delivery Location for UPS packages.

I hardly ever write negative reviews. The lady working at this location was very difficult to work with and they have a policy that customers cannot use the computer at their location. There were a couple steps in order to send the shipping label. It wasn’t as easy as Amazon. She was reluctant to go through the steps with me to print out my shipping label. To say the least I was very frustrated and won’t be back.
As another reviewer said. I went to drop off a small box from Amazon with a pre-paid label. They wanted to charge me $2.50 to tape the box. I said never mind Ill tape it myself and he just said ok and watched me walk out the door. It literally was so small it would have been 1 piece of tape. Wont be going here ever again.
This people charged you for breathing the air. Other stores dont do that avoid this places if your not into giving away free money.
I called to ask a question about personal mailboxes and was given wrong information and treated rudely by Colin. I went to another UPS store whos employees were well informed, polite and answered all my questions so I am now doing business with them.
Ive used this location for years. Some of the staff has changed, but the customer service is always great, no complaints.

An employee signed for a package but then claimed it was never delivered. Finally I got them to “locate” my package but when I opened it, expensive items were stolen from inside!! Filed a police report...
